So when it comes to certain cycles that I want to do, specifically bulking cycles right, my always go to when it comes to orals is DBol. That is hands down probably one of the best things I could do for aesthetics.
With that being given, with that being stated, certain cycle though, so I just want to lift some heavy ass shit. So when it comes to certain compounds, I'm not always going to go for DBol when it goes to my oral, sometimes I want to switch it up. How I use Anadrol for aesthetics?
Man one of the most fun things about doing a certain cycle is doing whatever I want to do in terms of my particular goals, but sometimes though, even though that might not be the best route for a certain goal, man, I just want to have some fun, especially when it comes to moving weight, going to the gym.
Majority of guys out there who use this compound is specifically more for power lifters, guys who are into competition as well. Now you're probably thinking, Kai, if you do like DBol for aesthetics, and that's your goal, what are you doing using Anadrol?
Here's why - it makes it fun, all the weight, it just seems like it's anti gravity, it doesn't exist anymore. So if I feel like breaking certain PRs, just for the sake of doing so, Anadrol is my go to. Grabbing certain plates and I just don't care anymore, because that's how lightweight it feels to me.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Here's how I make it work. So in terms of a compound actually giving me the muscle tissue that I want, DBol is the best. Where does Anadrol fit in terms of aesthetics is this right here. I use it more towards being able to lift heavier and heavier on each week of the particular cycle. So in return, I am going to get bigger as well.
My body is forced to get big. So the way I do it, I do have to eat more compared to DBol, I do have to eat a lot more when I am on Anadrol, but in return because I'm eating a lot more and Anadrol is making me lift heavier and heavier on each single lift that I want to do, I do get bigger as well.
Now this does come with certain protocols, ok, the safety part of it as well. A lot more guys are prone to injury because they don't understand the safety protocols that come with Anadrol. I can't start breaking PR, this is the most important one.
I cannot start breaking PRs right away, I have to let the gear kick in, and on top of that as well, I have to make sure my body, my joints, my ligaments have adapted to that type of raw strength. If I try to do any type of PR thing, first week, I'm snapping my shit.
Something bad is going to happen, and then there goes my 12 or 14 or 16 week cycle, gone down the drain right on week one. So I have to wait. I don't view waiting as a bad thing. Like my first three weeks or so, I make sure I'm doing everything I can to prep for it mentally. I'm getting my deep tissue massages.
I'm making sure my form is correct, I'm taking my time the entire time, so once I do start lifting heavy weights, I don't have to think is my form correct? Am I being able to do this right? Is my range of motion as efficient as possible for my deadlifts, my overhead presses, my bench presses, whatever heavy lifts I'm trying to do.
That's the first thing I want to take attention of the first three weeks, because after that, I don't want to think about that anymore. The only thing I'm thinking about - making the entire gym sound like it's a freakin bowling alley. That's the most fun part about being on Anadrol.
When it comes to this stuff man, once I fully prep, I have everything down, I can't tell you how much of a satisfaction it is to really be the only guy grabbing the 140 pound dumbbell at the gym, dusting it off because nobody else is touching it or being the only guy grabbing four plates on each side at the squat rack and squatting it with easy, easy, easy type of efficiency as well.
It's so... I mean, again, I get it, there's a lot of guys out there who don't ego lift, but clearly, we do. That's a sense of motivation, that's a tool. There is nothing wrong...
Here we go. There is nothing wrong, and let me make this clear for everybody, there's nothing wrong with ego lifting at all, if we do it the right way, meaning that we have the good range of motion, we're warmed up, we're not snapping anything, we're doing everything right.
To me, it's just a tool. So be arrogant if you need to, be full confident if you need to. It's so funny how guys, or people in general don't like it when you're overly confident, but yet at the same time, they say, be confident as well. So what do you want me to do? Here's the best thing.
I'm going to tell you - stop listening to the society. If you feel like being egotistical, being full arrogant is going to help you move some weight, then do it. Fuck everybody else, let them figure that shit out.

Just because you are arrogant a little bit from time to time, doesn't mean you can't be humble either.
So don't let the constraints of society, the way they think stop you from using whatever tool that you need to use, especially when you're about to bench press the very first time, 315 pounds. That shit is no joke. There is no balance. When you see that barbell bending, you know, you're lifting some heavy ass weight, and I need you as a guy to accomplish that.
It's like being able to, you know, it's like being able to do pull ups. Pull ups is adorable, but we all need to do that, that's like our standard. When it comes to bench pressing, at least one time in our lives, we need to be able to bench-press 315 pounds, squatting 315, overhead pressing 225. These are the minimum standards that I feel like every guy should be able to meet at least once in their lives.
And I get it, injury prevention, being careful and all that stuff. But damn brother, sometimes we just gotta lift some heavy ass weight, and my answer to that is Anadrol, especially when I could use it for aesthetics reasons.
