Our problem within our society right now is we have no discipline, or willpower to follow any diet. So it doesn't matter if James Cameron could find the perfect fucking lettuce out there in the world, that's hidden in the Amazons.
So I was watching the documentary, Game Changer the other day. Now, this is not a review of Game Changer. This is where we are flawed as a society. We need to stop making the mistake of the cycle over and over again.
Which is this - anytime a new diet comes out, everybody jumps on it, a lot of people fail on it, and then they blame the diet right when they do. We need to stop doing this. Our biggest problem is this - all diets work. I honestly believe all diets work.
We need to find the right one, but just because it doesn't work right away, we start you know what, it's the vegetables fault, it's the meats fault, it's this macro diets fault. Ultimately it comes down to it's our fault, right at the end of it.
Can a vegan diet work? Absolutely. Now, I'm not a vegan, obviously, but can a vegan diet work? Yes, it can. The reason why it doesn't work for most people is because they don't do enough research behind it, and then then they don't follow it up thoroughly.
For the guys who are jumping to a vegan diet, and thinking eating lettuce and kimchi is enough, it's not, that's the reason why it doesn't work for you, because not only that you don't have the discipline to follow it up all the way, we don't have the discipline enough to research enough about it.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

That's what the vegans, I am not, I’m not, oh no, I'm not leaving out the omnivore guys either or the carnivore diet guys either. The reason why that diet doesn't work either, is because we're not researching enough what we need to eat, let alone follow it up thoroughly.
Here's a flaw within our society. You know what diet does not work? And we all can agree with this, is the standard American diet of KFC, McDonald's and pizza. But guess what? But guess what?
We still do that anyways, we still make the mistake of our overweight guys going to McDonald's, going to KFC going, to Pizza Hut and still eating that. So it's not about finding the perfect diet, because hypothetical right now, if I can give you the most perfect diet, to where it's environmentally friendly.
It's the most effective one, guess what people will do with it? Not follow it at all. Our problem within our society right now is we have no discipline, or willpower to follow any diet. So it doesn't matter if James Cameron could find the perfect fucking lettuce out there in the world, that’s hidden in the Amazons. Guess what people will do with it?
People will look at, that's cool, I'm gonna go to McDonald's anyway. We have no discipline within our society, we cannot say no to certain particular food. You know what, let me just hold off on the McDonald's, let me save that for my cheat meal. We can't even do that.
So it doesn't matter if we find the perfect diet out there. Either be being vegan, either be being a full carnivore, either be omnivore, whatever it is.
Here's what we need to do in our society right now - stop blaming the diet, stop trying to find a different diet. See if you can even have the discipline to follow any diet in the first place. That's my challenge in our society today.
See if we could actually follow up through any diet. So how about this, let me make something as simple as anybody could find. How about we don't eat McDonald's for three months, or Pizza Hut or KFC, or anything bad, let alone, you know, optimizing a good vegan diet, optimize the good carnivore diet, whatever it is.
Let's just make a plan right now to where we don't eat anything bad at all that we know it's bad, the whole standard American diet of KFC, McDonald's, any type of fast food stuffs, Chipotle even, right? Let's see if we could do that for at least a good three months. See how far we can take that then.
The other problem that I want to point out is this - because we are new to being vegan, because we are new to calorie counting, because we are new to macros, that doesn't mean we're actually following that diet right.
Meaning the guys who just gotten into veganism, completely new to it, but yet blamed the diet right away, because we don't know what we're doing. It's not the diet's fault. It's our fault. Just because we claim to be vegan and we're following that only for one month straight and we didn't get our desired results, it's not the diet's fault, it's our fault.
Again, eating kimchi and lettuce all day doesn't mean that we're vegan. We're not following it right. It also goes with on being carnivore diet as well, just because we're eating nothing but ribeyes and all of that stuff, it does mean we are following that right either.
We have to do what we need to do to research enough, to follow a particular diet that we do like. So that's my take into this whole thing, because here's going to be another one - a year from now or two years, there is going to be a brand new diet that everybody wants to talk about, guess what, it still comes back to full circle of not having the discipline to follow that particular diet.
So we need to face ourselves and be the first one hey, you know what, I suck. I suck at following any type of disciplinary diet whatsoever. So break that down, work up to it, instead of thinking, you know, I could go into full vegan diet right now, I could go into full macro diet right now. Slowly build up to it so you could actually find the discipline to follow any diet properly.
