So there's a good amount of guys right now who are diving into Tren for the very first time, which is absolutely awesome. But they're starting to experience certain things that they don't like.

So when it comes to Tren, we all know it's awesome, but at the same exact time we all know as well.
It's pretty much one of the most powerful compounds that I could use. Powerful in both sense of amazing good results and also amazing, bad sides if I didn't know what's causing it, and in terms of the bad sides, just to let everybody in the know right now, one of the most infamous moments of our Tren is the core temperature. Anytime I'm onTren right now my body temperature is a lot higher than any other compound that can even reach.
I'm talking about even if I were to do higher amounts of Test, it doesn't even come close to a medium amount of Tren in terms of my core temperature skyrocketing like crazy. The other part of it as well is a small about, I mean not everybody experiences this, it's only a good, you know, a handful of people but the insomnia as well.
And on top of that, the profusely sweating like crazy, I mean talking about, it just looks like I'm at the sauna all day, every day. It doesn't even matter if I'm sitting in my office, just sitting there clicking a whole bunch of stuff, it doesn't matter. I could be sitting there sweating like crazy. Now for some guys who are just like dabbling right into it, diving into it for the very first time.
Doing everything they can, they don't know what's causing this, they have no idea at all. And they have everything dialed in, blood stability, astro control, prolactin control, they're eating the right stuff, and they can't figure out, I don't, I don't understand what's causing all these bad sides. Because some of these things can affect a person.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

They go back to bed, they wake up another hour later, that is the bad insomnia that I would get if I didn't know how to control this bad sides from Trea. And obviously, I want to be able to control it so I could have a restful night and tackle on the next day, to whatever I have planned for the next day. The same exact thing with the sweating as well, I'm sure nobody wants to go to their office or their job looking suspicious because they're sitting there sweating like crazy.
So this is exactly what's causing all of those sides. I mean, this is the main cause, but this isn't the majority of it. It's the carbs. It is the carbs that's causing all that stuff. So if I were to not go into full ketogenic diet, this is the reason why I don't use Trend as a bulking agent either, because the sides are going to be a lot more intense. If I do not cut out the carbs, trend is - and that's the reason why it's so good at cutting, Tren is infamous in using my glycogen levels as a form of source of energy.
So anytime I eat a whole bunch of carbs, oh my God, Tren is gonna love that, use that, and guess what 0 it is getting a raise my core temperature, sweating like crazy as well. It is so infamous for that stuff. That's what makes it good as well. If I feed my body a little bit of carbs while I'm on Tren, I'm going to burn more body fat. But if I don't control that in a good amount on a day to day basis, I'm going to suffer from all the sweaty and all the core temperatures that I don't want as well.
So all these guys right now who are on Tren, they're not, you know, they are not sure what's causing it, it's the carbs. That's the reason why I either do a full ketogenic diet or I do some kind of carb cycling while I'm on Tren. Now when it comes to the whole insomnia thing, the best way to work around that, because I do need to have a little bit of carbs here and there, right, the best way around that - if I cut up my carbs, my glycogen, about four to five hours before I go to bed, I would have no problem with that whatsoever.
I just got to make sure that my last, you know, things that I'm going to eat, either, you know, dinner one and dinner two, does it have any carbs in it whatsoever. I just got to guarantee, in order for me to not suffer from insomnia, melatonin is nice, taking some kind of sleeping agent is nice as well, but I got to make sure I got to cut out the carbs completely. Now here's the other part of it too, this is pretty freakin awesome. So not a lot of guys know about this stuff.
When it comes to my liver, the glycogen in my liver, I got to make sure that doesn't get fully depleted as well, because that's what's gonna cause me to wake up in the middle of the night. So what I use before I go to bed is I use either Agave nectar or honey, I take a small teaspoon of it, and I take it right before I go to bed, so that way, my glycogen isn't depleted, so I could go and have a restful night and sleep.
So that's my repertoire when it comes to using Tren. Complete stay away from carbs throughout the entire day. I got to control it, I have a little bit of carbs here and there just to make sure I can take advantage of the fat burning properties when it comes to Tren. And then on top of that, grab - I mean honestly I don't like honey, because it gives me some weird headache like right here in my sinus, I don't know what it is.
And I've tried all honeys too, like the organic ones, the ones with a little honeycomb on it, which is pretty cool, but I still get the headache right here at the bridge of my nose, maybe is because my nose was broken before. I don't know if it has anything to do with that, or I have a deviated septum, I don't know if it has anything with that either, but I react way better to Agave nectar. I'm not trying to be fancy about it.
But at the same time I just, it tastes better to me, it doesn't give me the headache, because I don't know, honey tends to get a little too sweet. Tyler hates it because he loves honey. I'm more of the Agave nectar team right here. So yeah, man, that's what's causing all these sides when it comes to Tren. As long as you stay away from carbs, but for the fact of taking Tren though, I can't go full ketogenic on my entire cycle either, I got to take advantage of that fat burning property.
So it's pretty much one of those timing things. The big one is to make sure that I don't have any carbs five hours before I go to bed. And you know, to be pretty much on a full ketogenic diet throughout the week, I do one big, large cheat meal in terms of having a lot of carbs, to make sure that I can take advantage of the fat burning properties that Tren comes with, that needs to have carbs in it.
So that's what's causing all these sides. Carbohydrates boys, and it doesn't matter if it's complex carbs or the healthiest carbs in the world. Carbs are carbs, they're stored as glycogen, it doesn't matter what it is. I could get these sweats, I could get these core temperature like crazy, it doesn't matter if it's from brown rice, sweet potato, or french fries or frickin McDonald's. They're all the same exact thing.
