Kai Palikiko has had over 10 years personal experience with Anabolics. His Personal Training Techniques have been responsible for thousands of men achieving their personal and professional goals, and you are getting access to the copy n paste steps to replicate them.
So I am gonna dive into you right now about the best way to make your physique proportionate while doing a blast cycle. What's going on brother?
Now you can easily find that link in the description, right down below there, you click on that link, it takes you to a website, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's gonna go directly to my proton mail. When it comes to your physique, you're gonna have a certain amount of androgen receptors. Now, for some of us who are gifted, we're gonna have equal balance all over the place, which is awesome.
But some of us, and it can be a good thing to where we have a lot more androgen receptors, maybe on our chest, or traps, or even our arms. Amazing, right, to where is going to develop a lot faster. Now here's the, I wouldn't really call it a drawback, but it's more like a side feature, or just something for us to be aware of is, anytime I am gonna use Gear, it's gonna exaggerate the results I'm gonna get the gym.
We all know that. That's the reason why I happen to be on Gear in the first place, to exaggerate the results when it comes to getting a bigger, much fuller type of muscles. Now, the only drawback to that, if I don't keep my eye on it is this. Hypothetically, if I have more androgen receptors on my chest, that's going to grow a lot faster, especially when I work to do a bulking cycle to where the mass is going to be there.
The rapid gains are going to be there, the muscle tissue that's going to be developing, it's going to grow a lot faster. Now it's going to grow towards my arms, my traps, my back, but yet, if I have more androgen receptors on my chest, this is going to get way bigger faster, compared to everything else. So you're probably thinking, so how would I make sure that that's balanced? Because here's the thing, when I'm doing lifestyle cycling,
I want to make sure that I look aesthetic the entire time. I don't want to have really big arms, but yet no chest or really big traps, but no shoulders. I want to make sure that I'm looking proportionate and I'm looking aesthetic throughout my entire journey. I want to make sure everything is looking balanced.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

He started to notice that my chest was just getting way bigger compared to my shoulders, my traps, and even my arms. So he made me do something weird, and I thought, I felt like I was committing a sin here. I'm like, wait, I'm gonna what? So somewhere around week five, week six of my cycle, he noticed that my chest was getting way too big. So you know what he did?
Took away any pressing movements that can incorporate my chest. Dude, that felt so weird going into the gym and not benching at all, or using any pressing, but it felt so weird, right? But then logically, when I really thought about it, no matter how much I really wanted to fight it, it made sense, because when I did that, because I had that one extra day to where I could do whatever I want, I added that more towards my deltoids.
So I added more deltoid work, more trap work to where it could catch up to the big size of by chest. And man, by the time I was done with my cycle, my arms couldn't catch up right away yet, but at least it was looking more proportional from my shoulders to my chest.
So my message to you is this - if a certain body part is getting way too big, especially say if I were on a blast cycle, it's ok to drop certain movements. For example, if my lats were starting to flare out, but yet, I don't have my rhomboids in the middle looking thick yet, it's ok for me to stop doing pull ups, it's ok for me to stop doing wide grip pull downs. And now I could do more stuff to fix my rhomboids.
Doing a lot more close grip polls, a lot more rows, everything else to make sure that my rhomboids are catching up. And this goes for anything. For example, if my triceps are starting to get way too big compared to my biceps, it's ok to drop triceps workouts and do more biceps. We have to be creative about that, we can just keep on going with our basic techniques and basic workout programs, right, because Gear is going to completely change how my physique looks.
So I got to strategize it, I got to make sure everything's looking good, everything's proportionate, everything's balanced. Anyways brother, my email is the link right below in the description. Other than that, Kai here, out. Take care.
