Big aspect of my lifestyle cycling, from pinning the compounds that I use, the ester, the timing, I take every single part of it from a starting point and I try to get it better as much as I can. I mean, it took me years, it took me pretty much my entire career of using Gear to get to where I am today, specifically because the type of lifestyle that I have, is always gonna be unique for myself and nobody else.


I mean yes, there is a guideline say, you know, the proper esters, the proper amount per week or the daily stuff that I have to do, there is a guideline. But in terms of my individuality, I have to tweak it from the guideline and to get it to where I am now. Now more specifically what I want to talk to you about today is blood stability. Now for the sake of blood stability, in order for me to make sure that my blood is stable.

Meaning my testosterone levels are stable, the most basic guideline out there would be to pin twice a week, even though they're so out of TRT places out there who just get this completely wrong. I'm talking about pinning once every two weeks on enanthate ester or cypionate, that's absolutely just wrong, but there's always gonna be a starting guideline.


So when it comes to the starting guideline, it is always going to be twice a week. But personally, I was pretty stubborn to be honest with you. It took me years to get over that because when I was pinning twice a week with just testosterone, I was feeling ok. And I thought that I didn't honestly need to improve. Because from my perspective, if I'm feeling ok, why, you know, why do I need to change anything? Why do I need to fix anything?

Especially when I'm feeling ok. Now I didn't know that even myself, I needed more of a blood stability, when one day I said, you know what, let me see what happens if I were to pin three times a week. Let's just see the benefits out of that. And man, I'm not gonna say that it was like a holy crap type of event, like some kind of eureka moment to where I have some kind of huge epiphany, I was like, oh, my God, this is the best way to do it.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

No, it was something more like a subtle thing, but it did improve a lot within my lifestyle. My mood was actually a lot better.

In terms of my water bloat, that actually went down, like I can't believe blood stability alone for me, went and made sure that I wasn't as water retained as much as possible. That has everything to do with estrogen levels. Could you imagine changing, because I didn't increased or decreased the amount of test I was using. I was doing the same exact amount per week, but I just pulled it up from two pinnable days to three instead.


That alone made me, for some reason made me hold way less water, which I think is absolutely amazing for me to be able to do that, like I can't believe that actually dictates that. The other one too is my sense of well-being. I did feel good the majority of the time of the week, but when I went from two pins a week to three, it was a lot more stable. I didn't have so much of an up and a down type of feeling to where my surge is on the way up, I felt really good. 


Well, I would have certain days to where I would feel a little bit, I don't want to say down or sad or depressed. It's just that I didn't have the upsurge feeling anymore. But when I went to three times a week, it was a lot more stable, right? To be fair, I didn't have that surge anymore or feeling amazing within one part, but I would rather have, you know, not to have that feeling, but I feel stable more the entire time. 


Some of you guys are probably thinking like, I don't even understand that, especially for the uninitiated, and I can't describe it to you, I can't describe it to you. I mean the best way I could put it is like, I don't know, man, it's like drinking coffee, right? Instead of taking espresso shot to where I would feel a surge of energy all at once, it felt more like I was, you know, drinking like green tea, to where it was much more stable in terms of my energy levels. 

And that was the most apparent one, the simple fact that my energy levels was a lot more stable throughout the entire week.And again, I honestly wouldn't have changed from pinning twice a week to three times a week if I wasn't curious at all. The one thing that made me curious was the fact that some people, I started hearing like, I don't understand why they need to pin, you know, four or five or even seven times, like I didn't understand. 


Like, what's the need for that? I mean, is that more of a hassle? From my point of view, was it a lot more efficient for me to pin twice a week? Of course. I didn't see the need to pin three. But it got me curious, I tried it now, and so now, I'm definitely doing it Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It's absolutely amazing man, being able to do that, and have these type of results, because I can't go back anymore. 


There are some guys out there, guys who are initiated within the fraternity right now, to where they need much more than that. But again, it's their personal journey to where I had to find my personal journey, in order for me to find the right stability for me. And this is mainly just for, you know, the T that I'm using, that is it, the testosterone that I'm using and nothing else.


For the orals I don't really need that much blood stability, for the other supporting compounds, I don't need as much either, just the main one for me in terms of blood stability, is that testosterone that I'm using. And that was the best part that I found out, going from two to three times a week.
