So when it comes to all these fake Nattys on YouTube giving advice on diet, it doesn't really apply to Nattys themselves. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email. Now that link, you can easily find that in the description, you click on that link, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's going to go directly to my proton mail. Now make sure you check your email because I am going to be responding back through voice as well. So we're getting a lot of questions about the shirts that I wear in these videos.
We're also going to be shipping it out right away to you. So you see a lot of the fake Nattys on YouTube or Instagram telling you about what diet you should have, what diet you should have or what type of carbs or proteins or any type of foods that they think you should be having. Now here's the thing about that, if you don't know what a fake Natty is, it's a person who's trying to appear to look natural, but they're absolutely on anabolic Gear.
And I know for sure, you already suspect some of these guys, they are just straight up obvious about it, but they're still lying out their faces about oh, I'm natural, I am only taking SARMS because that still keeps me natural, I am only taking BCAA's or this protein shake that I'm selling. A lot of these guys are straight up lying on YouTube. That's pretty much what it is. I don't even need to convince you that they're lying.
Because you already know that these guys are lying. Now, that's not what I'm talking about, we already know that these fake Nattys exist, we already know that. Now when it comes to their advice though, specifically on diet, does that really apply to real actual Nattys out there, or does it only apply to guys like me who is actually on Gear? My stance to that?
Oh, it only applies to me, that is it, it does not apply to naturals at all, because here is the thing, anytime, like oh... Can I say his name? Like Mike O'Hearn?
Tyler: I think you can say guys like Mike O'Hearn. There you go. Like guys like Mike O'Hearn, right? I was going through my YouTube late the other night, I was just checking it out, and you know what, I decided to click on one of his videos because it did look entertaining.
And he was telling guys, you can eat whatever you want, eat this type of carbs, carbs are your friends, so you should eat every two hours eating whatever you like, because you're going to be working out anyway. Now, does that apply to Nattys?
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

That's why I have the ability not only to have the protein synthesis to absorb all that protein that he's talking about, also I have the ability to burn all those carbs as well. So if a Natty were to eat 8, 9, 10 meals a day, what do you think is gonna happen? They are absolutely going to get fat, they're not going to get the type of physique that Mike O'Hearn is talking about. Now, let's just put this in theory though, let's put this into theory right here.
Can that Natty somewhat achieve or actually achieve that? Sure, of course. But he would have to work out like crazy all day. So can we make the argument? Yes. So let's make that one rare person where this guy is working out 8, 9, 10 hours a day, not having a job, not doing anything else, can he have the ability to absorb all that protein and of course work out enough to literally use up all that glycogen in the system?
Yes. But majority people do not have a sports like type of lifestyle. They don't work out on YouTube all the freaking time. Most people have schooling, regular jobs, regular career, to where they cannot have 8, 9, 10 meals a day having all the types of carbs. So is that possible? Sure. But is that practical for a normal guy who has families, social obligations, kids to take care of?
So I know there's going to be some nerd in the comment section, well, technically, it's possible. No, it's not. It really isn't. Unless, of course, you're some basement dwelling guy who doesn't do anything at all, with no aspirations on business or career or financial stability and the only thing they do his work out. You know what I mean? The reason why I'm able to do that, the reason why I don't have to work as hard.
I don't have to diet as hard, because here's the thing, all those eight hours that a Natty have to work out, guess what, I get to take that back with test, I get to take back more hours with Tren, I get to take back more hours with T3, I get to take back more hours with EQ, a little bit of Anavar, a little bit of Proviron and some human growth hormone. That's why those diets that those fake Nattys are giving, they are straight a BS.
Now, are they real for guys like me? Of course, but they're never going to say oh, yeah, by the way, just to let you know, you shouldn't really eat all these carbs, unless of course you're on Anavar, or human growth hormone or Proviron, or testosterone at a high amount, not TRT dosages either.
I'm talking about high amounts, blasting amounts. So that's the reason why I can't stand these types of advice that they give, because they're not giving the one little precaution, oh, by the way, your metabolism needs to be cranked up at 100% because I'm on Gear. Now, can I take say Mike O'Hearn or Jeff [Cider] or any one of those fake Nattys out there, like in [gym smark] and take their advice?
Yeah, because it applies to me, because I'm doing exactly what those guys are doing. I'm on high amounts of Gear. Now, regular Natty guy, what does he have to work with? Barely average metabolism. Look, let's take that little bit of a tackle as well. When it comes to Natty person riding down on their My Fitness Pal, oh, I ate 30 grams of protein from my little broccoli and chicken.
Do you honestly think that Natty was able to absorb all that 30 grams of protein? No, the protein synthesis between a Natty and a guy who is elevated is not the same. Can I absorb all that 30 grams? Yeah, absolutely. Natty, the pheasants? No, they can't. So that's why man, look, I make poke fun of these Nattys and pheasants, but I do want them to get the best approach of whatever the goal is that they're doing.
Anytime they take advice from these fake Nattys, to me man, it's just a straight up lie. Look, I don't want them to be held back. I want nannies to also progress as well with the best knowledge that applies to them. So any message from these fake Nattys, does not apply to them? No, it does not. Can we make another argument? Is it motivational? Is it inspirational? Maybe, absolutely. Sure. But does it really apply to them?
No, that's like me trying to learn how to drive a stick shift, but yet the only videos I watch is Formula One racing cars. Is that the same? It may have the same steering wheel, it may have four wheels and four tires, but am I gonna be ship battling with a freakin $2 million car? No, it's not close. It's not applicable. So all of these fake Nattys giving advice about diet does not apply to real naturals out there.
If you are natural right now, take that advice with a grain of salt. Just know it's not applicable. Unless, you know, like right here in my veins, you see what's coursing in there? It's testosterone. Its Tren. It's Anavar. It's Proviron. And then last week I took DBol. So it is applicable to me, but not to real Nattys.
So that's the reason why that message out there really does need to be heard throughout the entire world, because man, the way these guys are just selling their BS all over the place, that's exactly what it is, it's straight up BS.
They just want your views for the sake of that, oh, look all the stuff that's possible, but they're not going to tell you the prerequisite, which is Gear. Anyways, email, description. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
