The biggest battle that you and I are going to face, it doesn't matter if we're cutting, bulking, maintaining, post cycle therapy, cruising, whatever it is, if you are into fitness, which I know you are because you're here right now talking to me right here.
Even if you're cutting, even if you're bulking, we have to eat pretty much at least every two hours to every three hours throughout the day. Again, doesn't matter, right, because the first time I started when it comes to all this stuff.
I thought bulking ok, cool, I have to eat constantly throughout the day. But then when it comes to cutting, I don't have to eat so much, right? That's where I was completely wrong. Meaning that holy crap, I actually have to eat just as much food when I'm cutting.
So this is the tips that I'm going to give you right now to make this whole eating thing a whole lot easier and to make it fit into your schedule, to make your physique goals or whatever goal that you have, when it comes to fitness, a whole lot easier to do all of this.
?
?My first tip to you is this, learn to live with it. It doesn't matter if you make the best meal, Instagram, Photoshop, everything looks good, everything looks awesome, here's the thing, you and I, we are pretty much gonna be eating the same food over and over again.??
So my best tip to you, especially approaching food in general, is just to learn to live with it, accept the fact that you're going to be eating consistently throughout the day. If you're serious with your goals, you have to pretty much learn to live with it, just pretty much accept the fact that these are the simple types of foods you can be eating over and over. Because look, look at our choices, what is it?
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

When it comes to say approaching a job, there's some days out there to where you don't feel like going to work, no matter how much you love your job, it's like you know what, I honestly don't feel like answering emails today, I honestly don't feel like going...
You know, these people at the office, they could fuck off, I'm tired of their shit. But guess what, you still have to get it done. Same thing with food. That best recipe for your steak is not going to taste as awesome when you're four days in eating the same stuff over and over again.
So my best approach when it comes to all that, just learn to actually just accept what is and treat it more like a job. So that way, when you have the mentality of approaching, eating that steak for the fifth time that day, you're not going to be eating it like a luxury.
You're not going to be treating it like you know what, yeah, this, let me let me savor this moment right here. You're not going to do that. You are gonna be like how do I get that food inside me as quickly as possible. So my best way to approach that is just treating it like a job.
I'm here to meet these macros for this day, for this certain amount of calories, so let me just not be picky with it, let me just treat it like a job. Let me punch in, get in my macros, get in, get out, and get it done. The next one is just accepting the food that we have to eat. When it comes to the whole accepting part of it, the way I approach it, is I don't get picky with it at all.
There's some food out there to where it's just limited when it comes to recipe. I mean, what else can I do with salmon? Putting some lemon on it, putting a little bit of pepper, that's it, right? So instead of being picky with it, I just learned to accept it.
Let me just take this salmon for what it is, it's a macro that's going to help me meet my protein goals for that day, 200, 240, 250, whatever it is, by just accepting it and eating it for what it is, instead of ok, let me waste the next two hours finding the best recipe on Pinterest or Instagram and looking at it.
We don't have time for that. Are we prioritizing our goals here? Or are we trying to take pictures of this nice, ok, good angle right here, let me take a picture. Because all those Instagram meals that you see, to be honest with you, that's just exactly what it is. It belongs to Instagram, it does not reflect on the actual reality that you and I are trying to do, which is trying to get shit done.
Now, this is my best hack that I personally found within myself in terms of this, ok, finding the best recipes and sticking with it, meaning this, the best way I actually found out to where I could tolerate some of the foods that I need to eat is by finding the best version of it, meaning this ok.
So one day to keep it simple and finding the best version of it is by eating the same type of recipe of salmon for that day. I try to simplify it the best I can, lemon, pepper, a little bit of cayenne pepper in there, boom, done, that's it. Why?
Because if I get picky, if I get picky, that's going to be a lot more time finding the recipe, that's gonna be a lot more time trying to cook it in a different way, that's going to be a lot more time me tinkering on YouTube trying to find out the best recipe, instead of just baking it like I normally do, and just getting it done.
Instead of going in to allrecipe.com, searching for the best five top recipes for salmon and driving myself crazy. That's the way that I don't want to do, I want to keep it simple, by finding the best recipe for it and just getting it done.
And this is the best way to approach all these meals. The best way I do it is I pick a day for a particular type of protein. For example, when it comes to Mondays, I have nothing but eggs. Whatever version of it, it can be scrambled, hard boiled, lightly fried, I keep it to where I have nothing but eggs on Monday. Why?
Because it keeps it simple. So meaning this, if I'm going out with my friends, are those eggs? No? I don't care how healthy it is. It could be a salad of steaks, right, greens, veggie, steak. Are they eggs? No, they're not. I can't have it. It keeps it simple. My Tuesdays are my steak days. Oh ok, cool, that's tilapia, that's actually healthy for me. Is it steak? No. I can't have that. So this is my strategy when it comes...
Find the best strategy for you. If this doesn't work for you, obviously it's not the only pathway to success, but try to find the best strategy for you. Wednesday's, orange roughy day, I have nothing but orange roughy for the entire day. Oh, cool, one of my girls, she's bringing over some venison. Is that orange roughy?
No, it's not. So I can't have that. So that way I maintain my discipline and my willpower by keeping it simple. That's the best way to do it. Same thing with my Friday nights. Cool, Friday, it's usually my chicken day. Can I have wings? It's chicken. Of course I can. But say my friends want to go out to a steak house. Guess what?
That's not chicken, is it? Guess what? I can't have those type of foods. So I other find a menu, find the place where I could find chicken or I just cannot go out with them or I just eat beforehand, so by the time I get there, I just have anything else. I could just have a salad. I could just have water or I could just not eat, I'm bro-ing down with them anyways.
And that's my strategy, by keeping it simple. I have one particular day for one type of protein throughout that day, because it keeps it simple for me. Find the best pathway for you. I'm not saying that you should have eggs on Monday, you should have nothing but fish on Tuesday, you should have nothing but steak on Wednesday.
That might not be the right fit for you. Because I've been doing this for I don't know how many years now, and this actually works out for me. So if it helps you out, then go for it. But if it doesn't, if it's going to drive you crazy, to where it's like you know what, Kai I can't have eggs all day on Monday. Are you kidding me?
That's gonna taste terrible. It's gonna taste bad by the time I'm on my fourth meal or my fifth meal. So if that doesn't work for you, find another strategy, you might be able to do in a weekly basis, right, to where the entire week you have nothing but chicken, the week after that, nothing but steak.
Find the best way for you to be successful when it comes to all of this, because there's one thing that you and I have to do, either by bulking, cutting, post cycle therapy, cruising, we have to be consistent with our food. Because that's the only way for us to grow, that's the only way for us to keep our gains during a cycle or off cycle as well.
But no matter what it is, we have to be consistent with eating our food. And that's my strategy, find the best one that fits for you, and these are the things that I do throughout my cycle, throughout my lifestyle to keep my food simple.
Now, if you have any suggestions for me, right, I'm not asking you to ask me, because this is a different type of request from you. If you have a recipe, if you have a certain way of eating with your food, brother, I would love to hear it.
So hit me up with the comments right down below here or hit me up with an email, by clicking the link right below this video.
Tell me the best recipe, the best type of foods, whatever it is. I am open to all that. Other than that brother, Kai here, out. Take care.
