Some of these things, we just have to dig in the trenches, take it for what it is, and will ourselves through whatever obstacles that Tren will give me. When it comes to the last [type], I don't care, I'm going to sit there, well... You've seen how far I would take it for the guys that don't know. I've made a tilapia rice shake before to where I put in water, rice, tilapia, that's how desperate I was to meet my macros that day. I threw up, it sucked, it was terrible, that was not the answer to it.

But I was willing to do whatever. That's my mindset when it comes to these certain compounds. I'm going to make it work.

So as you know, at least some of the vets here, you know my favorite compound is Tren. It does everything for me in terms of getting shredded, getting cut, getting the vascularity that I want out of it.

Now, I know there's a lot of scare tactics out there, I know this a lot of like, oh my God, it's bad, it's super dangerous. From my point of view, especially of how I do it, when it comes to Tren, I keep all the sides as low as possible, if I do my personal protocol.


What I'm going to talk about is the natural, you know, drawbacks of Tren, which is this, ok - the loss of appetite when it comes to Tren. The loss of appetite, you're probably thinking what do you mean, you're telling me that I'm not going to be hungry anymore?  

Pretty much that, that's exactly what it comes with, especially when I am about three to four weeks inside Tren. That is the small problem that I do have when it comes to this amazing, amazing compound.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

When it comes to combating this terrible drawback, because it sucks, it really does, especially when I'm trying to eat everything in sight, even when I'm cutting, I still need to hit my macros.

For me to grow, for me to maintain the mass that I have, while getting shredded, I need to hit my macros. Now, if I'm not going to be able to hit those macros, I'm going to lose all my gains. So of course I'm gonna want to get away from losing that appetite.


The best way to deal with the loss of appetite on Tren is this - there is no solution, there is none. I can't take a certain thing, I'm not talking about adding EQ either. I'm just talking about strictly if I'm on a Test and Tren cycle. Adding EQ, it does help a little bit, but in terms of the actual loss of appetite on Tren, I cannot do anything about it. 


The only thing I can do is stay disciplined. Now this is how I do it though. When I know it's coming, the moment I pretty much decide in my mind where ok, the loss of appetite is coming, I have to deal with this stuff, and pretty much if I need to minimize the small amount I need to take throughout the day, then I will.


Because it's one of those compounds to where it works so well that I have to work with it no matter what. I can just tap out just because I lose a little bit of appetite. I mean are you kidding me? It is one of the most powerful compounds I could ever take.


I'm not just going to stop because oh, I'm not feeling as hungry, I can't eat all my veggies, so I'm going to stop now. No, I am going to make it work. So one of the first hacks that I do is this - I can't eat any more big meals the moment I feel that. So my way around that - I have much smaller meals throughout the day. 


So I technically eat about five to six meals a day. If I need to extend that to about seven or eight smaller meals, then I will to make that work. Because the moment I have, say four bites into my tilapia, I'm already starting to feel full. That's how effective Tren is.

It sherds down my body fat, which makes my stomach even smaller. So obviously, I can't have bigger meals anymore. But my way around that is by having smaller meals. And man, it works, it works amazing, it really does, because now I'm still able to hit my macros.


I'm still able to really get the benefits out of this as well, without tapping out of Tren either. Because again, I don't care if I grow a third arm, I am going to make Tren work. That's how amazing that stuff is. It's one of those compounds to where the pros that comes with it man, the positive things that I get out of it, it's worth whatever sacrifice I'm going to be going through. 


The other part is just straight up willpower. Some of these things we just have to dig in the trenches, take it for what it is, and will ourselves through whatever obstacles that Tren will give me. When it comes to the last [type], I don't care, I'm going to sit there well...

That's my mindset when it comes to these certain compounds, I'm going to make it work. So other than the small meal hacks, I'm going to make it work by staying disciplined. If I need to wake up earlier in the day, because you could fit in more meals if you make at five, eat, go back to bed. 


That's one of the things that I do. If I need to wake up at four o'clock in the morning, I make my bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, make that into a nice meal, go back to bed, wake up again, have breakfast number one, right before I have my breakfast number two again.

Oh God, yeah, I will do whatever it takes for me to fit in all my macros, to make Tren work. Especially when it comes to that type of effects, that type of positive things that I get out of it.


The loss of appetite it's not even a big deal to me, especially when I know for sure I could do my small little hacks, stay disciplined and will my way through any bad sides that I get out of Tren. Anyways, take care boys.
