What's going on boys? Kai here, Formula Secrets. And by now, as you know, Anavar is one of my favorite orals to take. It's so versatile, I could take it in my cutting cycle, I could take it in blast cycle, I could literally take it whenever. And on top of that, as long as my liver levels are looking good, I could actually stack it on top of another oral as well.
You would think I would DBol, but dude, sometimes I just like Anavar. I don't have to worry so much about my liver levels or anything like that. The one thing that I cannot stand about Anavar, though, is this right here, and I'm sure there are other guys out there who are experiencing the same exact thing.
Because the guys I personally train, they are also experiencing this. The insane back pumps that I get out of Anavar. When I say backups, I'm talking about cramps, I'm talking about where once my back, especially my lower back seizes up, that's it, I'm walking like an old lady, I'm having to hold my back.
No offense to all the old ladies out there. When it comes to this, this is probably the most frustrating things I get out of Anavar. Now, I hear guys talking about take extra potassium, take extra sodium, take extra this, extra that, maybe you could do this, take, take, take, take.
From my personal experience of being on 14 plus years of being on Gear, there is no answer to this. The only way for me to really take in the back pump from Anavar is just to accept it. It's part of the process, it's part of the backside feature that even though I don't want it, the pros out of Anavar that I get makes these back pumps worth of taking it.
Now there are little bit side relievers that I can take here and there to make these back pumps. the best way I could put it, somewhat tolerable. When I'm working on biceps, I do like one or two sets, that is it. It's cramped up, it's locking in, and it's the weirdest cramp, it's not like your regular cramp. My cramp out of my bicep, like I could see my bicep was moving up and down where it is.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

I've pushed it before, I have done a set of bicep curls to where my biceps are still cramping. So I've done all avenues on fixing this stuff. Now the very first fix when it comes to this right here is by stretching, I could take all the potassium in the world, I could take all the electrolytes and all that stuff, drink more water, and all these things, it just doesn't fix it.
The one main fix, though, that I can have or some kind of little relief that I do get out of it is by stretching the current muscle that is actually cramping up. For some odd reason, within this community, not a lot of people stretch. I don't know why. I don't know why. It has so much more benefit out of it.
But when it comes to a cramp, you think it would be obvious, but some guys, they just don't know. Anyways, when my biceps cramp up, I stretch it out. I may be able to push it for a couple more minutes after that. The only thing that I can't do anything about it and do stretch it periodically, throughout my workout, is my lower back.
But the moment my lower back cramps up with Anavar, that's it, I am done, I have to go home, because I've tried it before, I would wait maybe 15 minutes, 20 minutes afterwards, maybe a little relief - no, it just cramps up and it will stay locked in the entire time, until I finally go home, rest for like the next two or three hours, then that lower back pump is completely gone.
But that's how long for me to take when it comes to getting that relief. But that's just the reality of Anavar. The reason why I'm speaking this out loud, because I do have my guys that I train with, and they're looking for some kind of answer. The only answer though, is just by accepting what Anavar. And that part of it, that drawback is part of being on Anavar.
The cramps is there, because the whole point of Anavar too is we want that pump when we're lifting, I want that pump when I am lifting. But sometimes that pump can get so much to where it will cramp up as well. Now there's some guys out there, they don't get that back pump, but they might get it on their chest.
They might get it on their deltoids, they might get it on their back or their traps or even their legs. Because the pump is so ridiculous, it's good, but it works so well that I do cramp up. So my way around that is just take half before and half after. And then I stretch periodically throughout after every single set.
Now I could see why not a lot of guys would do this, because if I stretch, I sacrifice strength. But what am I doing here? Am I might being a power lifter? Am I being a strong man? No, I'm not. I'm doing this all for the sake of vanity, for the sake of aesthetics.
So I don't care too much about strength. So even if I lose strength by stretching, I'm still able to prolong my workout after that. So that's why after every single set, I still, even if I don't need it, I still stretch because there's other plenty of benefits of stretching while working out.
And I'm going to state that in another video, but the whole point of this one is to avoid cramping. As long as I constantly stretch after every single set, I'm so used to it to man that, you know, it doesn't bother me anymore. I see some guys they're on their phone texting, they're hanging out, watching.
There's nothing wrong with that, at all, but I'm so used to it by the time I'm done working out one set, whatever it is, it could be my chest, it could be my back, it could be my legs, I am constantly stretching. There's never to me to where I'm just standing there and watching Monday night football highlights or Thursday night football highlights.
I'm constantly stretching in between sets because I don't even want to come close to the type of cramp that I would get. My breaking point, my tipping point to where I feel like I need to do this was the one day where my lower back cramped up so much I couldn't even drive properly in my car. I would like, I put my seat bell on, but then I would put like the chest part over my arm, so I could sit like sideways, so I can somewhat drive home.
?It was ridiculous, and I'm thinking shit, if I get in an accident right now, what would that be labeled under? Driving under the influence of Anavar, driving under cramping? I don't know, but dude, it was bad, it was bad.
So that's my relief when it comes to being on Anavar. Accept the drawbacks because it's so good. I want you to accept the drawbacks out of it. But the other part of it too, the other relief part is stretching, constantly stretch to avoid any type of cramps.
