What's going on brother? My name is Kai and if you are completely brand new to my channel, hit that subscribe button because I guarantee I will elevate your life overall.

So what I want to talk to you about today is my personal experience when it comes to Gear, and pretty much having a better understanding of it.

I didn't realize this until doing so many cycles and having it under my experience, right? Check this out, when it comes to me doing a certain particular cycle, does it mean I actually have to sacrifice my aesthetics? Now I know some of you guys are thinking, I don't really know what that means, what does that mean really?

Let me dive into it deeper. One of the biggest fears people have out there when it comes to say doing a bulking cycle, is having that possibility of they might look fat during the bulking cycle or even at the end of the bulking cycle. Here's something that we have to understand. When it comes to me using Gear, I am going to grow muscle tissue no matter what.

So I'm actually going to get bigger in terms of actually having muscle in the first place. And on top of that, we cannot get confused, the difference between actual body fat, like accumulation of body fat, and water retention, because a lot of guys, especially the guys that I train, it's like, is there anything I could do now?

Oh my God, I'm getting so much fat. It's like, dude, no, I'm looking at your progress pictures right now, that is not fat at all. That's just your natural water retention, because you're eating a lot more food, there's a lot more sodium, and at the same exact time, because your E2 levels might just be a little bit, a little bit elevated.

That's pretty much it. Now the other part of it too, is the fear of cutting. This is my personal fear. This is my, honestly, this is my biggest insecurity, to be honest with you, just to be direct with you, to be open about it. My biggest insecurity and fear when it comes to doing a cutting cycle is this - my fear of looking small again, right?

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

How To Homebrew and Pin Your Own Gear To Get 21" Arms Plus A Six Pack WITHOUT Risking Gyno or Spending $897 A Cycle!

Remember my journey when I started off at 135 pounds, dude, having that feeling of feeling small and not having that presence, not having that respect I got people, that is my biggest fear.

So, time and time again, because right now I'm on a cutting cycle, anytime I have to do this I have to literally talk to myself and reassure myself and remind myself Kai, you are on Test, you are on Tren, you are on Anavar, you are on Proviron, and also you're on DHV. Kai, you have more Gear coursing through your body than most people, let alone just testosterone.

Why am I afraid of looking small? Just because I might lose five pounds of lean muscle tissue, but yet, but yet, I'm gonna look bigger, I'm gonna reveal more of the muscle that I've been working hard for when I was bulking up. So that's the thing that I have to really constantly remind myself, just because I choose a particular cycle doesn't mean I am sacrificing my aesthetics.

Now just to add on to my fear about cutting and doing cutting cycles in the first place, that is the reason why I don't cut as hard as I could, because it goes back again into my insecurity. And man, I'm not afraid to admit it anymore, but that is one of my biggest insecurities and my fear is to feel small. Look, I know I am not small, I get it, dude, I'm 200 pounds, right? My freakin arms are freaking massive.

The girls that I talked to all the time, they love taking pictures of me just to show my arms up. It's like I can't sit and eat my ramen in peace. I just want to put it on my Instagram. It's like, whatever. But still in my own personal feelings and thoughts and my own image, I'm always thinking of the 135 pound version of myself constantly all the time.

To where it does give me some bonuses. I'm always gonna go for size and being big and being thick and all that stuff. But the other drawback to that is, it's still an insecurity, it's still a fear that I actually need to go over. Pretty much this, just because I choose to do a bulking cycle it doesn't mean I'm going to look fat. Just because I do a cutting cycle doesn't mean I'm going to look anorexic.

Just because I do a sports performance type of cycle doesn't mean I'm not going to look aesthetic. Look at any CrossFit performer out there at the CrossFit Games. They're doing nothing but performance. We all know Rich Froning is freaking shredded to the bones and he looks aesthetically good. Same exact thing with any of those athletes out there, man.

Yes, they're all on Gear, just to let you know, but they're going for performance, they're going for endurance, they going for timing, and they still look godlike. So I choose or any of those guys out there choose to do a particular cycle, to hit that particular goal, but because they are initiated, they're on Gear, they're looking good, they're looking massive.

They're always gonna look above and beyond all the normies and the natties and the pheasants out here, they're always gonna look and be much more superior than everybody all around them. They're always going to stand out. So in terms of me choosing a particular pathway, a particular goal.

I just want to make sure that I'm not getting mediocre results by trying to do all of the things all at once, I want to hit a bulk cycle, so I could look massive for that bulk, so then I had the luxury to cut. Or if I'm going to do some kind of sports performance to gain my endurance and my timing, I want to make sure that I'm not going to be average or mediocre when I'm doing that particular cycle.

Because again, I'm putting a lot of investment in terms of my time and my effort into it. So I want to make sure I'm gonna stick within that pathway and get it done. Now to add on to that too man, the good thing about home brewing and making my own anabolics and making my own Gear, whatever pathway I choose, I have access to it.

If I truly want to do a contest prep, dude, when I have all the Test, when I have all the Primo, I can easily do that. Same thing with a sports performance, same thing with bulking or cutting, or even just maintenance. So because of all that, I still need to do a particular goal for every single cycle that I am going to do.

Now with me to reveal my main insecurities to you guys. I know that I'm not the only one who has these types of insecurities. either be - because I got to give a shout out to Alex man. I've been with this guy for about six, seven months, or maybe even eight months, right?

This guy is shredded to, I'm talking about vascularity, his abs, I can literally see his veins pulsating in his shoulders. No matter how shredded this guy is, and he's doing advanced cycles now, guess what his biggest fear is, every single time I talk to him? Kai, I just want to make sure man, you know, whatever.

I don't really care. I know he cares. I just want to make sure this cycle doesn't get me obese, because he used to be obese, he used to be overweight, he used to be fat. Now that we're talking about it logically between me and you, do you think a guy who's 225, shredded, on all the Gear, does he have any possibility at all of looking obese?

No, of course not. But that's his insecurity, that's his fear. But do you think you should be worried about being obese? Alex, stop, stop doing that, dude, you're freaking awesome, you are doing good, you're kicking ass. And just to let you in, for the uninitiated guys, just to let you in the mindset of progression, because this goes into pretty much any passion that we have here.

The moment we pick up weights is the moment we never feel as big as we want to, we're never going to feel as shredded as we want to. We're always going to go for that perfection. So that's why in order for us to even come close to it, I have to make sure I choose a particular goal to be able to even come close to the perfection that I am looking for.

And the one thing that I always need to understand myself, because I'm doing homebrewed Gear, I'm always going to look much better than 99% of the people out here. Who alone out here right now is doing Gear, let alone above TRT, let alone doing really advanced stuff, man, this thing is amazing.

So I just have to remind myself calm my shit, be masculine about it, and know that I'm going to be progressing and I'm going to look better than most people. It doesn't matter if I'm bulking and I get a little bit of water weight. It doesn't matter if I'm cutting and oh my God, I lost a little bit of weight. I'm always still going to look better than most.
