When it comes to doing this lifestyle, I'm not even talking about Gear, I'm talking about diet, lifting and progressive when it comes to our physical looks, our image and our aesthetics, the first thing we need to do is not buy a gym membership, not starting to diet, not look for another YouTube for looking a deadlift form or squat form. The first thing we need to address is our state of mind.

What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you are completely brand new to my channel, hit that subscribe button, because I guarantee I will elevate your life overall.

Lifting, dieting, getting into this mindset, the first thing we have to address is how you view yourself, right? Because I'm going to talk more about discipline, willpower, and the bigger one when it comes to having success with all this is accountability. First thing I got to say man is this is where your masculinity comes in. There is no room for being scared. There's no room for being timid or shy either.

No matter if you're naturally an introvert, when it comes to your diet, your lifting program and progressing, when it comes to looking good, dude, aggressiveness needs to come in. You need to address yourself, and know that you're a guy, you have testosterone in your body, you're naturally going to be aggressive, so use that. There is no room... I mean, yeah, can you approach the gym and be timid and shy and all that stuff?

Yes, of course. But how far are you really going to get if you don't use that powerful tool known as aggression? Aggressiveness is not a bad thing. Now in terms of the society today and being socially correct and all of that stuff, being polite, yeah, sure, it may has a bad rap, but dude, when you step into the gym, that warrior instinct inside you.

That aggressiveness, that anger is a very powerful tool that you can use. If you really are serious about all of this, make sure that you are aggressive, you're attacking the weights, the way you approach, the way you hold yourself, you are in an aggressive manner. Now, that doesn't mean you have to be like that all the time. It's not like you're walking around, you know, going to your classes or going to a job, and you're angry all the time.

No. But the moment you're getting into your car, you're driving to the gym, start getting focused, getting that discipline, getting that mindset of getting things done, being that aggressive. Then yeah, it's absolutely ok to get into your warrior type of mindset.T he other thing that I do want to address, because I just want to get straight to the point of all this, the biggest one when it comes to success, especially when it comes to your image and your aesthetics, it's accountability. Accountability, that's what it all comes down to.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

How To Homebrew and Pin Your Own Gear To Get 21" Arms Plus A Six Pack WITHOUT Risking Gyno or Spending $897 A Cycle!

The way I view accountability is this - if there is something that I need to fix, or if there's something that I need to do, I am going to hold myself responsible no matter what the outcome is.

It could be a fricking Meteor that would hit the gym. Guess what, it's my fault that I didn't go workout before that Meteor hit the gym. It doesn't matter what it is, I need to get that thing done. The reason why you want to be overly aggressive when it comes to accountability, that's going to be your ceiling, that is absolutely going to be your ceiling of progression. I'm going to give you a quick story, right?

One of my guys that I trained for for a good bit, about a year and a half ago, he had zero accountability, he would blame everything. His blood panel came back and he clearly said to me that he wasn't following his diet, his blood pressure was high, his sodium level was extremely high, and he was only doing TRT. So it was not the Gear at all. It's not like he was taking Tren or NPP or anything like that. But no matter what I told him.

He was like, well, do you think it was the Gear? Or maybe it's the type of foods? I am like no, dude, it's you. That's where accountability comes in as our mental prison. If we do not take accountability at all, we're gonna constantly blame other factors, other than the things that we can actually do. Because here's the thing, if he did had full accountability, he would address the fact that he had no discipline in his diet, that is what he needs to fix first, fix that, and then be able to progress.

That's where accountability happens. And part of this accountability thing, there is no room when it comes to whining and crying and bitching about, oh, I'm not getting my results fast enough or this diet is too hard. There's a reason why there's only a very few of us who actually look good, who actually look amazing, who has the stance and the position to say I look good, I am better than most people around me.

That sounds arrogant, but it's true. When majority of the population right now, about what, 70%, 80% of people are overweight or obese. Yes, if you are in shape, you have every right to say that because you've worked hard for it. But the only way to get there is discipline, willpower and accountability and no room at all when it comes to complaining about it.

This type of lifestyle is already hard as it is. You don't need to add the extra levels of it. Because say for example, just bear with me here, say you're walking, you're walking to the park, nice, easy day, but yet, imagine how difficult that walk would be if you're thinking, oh my God, it's hot, and the wind is hurting my skin, and there's so many people around me, and by the time I get there.

There's gonna be a lot more people, I don't know if I should go. Are you gonna end up going to the gym? No, are you gonna be bitching and whining the entire time. Make it easy on yourself. Now, the last thing that I want to address to this, because this type of lifestyle, when it comes to physically working out and getting progression, it tends to invite a lot of people who think having it to be difficult is a good thing.

Think about that for a second. Some people in this type of activity or hobby or passion, things that you have to earn in a very hard way. The reason why I'm addressing this, that's a false way, that's a terrible way to approach this type of lifestyle. Because here's the thing, even if you're at accomplish your goals, then by having that

Rocky mindset where you had to work hard, you had all the adversity, every goal that you see from now on, you have to feel like it has to be difficult. That's the reason why a lot of guys don't have a fun time about this. You know what's fun? When everything's easy. You know what's fun? Getting to your goal a lot faster. So having that mentality of oh, I'm Rocky Balboa, everything needs to be hard, difficult, blood, sweat and tears, I don't want to go through all that.

If I can get my physique in snap fingers like that, why wouldn't I? Why wouldn't I want to do that? That is just a ceiling that you put in yourself to feel like, I need to suffer, I need to make it super hard, I've earned it and other people who don't have this, guess what, they didn't earn it themselves. It doesn't matter. If I hit my physique faster than you, it doesn't matter if I worked hard or not.

It doesn't matter if I used a cycle to get there or not. At the end of the day, I hit my goal. So stop thinking that this needs to be difficult. The only difficult thing should be, is your transition from where your state is at right now, mentally, of getting to the point to where you're disciplined, you have the willpower and of course you have the full accountability. Be accountable, it doesn't matter how ridiculous it is. Oh, Jesus Christ, yeah, the gym caught on fire.

Guess who's fault it is? It is your fault. It is your fault, you got in there after the gym caught on fire. Now it sounds ridiculous, but that's the type of mindset you have to have in order to get this thing done, because it's already as difficult as it is. Put a lot of tools on your mind and your willpower to get it done. That's the best way to do it. Approach this lifestyle in the most masculine way about it.

Forget all that political, you know, the right way of saying things and the right way of doing things. When it comes to the gym, there is no room for that. You want to look good, you want to make sure you're healthy, you want to make sure you're turning the clocks of time backwards and you want to make sure you look freaking badass.

There is no room for that. Approach this is the most masculine way about it. Anyways boys, email right in the description. Other than that, Kai here, out. Take care.
