What is the best approach when it comes to bulking, specifically the diet part? Should I do a dirty bulk, including, you know, KFC, McDonald's, all the fun stuff, or should I be a little bit more responsible, doing the cleaner stuff, doing an actual clean bulk by eating all the clean foods, but just increasing the surplus of my calories. So in terms of gains, and remember, though, you have to keep in mind, I'm talking from the perspective of a person who is on Test, NPP, DBol, proviron, all the bulking agents that I am currently on right now.
So if you're thinking that, you know, maybe as a natty I could do either one, no, completely mistaken. What does this mean fora natty? I have no idea. You can go check out some other natty people out there. So when it comes to the subject of this, which is the best one.
After all the years I've been doing all this, I truly believe the best way to bulk off, especially during the winter season or any bulking cycle is to do both. We can be some irresponsible fat kid that would just eat everything. It's like well, I'm just bulking, I'm just gonna use this bulk as an excuse to eat all my, you know, three piece chicken nuggets at McDonald's, or my four piece chicken strips at KFC. We can't do that.
We have to be responsible as well. Because me being on Gear, I don't want to give my body no more excuses to elevate my blood pressure either, because that's what dirty bulking will do. The other part of it as well, the less fat accumulation I'm going to have while I am doing a bulk, the better.
So when I say do both, I would prioritize the first part, which is I would eat, like take for example on a day to day basis, say my maintenance for a bulkl is to be in a surplus of say 6000 calories a day. If I could do at least 5000 calories in a clean way I would.
Now where do I utilize the dirty bulk? I'll be sitting there, eight o'clock at night, done with my day, completely exhausted., I cannot eat any more. I am tired of eating the same stuff, eating my tilapia, my steak, my chicken, I am done eating clean.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So when I say make my own McDonalds, I'm talking about making my own cheeseburger, making my own fried chicken, making my own pizza. That would be better, because there's always going to be steps, as I can go from clean eating to alright, let's go see what the number one is, the Big Mack in McDonald's.
No, I would have to work towards that. But there's in between, making my own junk food. So if it means I need to hit that date, I need to hit that macro, I need to hit a certain calorie surplus, then I would, by utilizing quote unquote junk food, because you've probably seen there's plenty of junk food inside Whole Foods.
I would know, because I got all of them. They have, you know, the almond flour pizza, at the end of the day it's still pizza, that's still a lot of calories. There's plenty of stuff out there, just cauliflower pizza. There's burgers, there's muffins, there's cupcakes, chips. There's chips as well, right?
Because even though it's healthy, like coconut water, for example, I love coconut water. But let's look at it for exactly what it is dude, that shit has a ton of sugar in it, that thing has a lot of calories in it. So even though it's not considered junk food, it's still a surplus of calories.
That should be the progress to where clean eating on a surplus, ok cool, nine o'clock at night, eight o'clock at night, I'm tired of eating, oh my God, I can't take another clean meal, I don't feel like doing another meal prep meal, cool, awesome.
I am gonna go to Whole Foods, let's see what they have over there. Or let me make my own McDonald's, let me make my own Burger King, let me make my own whatever garbage food out there, that's going to make me hit that last thousand calories.
And then if I'm at my weakest, right, it's towards the end of my bulking cycle, I am just exhausted, I'm tired of eating, my jaw line actually hurt, I am done. Then by the very last desperation of hope, then I'm going to use that KFC, that Papa John, the actual junk food place, that should be the very last resort for anybody.
So let's not use this, the actual dirty bulking, like the most disgusting dirty bulk out there, as an excuse just to get fat. The reason why we shouldn't worry too much about getting fat while in the bulk - I have the Tren, I have the EQ, I have the Anavar, I have the T3, I have the ephedra, I have all the compounds that the natties, the pheasants out there do not have actors in homebrewing too.
So when it comes to these fat accumulations, I don't worry about it too much. Why? Because it doesn't matter. You know, just to give you a personal perspective of mine, every single year, it always happens, come, you know, end of January, end of February.
When I'm about to end my bulking cycle, I am always telling myself, fuck, I should have bulked harder, because two weeks into my cutting cycle, I'm already shredding down body fat like crazy. The Tren is already kicking in, the T3 is already kicking in, the ephedra is already doing its job.
So every single year, it never fails. And I know it's easy for me to state that now, because between both, bulking and cutting, the bulking cycles are always a lot harder. I mean, what am I doing in a cutting cycle? Eating less food, doing less work. That's pretty it. When I'm bulking, oh my God, I'm stuffing left and right and it's just so much harder.
And when you're thinking about logically, there is literally a lot more physical work, more dishes to clean, more meals to cook, more physical acts of me chopping down on food on a day to day basis. Shit I'm already starting to regret it now.
It's like, oh crap. I'm already like a couple of weeks in the bulking cycle. But anyways, that's my point. I'm not going to go straight into the dirty bulk. I'm going to start with the clean, and this is on day to day basis too, that's my battle on a day to day basis when I'm on bulking cycle. Eating clean the entire time until I'm bout to break mentally.
Cool, let's make some pizza. Cool, let's make some cheese. Let me grill some good old cheeseburgers and hotdogs. Then at the very last, you know what? I don't feel like it, let's go say hi to Taco Bell really quick, let's go get that three piece original taco, with sour cream. Take care.
