What's going on boys? Kai here from Formula Secrets, and welcome to another episode of steroid cycles that you need to perform at your sport.

The sport we are covering today is CrossFit. That's right, one of the most popular rising sport that's ever come out when it comes to anything brand new.

Now first of all, guys, I want to go over this because I think it's absolutely comical. Obviously, I advocate, Gear especially what these guys are doing. But when it comes to the whole CrossFit, especially CrossFit Games steroid testing, it is absolutely hilarious, right?

They will have you believe, especially the general public that the way they test for steroids is through urine samples. First of all, no, you can even come up with testosterone through a urine sample. So their steroids, what do you call it, their steroid testings is literally just a publicity stunt.

If they were to actually test for this stuff, they would do hair follicles, they will do blood test, stuff like that. But one of the episodes in terms of one of Rich Froning blogs guys, they had him tested for Gear, but through a urine sample.

That is just completely straight up lying to the general public, which I understand, they're trying to promote the sport and all that stuff. That's the only pretty much, you know, quarrel I have when it comes to CrossFit guys, that they're just blatantly and purposely lying to the general public when it comes to their steroid testing. 

Now anyways, if you are looking to perform in terms of CrossFit, either at your box or your workout place, what are you trying to do, when it comes to this stuff, either through your Olympic weightlifting, through your sprints, through your endurance section guys, this is the cycle that you need.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Again, one of the main foundation which you absolutely need to have is testosterone, again, either sustanon, cypionate or enanthate. Anyone of those things is absolutely crucial for your recovery, your power and a little bit of endurance.

So when it comes to this stuff guys, testosterone needs to be your base foundation when it comes to your CrossFit steroid cycle. That is one of the main ones. Again, I would state that around 500 milligrams per week. Here's the reason why we're not going to go over a gram by the way, guys. It's mainly because we're not trying to grow muscle here, right?

We're trying to grow more towards the power. We're not trying to look like a bodybuilder when it comes to your CrossFit sport, right? What we're ultimately trying to do is making sure that we're able to do your snatches, your clean and jerks and all that stuff without having to have extra weight, because the extra muscle. 

Mainly the whole point of CrossFit is power and endurance. Again, we're not trying to go for aesthetics, we're not trying to go for as big as you can. It's mainly for a performance sport.  So again, one of the main things you need is testosterone. The second thing you need to get is mainly for power, mainly because one of the main things that they need to do guys as much as endurance that you guys see through the running. 

The sprinting and all that stuff, is your power, which is through the Olympic weightlifting section of the sport. The main thing that you can absolutely use when it comes to this stuff is NPP, not Deca, which is pretty much the same thing, but a longer ester, way longer ester then NPP. NPP is nandrolone phenylpropionate, which is one of the basic things that you need when it comes to power and a little bit of bulking.

So here's the thing about that, the most amazing stuff about NPP is the fact that not only that it goes into your system instantly, because it's such a short ester, it's a phenylpropionate, that means it's in and out of your system right away guys. So you need to inject that at least three times a week. What you want to get is between 600 to 700 milligrams of NPP within your system. 

That right there, guys, if you are on a plateau of your bench, your squat, your snatches, any of those power limits that you are trying to get up, NPP would be absolutely the best thing and the only thing you would need to get your lifts way up. Now testosterone can help you out a little bit when it comes to that stuff. But between testosterone and NPP. 

Which you need both by the way, you can't just cycle NPP by itself, you absolutely need testosterone as your base, but when you add NPP, your plateau is completely gone. If you're trying to squat 405 pounds, you can easily do that when you add NPP to your arsenal. Now, the fact that it is a 19 Nor like Tren, if you guys aren't initiated with it,

Tren is the same thing as NPP, but it's in the other side of the spectrum, which is more of shredding down. You do not need Tren for CrossFit. What you ultimately need is the NPP for the power and the fact that you need to bulk up in terms of the muscle that you need. So the fact that it is a 19 Nor ,some people believe that you need some type of anti prolactin with it, like say Caber, Prami, P5P. 

Now for the guys that are ultimately really sensitive to the prolactin elevations when it comes to NPP, you don't need Caber though, you want it to have in hand, but the most you need is P5P, mainly because it doesn't raise your prolactin levels as high as Tren guys, that's the only recommendation I have. Sure, have Caber on hand if you feel a little bit ify about it. 

But for the most part the most things that you're going to need is P5P, that is the most that you need to get to control your prolactin levels when it comes to using NPP. The other part that you're absolutely going to need to elevate your game through CrossFit stuff guys, either through your endurance again, your strength or whatever you're looking to do to improve your game in CrossFit is HGH.

My God, when it comes to that stuff, guys, again, this is the only thing that's going to make your recover as fast as possibly can. You can get your deep tissue massage, you could get your lacrosse ball and roll all around the ground as much as you can. That's adorable, that's cute, but you're never going to recover as fast as growth hormone or testosterone guys. 

Again when it comes to the recovery part, growth hormone is just way up here guys, between 6 IUs to 4 IUs a day, you are going to recover as quickly as you can, so you could do these type of workouts on a daily basis. Don't think that all you have to do is eat a good healthy balanced meal or go on your ketogenic diet or your Paleo Diet like these guys are doing. 

Yeah, absolutely do that, to actually craft and make sure you are doing everything you can to improve your sport. But don't think that that's the only thing you need, that is like a very small section of throughout your day what you need guys. Every single one of these athletes are absolutely on steroids. How can these guys look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, but at the same time they have bigger endurance, like an endurance athlete.

So don't think with you and your box thinking that like ok, I just need to eat my almonds and my bacon I'll be good. No guys. Yeah, you diet needs to be there. Your skill set needs to be there. The fact that you need to be efficient at your lifts needs to be there. But again, do not get stuck to be in that Disneyland mindset guys, as in you're thinking ok, as long as I try hard, I'm going to be able to do exactly what a Rich Froning is doing. 

I'll be able to do what these CrossFit guys are doing. Completely wrong, and you're going to have a terrible time finding that out. That's the reason why these guys are just going in, day in and day out, working out three to four times a week, working out on their swimming, their sprints, their influences, and on top of that there is the Olympic weightlifting guys, because they're able to recover a lot faster. 

They're able to use steroids in order to lift heavier and improve on a daily basis guys. Do not get stuck on alright, all I need is a paleo diet and I'm good to go and that's it. Now I can do like double unders all day and not get sore. You guys are going to get sore. The only way for you to not get sore and work on a daily basis and improve on top of that is to get on a Gear cycle.

So again guys, testosterone sustanon, cypionate or enanthate, NNPP three times a week, growth hormone for recovery. And absolutely, since the fact that you are gonna be on Gear, any type of anti-estrogen. My recommendation is Anastrozole guys. Do that's your arsenal, I don't care what box you are in, I don't care if you are low on the totem pole when it comes to your place, when it comes to training guys. 

You jump on Gear, you gonna elevate these things way higher. And the beauty about that guys, since these guys are not testing for Gear whatsoever, you could go into some regional, you can go into some try out, and you are going to completely destroy everybody within your region, just like how these... 

Obviously, once you start trying out for a big serious games, you're going to be competing with other people that are also on steroids, guys. So obviously, it's going to be a lot more an even playing field with these guys. But when it comes to your own gym or your box or whatever you want to call it, right, if you actually want to elevate your game, that would be it.

You're going to be able to destroy all your PRs, if you're lagging, if you're in a plateau, that would be your answer. Again, test, NPP, growth hormone and Anastrozole.
