CLENBUTEROL DANGERS: My Before and After Results

What's going on brothers? Kai here and I'm just going to dive right into this video because this is really important for everybody to hear. So when I very first started, I had no guide, so at the beginning of my journey, I was just taking a little bit of piece of information everywhere. Some of it was outdated, some of it was - even though it was modern at the time, it was just completely wrong.

But there is one particular compound to where it just has no business, you know, being in my lifestyle.

But there's just people out there, going through my profile and ask me about it, and with this compound it's just a hard no, especially of how little reward that it would give me, especially with what I have to go through.


Do you know what I'm talking about? Clenbuterol. This is by far the most dangerous thing that I have ever taken in my entire life, and I gave it a good run too man, because again, back in the day, what do you normally hear?

Hey, I want to get abs, hey, I want to get cut. Bro just take Clen, Clen and Winstrol, Clen and Winstrol. Now Winstrol, that's a different subject. I'm going to talk about Clenbuterol right now. So here's my experience of Clenbuterol. 


The very first time I took Clen just like anybody else, I would read up about it, how, you know, I would have to take it... Listen to this, I would have to take at least 12 hours before I go to bed, because you already know of how he will wake you up. ?

It'll keep you alert, it will keep you in this high rate of my heartbeat. So I would take it four o'clock in the morning, 30 minutes later, I would actually really feel my heartbeat already pounding out of my chest. 

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

But again, out of desperation, out of change, out of results, I went through all that.

I took Clenbuterol for months at a time, not complete on the entire time, you know, two weeks on, one week off, two weeks on, one week off, or whatever the new stuff was, four weeks on two weeks off, whatever it was, I would take it how I needed to take it, for whatever, you know, protocols it was back then.


So I would take it at four o'clock in the morning, and it would stay in my system pretty much throughout the entire day. If I were to miss my four o'clock time to take Clenbuterol, it would keep me awake the entire night. But again, I was willing to push this as hard as I can. 


I want to give a shout out to all the landscapers out there, especially down here in South Florida man, because look, look how gorgeous this place is man. They work hard for me just to like oh, look how nice it is, just that one small acknowledgement.


And I'm watching them sometimes especially when they, you know, mow my lawn, it's like that's a lot of work dude, just to keep that nice and trim. So I want to give out shout out to all the landscapers out there, or landscaper owners, because I know who you guys are, you guys own some of your businesses as well.


I want to give you a shout out. Thank you for actually making, you know, our back yard, this part, any stuff like that, making it look amazing. So during this time that I was taking it, I will go throughout my entire day, it felt like I was sprinting whatever I was doing. 


I'd be sitting down typing, I felt like I was sprinting the entire time, my heart would just be beating out of nowhere, my palms would be sweaty the entire time. I would be in the middle of class, I would be in the middle of teaching.


And for some reason, it got me anxious, because my heart was beating like crazy the entire time. Man, I couldn't even, you know, enjoy my day. The coffee completely out of my system.


Because I was already in a lot of stimulants because of the Clenbuterol, anytime I would go lift I would have to really pace myself because if I would do a set little bit too much, even just playing bicep curls, oh my God, my heart would skyrocket even more.

But again, no matter how of all the danger signs that was telling me, and my body is like you shouldn't be on this, I would still push it. The reason why I'm telling you all this is this - I get the whole desperation of trying to make Clenbuterol work, especially the fact that some people. 


They're afraid of pinning themselves, so they would either go the safer route of Clen. Clen is the most dangerous compound I have ever taken, and I honestly would not advise it to anybody. I don't care how desperate we are, when it comes to weight loss, it's not worth my heart exploding out of my chest. Right?


And then you would think, you know, throughout the day, it would, you know, the side effects would start dying down. No, man, it would just be a clean on and then it will be an off. By the time it was out of my system, I would be like ok, good, I could finally calm down, I could finally breathe. 


Do you know how it feels when your heart rate is so high? I couldn't take long deep breaths. It'd have to be short the entire time. Like I would walk at the mall just to go buy something, I could barely take a block or a couple of steps or even 15 yards before I'd have to stop and really calm my breath down. 


Because the entire time, shortness of breath, shortness of breath, heartbeat [racing] like crazy. It was just, it was just not good all around. And I'm telling you all this, so if anybody out there is curious, like, oh, maybe that's how you reacted.


I've trained plenty of guys and it's the same exact results over and over again. Clenbuterol has no space in any lifestyle whatsoever, because it's just dangerous, it's just bad, it doesn't give us the results that we're looking for. 


I would rather myself take all the stuff that I'm taking now any day, then take one day of Clenbuterol, because that's how bad it is.
