For some of us, we all think we know how to do proper skin care to make sure we don't get any acne. So when it comes to the subject, for the most part, we truly believe we know what we're doing. We go into the shower, we wash our face, and we think that's the only process that we have to do.
So then the next logical thing is we truly believe that ok, washing my face isn't working, so the next step - Accutane. I'm already washing my face, so that's not working - Accutane. I've been coaching a lot of guys now, and I always believe that majority of men know how to wash their face.
So I'm thinking, oh my God, they are doing everything they can, it seems to not be working, until I asked them how exactly are you washing your face? I'm just curious, because I wanted to see what their process was, their procedure, what products they're doing, I just wanted to dive into how they're washing their face.
And the type of answers I was getting, it was scary. It really was scary, because I'm over here thinking that they're doing everything they can, and then it's not working, so they're going straight into Accutane. And they're not. They're not, they're just not .The majority of us men are terrible at skincare when it comes to washing our face.
Because we think all we have to do is, I don't know, wet our face soap and that's it. No, that is not the full spectrum of actually washing our face. The phase one, and I am gonna go through right now just to make sure, and I guarantee you, you're probably not doing it either.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So phase one, washing your face, obviously, finding the right washer for our skin. The only way for us to know about that and how to do it is by going through a lot of different products. But there's three phases of it, each one has a different product that works for you, but more importantly, though, each phase is absolutely important.
Phase one is the washer, that's the main thing that's gonna make sure it's gonna pull the initial first layer of all the dirt, all the grime, all of the protein oils that we naturally build throughout the day. That's one of the main one. The second one, this is where a lot of guys fail. They literally just do phase one, and that's it. They're literally missing phase two and phase three.
Phase Two is using a skin toner. You're probably asking well, I don't get it, isn't it washing my face more than enough? You say it's pulling all the dirt and the grime away, right? That's enough. It's not, because when we're using our toner, that's when we're literally scrubbing the dead skin cells off of our face, that is blocking our pores, that's causing acne.
So if we're not doing that, we're only doing phase one, there's still a blockage in our pores, and that's still causing acne. So we can't go from washing our face, phase one, and then go straight to Accutane, no, we have to do all three phases. So doing a toner is absolutely a necessity when it comes to all of this stuff.
Because anytime, for example, if you're doing this for the very first time, you'll see it too, when you're washing your face, cool, it feels clean, it feels dry, it feels like there's nothing, I don't feel any oil at all. But when you start using that toner, you start squeezing all of that out, and you look at the pad itself, the cotton pad, if you see grime, if you see dirt, if you see dead skin cells, I guarantee you, that's what's causing the acne, because you're not doing phase two.
That's what really does it, washing the face doesn't do it at all. We have to use that cotton pad to pull away all that dead skin cells that's blocking our pores. And then phase three, and I doubt, the majority of you guys end up at phase one. There's a small percentage that end up at phase two. By the time we get to phase three, nobody's doing this at all, simply because we're men, we suck at this.
There's a reason why our girls end up spending way too long the bathroom in our mind, but then the moment you do this, you are going to spend just as long in the bathroom as well, because this process is important. Phase three, using a repairing motion for our face. That's the stuff that really going to have that treatment to make sure overnight or throughout the day it's going to heal our skin to prevent acne.
The reason why I say overnight or the day, because there are multiple different products for this but there is a daytime lotion and also there is a nighttime lotion. What's the difference? The nighttime lotion tends to be a lot more powerful if we use it the nighttime, during the daytime, it might actually cause more harm to the skin.
So that's why it's very particular, there's one for nighttime, there's one for daytime, and we can't mix both. Do you see what I mean, though? Do you see what I mean? There's so many processes, and I guarantee you, the majority of us are not doing it.
Now, those are the three main phases that we have to do. This is the one that I kid you not, nobody is doing at all, using a face mask, using a face mask to pull out all the blackheads, to really pull out anything else that's left over, that we need to do this at least once or twice a week, if we're really prone and sensitive to acne.
Now, this entire procedure by the way, phase one, two, and three, and even that hidden face of using a face mask, that can also be applied anywhere. It's not like, you know, it's mainly for our faces, we could use those phases, wherever we're acne prone. Our chest, our shoulders, our back, the back of our deltoids even, this can be applied anywhere. So now let me ask you a question, and please, please comment in the section below.
Anybody who's doing this right now, if you really are, state so in the comment section, and I guarantee you, it's gonna be very little to none, who's using the entire three phases, plus the additional of the facemask, because I get it man. Like the reason why I know this, because I went to my dermatologist for years.
He literally hammered it to me in my head over and over again, not just for me to learn, but to actually take action, because the only thing I did back then when I was young, I would just try to get it all out of the way, washer, maybe toner all at the same time. I wouldn't really do the cream or the face mask and I'll be done with it.
And I would still complain, I'm doing everything I can, why am I still getting acne? Because I'm not doing, every single one has its job, to clean your skin, to take away all the dead skin cells and then to heal. All of it has its job and we have to do all three phases of it before we started saying, I washed my face, I need Accutane now. We're not doing that, we can't go from one to the other right away.
There is multiple steps we need to take before jumping and raising a hand, and straight into Accutane. That face mask by the way, that's my little hack, because I know not a lot of guys would use a face mask for their chest, a face mask for their back. But when you pull that thing off, oh my god, my skin will feel so much smoother, so much nicer when I actually use it, and I do that at least twice a week.
Because even though I don't have acne in a certain spot, I still want to guarantee it's not going to have, because we all know how breakout works, the moment we see one pimple, that it's, it's coming, the rest are coming, it's gonna be annoying little spots here and there. So just make sure if you want to guarantee yourself that you're doing everything you can.
Do all these three phases, plus the additional face mask, and I promise you, you're not going to need Accutane at all, if you're doing all of these three phases. Now this is true for me when it comes to my experience. The only time we're actually get a little bit of acne here and there is if I don't do the full three processes, especially for a week, I would make up an excuse, like, I was too busy, I am too tired, it's the end of my day.
The shower is more than enough, there was enough steam out there. No, it's not, because I've tried it. And I would justify in myself every single week, and for the week, I don't do all three phases every single day, that's when I would at least have one small acne here and there. Remember, this is part of your image. This isn't just about oh, you know, it's not the abs or the chest or the shoulders, your face will literally tell to the world as well what you're all about.
And you don't want to be in a condition to where, because I get these emails all the time, I finally got my physique, I look good in terms of my muscles, but I can't even reveal myself, I have to keep myself covered the entire time, because I have acne spots everywhere and I don't know what to do about it.
And it was simply because they weren't doing all the three phases. I remember when it comes to me personally, this is the very first step. If I don't do this, if I don't do phase one, two and three, with the facemask and all that stuff, forget about blood stability, forget about my pin schedule, forget about finding the right ester, no, that is later down the road
This is literally the main line of defense to guarantee no acne at all. I need to do this, and then I'll talk about other things that I can do, the diet, making sure I stay away from the sun, making sure I eat certain types of foods, that's later down the road.
