Bigger arms in 30 minutes, let's go boys, let's do this. Alright, so when it comes to my three main movements to get bigger arms, this is exactly what I do - side delt raises, bicep curls and of course, close grip bench for my triceps. Let's go.
This is the main thing actually, that a lot of people see when it comes to your arms. It's not the biceps, it's not the triceps, it is the bigger muscle group, which is your actual deltoids.
So we're gonna hit that by doing side delt raises. And on top of that, by the way, if I'm really looking to get a really good pump and growth out of it, I'm not gonna go for heavyweights.
I'm gonna go for it a little bit lighter, but higher repetitions, 20 to 25 reps, four to five sets each rep.
Here we go. The next one out boys we're gonna target is our biceps. And one of the best tried, tested and true type of workout for our biceps - simple bicep curls.
Remember though, we're not going heavy, we're going to go a little bit lighter than normal, but higher rep ranges and a lot more sets as well, like I said before, 20 to 25 repetitions.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.
