So some of my boys right now are starting to experience a little bit of a Tren cough, or what I'd like to call hormonal cough, so that's what we're gonna go into today right now, so we do not panic when this happens.

What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me by the way, the best way to reach me is the link to my email, you can easily find that link in the description right down below.

Now that link, you click on that, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's gonna go directly to my proton mail. So when it comes to Tren cough, the first thing I want to address about that is that it's not limited to just Tren, we have to fully understand that. This could happen with EQ, it could happen with Sustanon, it could happen with DHV.

It could happen with pretty much any pinnable type of Gear. Because this sometimes happens to me even when I'm on a cruise. I'm literally pinning just a small amount of testosterone and it still happens to me to this very day. And what's happening here is that too much of that compound got inside my system way too fast, and that's how my body reacts. The thing that I want to talk to you about is the very details of how I feel.

So say I shotgun a good amount of, say test and Tren to my system. But again, just to remind you, this stuff could happen with any type of compound out there. It can happen with say, just a testosterone cycle, or just a test and EQ cycle.

So what happens is this - I get a tingly feeling in my throat a little bit and a limited breathing when it comes to, say my lungs. So I'm sitting there and I already know what's happening because that's the signal, that is a warning sign. What's gonna happen, the moment I'm about to have my hormonal cough, I will stop calling it Tren cough, because it could happen to any compound out there, it's not just limited to Tren.

So throat gets tingly, lungs limited breathing and all of a sudden, the moment the first cough happens that is it, I'm going to be coughing nonstop for the next, say 10 to 15 seconds, to the point to where I cannot breathe. But it's only 10 to 15 seconds, so who cares. So that's the thing where people tend to panic, the moment that they can't breathe because they're coughing nonstop, 10, 15 maybe even 20 seconds the entire time.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Where I know what I need to do is I just need to be masculine, I need to be mature about it and not worry too much about bad things gets happening. Because one of my friends.

I can't believe he did this, but again, completely understandable. He literally went to the hospital to the ER room and complained about coughing. They looked at him like he was like, are you ok? Like, they wanted to pat him on the head. Like, it's ok little boy, nothing bad is really happening. And that's exactly what it is.

It's just a reaction of so much of the hormone getting into my system way too quickly, way too fast. So the thing that I personally need to do, I just need to calm down. That is it, that is it, because that's the only thing that's happening, calm down. Now the excessive part of it though is this - say I do get that hormonal cough pretty bad, the limited breathing will happen and it will persist for another hour.

But that's it, to where I can't really breathe as nicely as I could. It's not like I'm not able to breathe, it's just a limited amount of breathing, it's a little bit harder for me to breathe, but that's it. That's it. So that's the extreme cases. The only type that happened to me by the way, I was taking an extreme amount of testosterone, and extreme amount of Tren, and extreme amount of DHV all in one shot.

And what I did was I just pushed it way too fast, way too quickly. So I got the Tren cough or the hormonal cough, and then my limited breathing was extended to about 45 minutes to an hour. After that hour. boom, done, nice and fine again. So I just need to remember, anytime hormonal cough comes in, I cough, sure, fine, but I just need to remind myself this is temporary, nothing bad is happening and I just need to calm down. And that's it.

Nothing bad is happening. I don't need to keel over, I don't need to go to the ER room or anything crazy like that. Anyways, any questions my email is right in the description. Kai here, out, boom. Take care.
