When it comes to doing beginner cycles, like some of the guys that I train right now, they're starting to experience a couple of weird things. In fact, really strange things that they're not too comfortable with, but this is the thing that I always tell them during the situation.

What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email.

And you can easily find that link in the description. You click on that link, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, and make sure your detailed, you are descriptive with whatever situation you have, cycles, whatever it is, and I'm going to get back to you on your email through my proton mail.

So a long time ago, when I did my very first real cycle, a couple of weird things happened, hormonal adaptation, couple of growth here and there, it was awesome. But here's the one thing that you're not going to find on some Wikipedia page or some Google master that they're not going to know, because the only time people know about this sensation is when you've actually done real Gear.

SARMS guys, they're not going to feel this. peptide guys, they're not going to feel this, and the same thing with the test boosters guys as well. And some of the guys that I train right now, they're experiencing this, so this is a video for them to let them know they just got calm down, relax, and this is all part of the process. And actually, this is a good indication that these guys are actually growing and building real muscle tissue as well.

So that weird sensation that I want to talk to you about is our hands going numb, our forearms going numb, even my chest would go numb at that long time ago, during my very first couple of cycles. The same thing with my legs as well. Weird things started happening, so this is where my mentor came in, this is what I'm telling my guys now. During the rapid growth, during the growth of me doing even a simple TRT cycle.

Or a simple beginner blast cycle, my hands are going numb because of the rapid growth of the new muscle tissues that's being formed. And on top of that, the slight water retention, the huge amount of glycogen retention is going to cause a lot of numbing sensation on my hands, or any weird body part where I'm going to be prone to going numb. I what I tell my guys, this is all part of the process, and in fact, this is a good thing.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Because what I tell them is this, this is exactly what's happening, their muscles and their tissues, they're literally growing new cells and new tissues in their body, that it's pressing against the nerve endings of either their forearms or their hands.

That means they are rapidly growing so quickly, it's hard for their body to adapt. So that's why that slight press against their nerve is gonna cause their hands to go numb. The same thing with their legs, or even parts of their back. Now, this doesn't happen to everybody, it may happen to some few guys out there, but this can happen on certain particular cycles.

But don't expect it to happen every single time, because right now, I'm on a pretty big cycle, and I'm not feeling it, even though I'm clearly growing. And just because we're not going numb all over our bodies, that doesn't mean that's the indicator that the Gear isn't working or it's not kicking in. I'm just saying, once in a while this will happen because we're growing so rapidly. But again, that doesn't mean we're growing rapidly.

My hands aren't going numb, that means it's not working either. That is a terrible mindset to have. But this can happen. I don't want anybody out there who is going through this type of sensation to hit the panic button. No panic button hitting. The only time this could be a minor setback is say when my hands go numb while I'm sleeping.

Once it does that, while I'm sleeping, it's going to feel like really painful pins and needles all over my hands, all over my forearms, and that is absolutely going to wake me up in the middle of the night. So what do you usually do?

I just wake up, grab a protein shake, go right back to sleep, because all of this, again, is part of the process. There's no solve to this, there is no solution to it, there is no aromatizing inhibitor or anti-prolactin or some kind of compound or some kind of essential supplement that I need to take. Or maybe I need to up my testosterone or stabilize my test levels.

This is all part of the process. I just need to take it in, take it for what it is, shake it off, because that's probably one of the best ways to do it, and then that's it. It also happens to me too when I'm driving. It's such a weird sensation because it sounds dangerous too, because I can't feel the steering wheel. I'm driving, I'm like, ok, I guess let me switch hands because this hand is going numb. So it can be a little bit weird, but I just got to tell myself, it's only temporary.

It's part of the growth, and at the same exact time it will go away eventually as well, just like hormonal adaptation or test flu, eventually it will absolutely go away. So this is just one of the indicators that my body's telling me I'm growing a lot, I'm getting the gains that I'm looking for, and this is just a slight setback that I need to get over with.

Live with it, and just shake my hands off just to let that weird pins and needles feeling go away.  Anyways, my email is right in the description. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
