And I know this doesn't make sense to you now, but I promise you, you'll see it yourself. People expect me to stay the same. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you are trying to get a hold of me by the way, the best way to do that is through my email. Now my email is right below in description. You click on that link, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, any question you have for me, it's going to go directly to my proton mail. For the people who are wondering where my email is by the way, it's actually a lot faster if you were to click the link right below in the description. It's literally going to take you to my email.
I'm talking about not just my fitness pillar, but my academics, my social, and also, at the same time, even my financial pillar as well. It has completely changed of who I am today. I would have never accomplished any of my goals, and I do mean this, any of my goals that I set for myself, if I didn't do Gear.
I mean it's obvious, like my physical stuff, right, going from a 135 pounds to 208, or 210, because that's where I'm sitting out right around now, but that's one of the more obvious one. The not so obvious ones are the ones that people don't really physically see. For example, my confidence, my charisma, the way I'm able to be a lot more open towards people, the new hobbies I'm able to take because of all the confidence that I'm getting.
At the same exact time too, just being able to have a respectable physique, little gives me into an access into things I've never had before. I started having this conversation with Tyler the other day actually, during one of our meetings, and I started to think, right, who's not ready to do Gear?
What type of person is actually thinking, you know what, I don't think I'm ready for Gear yet, as awesome as it may sound, right? For the most part, most people will believe like they already, but when they're actually in there, about to pull that trigger, ready to do that decision, some people just are not ready because of the things I'm going to tell you right now.
Most people understand anabolic Gear to be very beneficial, and for the most part it is, it really is, it will completely change of, like I said before, of who I was. When it comes to my journey, these are the more impactful things that I personally experienced. And if I wasn't ready to make these type of changes, then I would see these positives, more like a burden. The very first one is being considered as a leader.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

The moment I have a certain physique, a certain image, a certain aesthetic, people started looking at me as more of an authoritative figure, people literally started looking at me for leadership, and I don't mean in a cheesy Marcus Aurelius I am about to lead an entire nation way, I mean in a more practical way, people looked at me for alright Kai, what are we doing this weekend?
The first time somebody did that, I was like, oh, I'm making the plans now? That's, that's my job? So what fun things are we doing now? What else can we do this weekend? What have you planned for us? Not just for the girls I was with, I'm talking about for my boys, my social circle. You know, if I wasn't ready for that - I was, by the way, for the record, I was, I was ready to finally take charge because that's what I've always wanted to do.
I want to be able to - because it's not like I had the best ideas. It's more about why not, you know what I mean, why can't I lead, because that's what I always wanted to do. I wanted to be able to take my friends and my social circle and start leading it that way as well. It's not because my ideas were the best ones. It's just that I wanted to take that driver's seat as well.
And with having that leadership type of status, people expect me to be dependable, reliable, without any questions either, they expect me to have that planned out already. So if I wasn't personally ready for that, I wouldn't have taken the pleasure going into my anabolic lifestyle. The second most impactful thing that I experienced when it comes to this type of transformation was my actual image in terms of fashion.
The moment I started getting into having that masculine look, I had to completely transform my fashion. I couldn't just wear my basic, you know, college years type of look. I couldn't just wear T-shirts and shorts anymore every single day because I normally do, I love wearing my shorts and T-shirts and tank top and that is it. But when you have a certain look, people expect a certain image out of me.
It was really weird, because I had to completely get rid of my entire wardrobe, which kind of sucked, but at the same exact time, you know, the girls who I was with constantly, they were like, why are you wearing that? They would take me shopping, they would give me ideas, they would start saying that you should wear this instead.
And the stuff that they were trying to suggest towards me, it was a completely 180 of where I was in terms of fashion. And the reason why, and some of you guys might think, oh, that's just clothes, right? No. The reason why it's so impactful to me, because clothes is what my identity was, and I'm sure you have your certain image or certain fashion that you have right now, whatever it is, whatever it is.
People are going to expect a much more mature, masculine look. You could obviously wear whatever you want. But in terms of society, people are going to expect a much more professional, mature look. That one was really big on me because I didn't really care for a wearing, honestly, because my calves are so big, my legs are so big, I didn't care for wearing pants. But because of that I completely changed my look, and it was for the better as well.
Like it forced me to be mature, it forced me to be a lot more professional and how to take myself a lot more seriously. Third most impactful thing that I experienced when it comes to jumping into this anabolic lifestyle, this was kind of hard honestly because I had to kill off my entire previous social circle, meaning that the moment I started to transform into a different physique, a different image, that also came with a different lifestyle as well.
And that is the one thing, that majority of people, and you'll start to see this as well, majority of people just do not like. And I know this doesn't make sense to you now, but I promise you, you'll see it yourself. People expect me to stay the same. People don't like change, at all, if they see me as this, you know, average guy, you know, ok, nothing really big, nothing really impactful, that's how they view me, and that's it. They don't want me to improve, they don't want me to change.
And it's nothing because they don't want to hold me down. It's simply because that's my identity towards that social circle. So the moment they see me as that person, the moment I try to change a little bit, it's gonna rub them the wrong way. And this is how they're going to view as well by the way, in terms of my transformation.
The very first one, they laughed the fact that I bought my very first gym membership, like, oh my God, are you serious? You're gonna buy that? Why? Really? You're gonna start going to LA Fitness? Why? What's the point? The more they started seeing improvement, it went into from why are you getting that gym membership to aren't you taking it a little bit too serious? You're like at the gym all the time now.
You mean really, you're gonna take it that far? And then the third last step towards that, they eventually, it wasn't anything dramatic, they eventually just started drifting off away from my life. That one was the hardest part. It wasn't because I had to say goodbye to my old friends or anything like that. It was more because like, wow, I really am completely transforming.
It wasn't just the image, it wasn't just the fashion, it was the fact that all of my friends that I've ever had in college, completely gone. There might be a handful of them that are still in my life right now, but majority of them completely gone. That was one of the hardest ones I had to face through. This is the reality of anybody's social circle, when it comes to changing for the better.
And fortunately, we don't see this, it comes out of nowhere, nobody even talks about it. People see change as a positive way. There are some negative aspects about it. So if I personally wasn't ready to completely say goodbye to all of my friends, then definitely not, definitely wasn't ready for an analog Gear cycle or complete lifestyle changes. That one was really hurtful man, because these guys weren't like my acquaintances.
You know what I mean? I formed a really good solid bond with those guys. But again, it goes back to the same principle of how society works. They didn't want to see me change. And unfortunately, I wanted to, I wanted something better out of myself. So I had to go through that process. It was really painful, really painful. And the most important one, this is hands down, the most impactful one that I personally experienced.
Could I honestly expect myself to act as a champion? Now, again, that sounds pretty freakin cheesy. But what I mean by that is this - when in terms of, can I actually act, behave, have an attitude of a champion is this - am I able to fulfill my personal responsibilities without people knowing about it, without being accountable for it, only from myself? There's nobody there to, you know, give me hands of applause, oh, good job Kai, congratulation.
Nobody was there for that. Nobody was there for that. I'm talking about not just the diet, right, because nobody's there to oh, good job, you didn't eat any carbs today, oh, good job, you went to the gym today. I'm talking about all of the others personal responsibility that I had to fulfill and nobody was there for it. Full total accountability. In terms of progress, nobody is there really to praise me for it.
But yet, because I viewed myself as a champion, because I look like it, when I wake up in the morning it's not gonna be like, oh, damn, look at this badass guy, looks frickin amazing, but yeah, I'm going to slack off my personal responsibility. No. Gear literally forced me into a better person. to literally act like a champion.
If I wasn't ready for that, then there's no way I would have plunged into that type of lifestyle, because for some odd reason I knew that was coming. I didn't know the results. I didn't know how far we take me, but for some odd reason, I knew it was going to completely change me to a different person, these other responsibilities that comes with that type of lifestyle. So if I wasn't ready for any of those things that I just said, no way I would have jumped into a Gear lifestyle cycle.
There's just no way, because I knew it's gonna completely change everything out of me. And everything I just stated, this is the mindset that's gonna make me stand out of the norm, stand out of the normies, the pheasants and the low standards that they do have.
That's the power of Gear. It's not just the arms and abs. It's not just the look, it's everything that comes with it as well. Anyways, email right below in the description. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
