What's going on boys? Welcome to another episode of Ask Anything With Kai, where I take your questions and answer them directly. And today we're going to be answering the question that a lot of people are asking, which is, could you please give me a summer guide of DNP.
With that being said, for some of you guys that are still looking to move forward, here it is, here is the summer guide for DNP. The only reason why I do not recommend it, because it's a lot more higher maintenance when it comes to cooling yourself up and drinking a lot more water, compared to say, when you're doing it during the wintertime.
When you're doing it in the summertime, you're going to be prone to more dehydration, having to drink a whole lot more water, which makes it a little bit more dangerous than normal. But for some of the guys that are ready to move forward, let's do it. When it comes to the milligrams, for example, first of all, I do not recommend anybody to go above 500, especially during the summer.
You guys are going to be overheated, you guys are gonna be dehydrated, and you want to make sure you don't go to the route to the point to where I don't know, you might die. To the point to where you are dehydrated and you have to go to the hospital, get the IB bags in you and you have to do all that stuff. You don't want to do all that.
But for the guys who are still adamant on doing it, here's one of the things that you really need to do. Let's start off with making sure that you are cool throughout the day as well. First off, one of the things you need to grab for your room is a fan that is directly towards you. If you're at home, you want that towards you at all times, so you're not sweating. On top of that, you have your central AC unit, obviously, that's a given.
You need to keep that on around 70 to 71 degrees, on top of having another AC unit within the room, one of those AC units that you could put against the window that individual for room or something along those lines, you absolutely need that as well. So having two AC units, your central AC unit, and then your window AC unit is a must, especially during the summer.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

I promise you ever since I made that decision of buying a second AC unit, that's specifically just for my room where I do a lot of stuff and writing all that stuff or else when I sleep at night, that's where I turned that thing on and it is a God sent guys. It makes it so much cooler on top of the fan, on top of the central AC unit, and also drinking a lot of cold water.
Now, this might be a little too whoo whoo for you guys, right, it might be a little too homeopathic, but here is my theory behind it. When you are taking in a lot of DNP, I believe that you're also taking in, or taking out actually a lot of good healthy bacteria in your stomach. The moment I started drinking a lot of probiotic drinks, I promise you I'm not sponsoring any type of stuff, this is just from my own personal experience.
The moment I start drinking a lot of probiotics, I started feeling a lot better, my focus came back, I started feeling a lot more lively. In terms of that, guys, it's a huge difference when it comes to focus, you're not doing as laggy, you're not feeling as fog minded. At the same time, you're able to feel more focused when you're actually on a caloric deficit, on top of taking in DNP to burn even more calories guys.
On top of having more energy, obviously you can take the ephedra stack, the ephedra caffeine stack, right on top of your DMP for extra energy. But when it comes to just feeling that sense of well being, guys start buying probiotic drinks, I promise you, it will save you a lot of headache when it comes to wondering why you can't focus, wondering why your head is so foggy, wondering why you can't finish your schoolwork or you can't do anything with your job at the moment because you just can't focus.
The moment I did that move, huge improvement in terms of my work ethic, in terms towards my work as well guys. When I'm editing these videos for you guys, when I'm doing all these videos for you guys, before there was a rut where two three videos down, I felt like it was mediocre at best, right? The content was there, the information was there, but in terms of feeling alive, feeling like I'm actually giving value to you guys, it was gone for those two or three episodes.
The moment I started to take probiotics, huge. Don't take the probiotic supplements either, you don't want that, you want the actual drink that you can grab at Whole Foods or wherever you may be in terms of the grocery store, just make sure it actually says live bacteria in the actual thing, like say a kombucha for example.
That would be amazing if you could have that at least once every other day, to supplement all that good bacteria you're taking away because you're taking DNP, you're taking all that fat. I believe you're also taking in all the good gut bacteria that's in your stomach and you're getting rid of it as well on top of the fat you're getting rid of.
So make sure you guys start drinking kombucha or anything with probiotics guys, that will save you a lot times of having headaches, not being able to focus. So that would be your summer guide fellows. In terms of your bed, make sure that you have two to three different bed sheets to switch out, on top of the sheet pillow, on top of everything. Your mattress, that's fine, as long as you do not sweat through it.
So make sure you have two to three sets of bed sheets that you can change on a daily basis. On top of that having a towel, pretty thick towel, I usually use a beach towel, you can lay that down where you sleep and also lay another beach towel on top of your pillow. If you do not do that, that's when you start breaking out on your face or your chest or your back. You have to think, you're sweating profusely throughout the entire night.
So say you're sleeping six, seven hours a night, or just fives, for you guys that are really high in your testosterone, even for five hours. You're sitting there in your sweat, your sodium filled sweat that's clogging your pores, as you're sitting there all night sweating. That's how you get backnee, that's how you get acne on your chest or your shoulders or your face guys.
When you wake up in the morning, you'll see it too. You have developed this white substance on top of your pillows sheets if you don't have it covered. That is the salt that's coming out of your skin guys, that is the electrolytes, that is the sodium, that first of all you need to replenish. That's different topic. For right now, use towels to make sure that you do not let that just sit on your face all night.
And obviously, take a shower the moment you wake up. So you have your central AC unit, you have your fan, you have your indoor AC unit as well, on top of making sure your sheets are clean on a daily basis, showering three times a day. That would be your summer guide of DNP. Oh yeah, by the way, the kombucha as well, the live probiotics, make sure you grab that.
I promise you guys, that may sound a little too out there, a little too homeopathic, but I promise you guys, you are going to be able to focus a lot more on top of the ephedra caffeine stack you will be taking. And all else guys, drink a lot of water. Obviously some people have died taking DNP, but they're taking in, you know, irresponsible 1500 milligrams, 1600 milligrams. With you guys, make sure you start, if you're completely brand new to it, start off at 200 milligrams. 250.
The highest you should ever go is 500, especially during the summer, when we're hitting 85, 88, 90 degrees outside guys, you do not want to be dehydrated in that type of whether.
