A lot of guys who I know, who are absolutely initiated when it comes to this lifestyle cycling, pretty much using Gear is the big one. Check this out, what's the best way for me to keep my gains, what should my diet look like to keep my gains during my cruise or my post cycle therapy?

What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email.

Now that link, you can easily find that right below this video, you click on that link, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's going to go directly to my proton mail, and I'm absolutely going to be responding through voice as well. So make sure you open up your email on your end when you receive it from me. So when it comes to the biggest struggles that we have, and I hate to call it a struggle, though.

Because it's gonna make me sound greedy. Because look, anytime we do a cycle, we're gonna gain like, what, between 10 to 15 pounds. Even say, a small amount, let's just say I'm being lazy throughout my entire cycle, even my blast cycle, and I gain like an average six, seven pounds, which is the very low ends of gain for a cycle. When it comes to being, you know, that low gains, that still takes a Natty.

A normie an entire year for them to gain. That's how much of a difference it is. Now, with that being stated, this is thereason why I feel like I'm gonna sound greedy is this, once I gain my 12 to 15 pounds, what's the best way for me to keep my gains during my cruise or my post cycle therapy?

But again, man, I don't know, I like being greedy when it comes to this lifestyle, I want to go as much as I can with the least effort to put into it, because that's what it's all about, at least for me when it comes to lifestyle cycling. Now the best way to keep my gains during my cruise or post cycle therapy has everything, everything like the first top notch right there would be my diet.

Yeah, we could talk about the workout programs and the recovery and all that stuff, but honestly, the most obvious one, if you don't know, would be my diet, that is the most crucial part to keep my gains, either from a blasting cycle of bulking, or a cutting cycle, it doesn't matter which one, when I'm blasting, this is what I personally do to keep my gains, during my cruise or my post cycle therapy.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So you have to think, when I'm on a cruise or post cycle therapy, I'm back to normie status, I'm literally now a mortal like these people. I'm now an average Joe, I am now a pheasant again.

I have to view myself as a pheasant and as a normie. I cannot go in an insane amount of deficit, just because I did a cutting cycle. There's no way I'm going to be able to recover, and then on top of that as well, I would, honestly, I would rather gain a little bit of fat during my cruise or my post cycle therapy, then lose the insane amount of muscle that I just gained from my cycle.

Because here's the thing, between both and just logically think about it, what's harder, gaining muscle which you're creating tissue, you're creating this thing that doesn't exist in your body, or losing body fat? Between both, the hardest one from my perspective though, would be gaining something. A lot of you guys are already struggling with eating as much as you can, eating every two and a half hours, would you know how hard that is?

What do I need to do for cutting cycle? Tren and T3. Do you see what I mean? So you see why cutting is so much easier, so from our perspective, when it comes to doing a cruise or post cycle therapy, the most important thing that I can do is maintain my calories, or go in a very slight surplus, maybe 250 above, some guys need 500, but I would rather eat a little bit more on a day to day basis, during my cruise or my posts cycle therapy.

That way, I guarantee all the muscles that I just gained, all the strength that I just gained, which is related to the diet as well, I get to keep it. Now, to be fair, do I lose a little bit? Of course, of course. So say I do lose a little bit of muscle. Ok, so I just gained 15 pounds and I lost two pounds. I think I would take that trade off any day, compared to what natties have to face through, which is what? Six pounds within an entire year of effort at dieting.

So from my perspective man, this lifestyle is absolutely awesome, so just what I had to remember, during my cruise or my post cycle therapy, I have to be on either maintenance, or for my personal thing, I don't go into maintenance at all. I go into site surplus on my day to day calorie needs. So from my perspective, that way I can guarantee, because here's the thing, when I go into maintenance, that might be changed, right?

What if I have a really hard day that day? What if I decided to do an extra workout? What if I have to do something that burns a lot more calories? So I'd rather risk gaining a little bit of fat during my cruise and my post cycle therapy by being on a surplus. Now, I can't go crazy about it either I can't go and specifically say, I'm going to go in a bulking diet during my cruise or my post cycle therapy, because I don't want to gain unwanted fat either.

Even though Tren, T3 or DNP could completely obliterate that, I still don't want to look sloppy either, I want to make sure that I keep majority my gains without the excess fat that I do not want. I go on a slight surplus or at least be in a maintenance to guarantee that my muscle does not atrophy or go in a catabolic rate, to where I just lost, you know, a small amount during my DBol cycle of test, NPP, EQ. So whatever bulking cycle I have, or even the cutting cycle I have, I don't want to lose any of the muscle tissue that I gained.

Because it is absolutely a lot harder for me to gain new muscle tissue than just cutting out some small amount of body fat here and there. Anyways, brother if you have any questions, the link to my email is right in the description. Other than that, Kai here, out. Take care.
