So we all know the basic fundamentals of squats, but the problem with a lot of guys is, we are so insecure about sticking out our asses, it really completely changes our entire form. We all know how to squat, but there's a certain weird phenomenon that guys do. They are so insecure about sticking out there ass, it completely destroys the entire form. So we're gonna go over all the actual sizes that requires us guys, who are being weird about it, to remind you of how to stick your ass out.


And listen, don't make it weird. Do you either want to make it weird, because it is weird a little bit and sacrifice your form, or just do it to do it done the right way? First one, we're doing squats. So normally the entire time you already know how to squat, right? I don't need to break that down. That's like we break down how to do push-ups. The one thing that a lot of guys make mistake on, when you're going down, just think of sticking out your ass.

Because most guys, look how much it [warps] your entire movement. So many guys are so insecure about it, they tuck in their tailbone and they look like just squatting. It looks awkward and their back is rounded out and it looks weird, and we're sacrificing anything. And also on top of that, that's the reason why a lot of guys have flat assets. You need to use your glutes at the bottom of the movement.


So from here, you squeeze you ass, look how big your ass is. Don't just rely on your quads, hamstrings. Squeeze your ass if you want to get to higher weights. Alright, the next one that we're gonna cover right now is stiff legged dead lifts. This is where we're really going to develop the hamstrings and of course your gluts. Having flabby looking ass is not the way to be. And let me just address this right now boys. 

When it comes to, I don't know why, maybe some guys have a fear about this stuff, but listen, if you're sticking your ass out in the middle of the gym, I promise you, nobody's gonna come behind you and do you in the butt. So stop having that insecurity, stick your ass out, learn the proper form from your girl, because I guarantee you right now, your girl has a better form when it comes to her squat compared to you, because you're just insecure about sticking out your ass.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Remember, nobody is gonna be behind you, with their testosterone gel or their lube getting ready to do you in the butt. So calm your insecurities and do these forms the right way.

So stiff legged deadlifts, make sure you start off with a lighter weights, so you know, because I know for sure you haven't squeezed your ass this entire movement. So start off with the lighter weights, so you know exactly how squeezing your ass feels like. You want the dimples on your ass to actually be showing, because that's how hard you're going to be squeezing. And for stiff legged deadlifts, you gonna have to do it with the barbell or dumbbells.


I usually do it with the dumbbells because it's a little bit lighter, and I could actually squeeze my ass harder. Here you go. Now I know you didn't see me do it, but make sure you are stretching in between your sets. Because if say I'm on Anavar or DBol or Anadrol, yes, it's gonna feel weird, but if I don't stretch, I'm definitely gonna have ass cramps if I do not stretch my legs, my glutes and my hamstrings. 


So make sure I'm going to be stretching right in between the sets to avoid the Anavar cramps. Next exercise is going to be deadlifts. This is where definitely a lot of guys are too afraid to stick their ass out.

They ran off their ass, their back is now curved. And the reason why I'm really addressing this, this is probably one of the most dangerous exercises that we can do if we're not sticking our ass out to flatten out our backs. So stick your ass out. So this goes for any movement where we're actually going to use our legs. Do not be embarrassed about it, don't feel weird. Now, to be direct with you though, it is going to feel weird.


If you have never squeezed your ass before, it's going to feel weird. Walking the next day is going to suck, your ass is literally going to be trembling by the time you're done with the gym. If you're actually trying to develop your glutes, this has to be done. That's like me going through bicep curls. Alright, I'm doing biceps, doing biceps, but it's a different movement when I'm actually squeezing it. Same thing with your glutes. 


And this applies to a lot more movements my brother, this applies to Sumo deadlifts, this applies to lunges, this applies to pretty much anything to where you're doing legs.
