So when it comes to lifestyle cycling or doing Gear in general, majority of the sides are completely avoidable. Especially when I am on to, say beginner cycles or first time cycles, the sides are very minimal to none, you know, a couple of hormonal adaptations here and there. But there are some compounds out there to where the sides are just completely unavoidable.

What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email.

And you can easily find that link in the description. You click on that link, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's going to go directly to my proton mail. So when it comes to doing Gear in general, one of the biggest focus for a lot of guys, even for myself, is avoiding the sides, especially when we graduated from a beginner cycling, a first time cycle.

Going to more into an intermediate or even advanced cycle, using exotic compounds, multiple orals, multiple injectables, one of the main things I'm always going to focus on is avoiding the sides, because I mean, you know, it would make sense, right? I don't want to feel terrible, I don't want to have any bad sides to deal with or complicate my health, especially when I'm doing lifestyle cycling.

I'm not going to contest prep to where I'm willing to destroy my physique just for a plastic trophy. But when it comes to the sides, some guys just don't have a good grasp or understanding of it. When it comes to certain compounds, a lot of guys tend to say, you know, in order for you to avoid the sides, just take less bro, that's all you got to do, just take less and logically, it does make sense. And I love that. I love that we are thinking outside of the box here.

And I do commend guys who are thinking like that as well. And it makes sense. If I were to take a certain compound and I'm getting certain sides, the logical thing to do would be to take less of that compound to avoid that side. Completely understandable, I'm not bashing them for this as well, because I've done that before, I've done that ride of let me try, for example, let's try Tren acetate.

When I did that one, ok, I had insomnia, I was sweating like crazy, I had the cold sweat feeling, I had that pneumonia like flu, it was insane. So let me just lower the sides, lower and lower and lower to the point to where I didn't get the sides anymore. But here is where that dilemma lies. It's come to the point to where I've lowered the amount so much to where, yeah, the sides were gone.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

But the benefits were gone as well. My entire point of this whole logic of just take less bro doesn't make sense if you're actually looking to get benefits out of a certain compound.

Like anytime I talk about Clenbuterol or Tren or anything of like a harsh compound, even Superdrol for example, a lot of guys will just say just take less. Again, I get that, but what's the point of taking a compound if I don't meet the threshold of getting the benefits out of it. And certain compounds out there, they're so advanced.

They're so toxic that the benefits lie hand in hand with the sides, meaning besides are completely unavoidable. And the whole premise of this take less bro, just do this, don't take so much of it, spread it out, there is no avoiding, especially certain harsh compounds, like Halo, Superdrol, Tren acetate, Clenbuterol, Albuterol, all those compounds, the sides are unavoidable.

Now can I take it to a point to where it's so low, and the sides are negated? Yeah, sure. But then why would I take it in the first place then, I might as well completely cut it out or find an alternative compound to where I get some of the same benefits out of it. Because if it's gotten to the point to where it's so low.

Then there is no need for me to take that compound, if I'm not getting any benefits of it whatsoever. For example, my Tren acetate journey or my Deca Durabolin journey, to where I just react harshly to it.  I am jealous of guys who can take it because I want to take it, I want to add Deca to my cycle to get the joint lubrication but I get the whole depressed feeling, I get the whole lethargic feeling, I get the whole, just bad sides overall.

And I've done it in such a low amount, way lower than the joint lubrication protocol, and I still get the bad sides. So what's the point of taking it to the point where I don't get the benefits out of it, just to avoid what, the sides? I'd rather look elsewhere, like say nandrolone phenylpropionate for example, to where I can get the benefits of it and the sides are minimal. That's one of the foundations out there with certain compounds.

The sides are just completely unavoidable, no matter how much I work with it, I change esters, I change frequency, I might take it early in the day or right before I go to bed. I would just have to accept either I go to the mindset now of how much can I tolerate the sides, is me tolerating those bad sides worth the effort of taking these compounds?

If not, if I don't see any benefits out of it and the sides are just intolerable, it affects my lifestyle and other things that I do want to accomplish, then I change route.

I use a different compound or I just completely cut it out because to me it's just not worth it. That's my stance when it comes to certain harsh compounds. Anyways brother, the link to my email is right in the description. Other than that, Kai here, out. Take care.
