Improving cardio in a significant degree, that happens over time. Initially we are going to feel some kind of hindering when it comes to that cardio first. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you are trying to get a hold of me by the way, the link to my email is right below in the description.

You click on that, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's gonna go directly to my proton mail.

So one of my guys, he does CrossFit, he does CrossFit, he's pretty good at it, and he wanted to get better. So he started implementing elevated testosterone, not just his TRT, he wanted to get a little bit more. And then he quickly noticed and he started to ask me a series of questions, and pretty much straight up said, dude, I'm pretty good with my cardio.

But all of a sudden for some odd reason, it's not like it's slowing me down, but it starts to get a little bit harder. Now the more I keep doing this, the more I keep going with this type of cycle, is it going to hinder my cardio even more? So pretty much he said, does blasting Gear negatively affects my cardio? Now the direct answer is yes, absolutely.

Gear will negatively affect, initially cardio, but not how most people would view it. Now for the uninitiated guys out there, pretty much the normies and the pheasants, they will think that it's the compound that's causing, you know, this negative effect or this hindering of cardio. But to be direct with you, the majority of Gear out there.

It's actually going to improve my boys cardio, either for explosive movements, endurance, high repetitions, whatever it is, when it comes to cardio, majority of Gear out there will actually help them out, considerably as well. In terms of improving cardio, in a significant degree, that happens over time. Initially, we are going to feel some kind of hindering when it comes to that cardio first.

When it comes to the reasoning why, to me it's obvious, but just to make sure nobody's lost here, I have to make it clear. And the guy has gained, the guys that I am training right now, he's gonna get 15 to 20 pounds of muscle in a very short timeframe. 15 to 20 pounds, that is a lot of weight. So of course his body, his body's gonna be tough to adapt. Imagine putting on like a weight vest, I'm sure every guy's done before, right!

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

How To Homebrew and Pin Your Own Gear To Get 21" Arms Plus A Six Pack WITHOUT Risking Gyno or Spending $897 A Cycle!

A weighted vest just to mess around with, the first initial when you put it on, it's like, this isn't so bad, 20 pounds of weighted vest, I could do this all day every day.

30 seconds into the run it's like oh, ha, because it's not just the cardio actually having a harder time to adapt to it, it's like oh, my calves are a little bit more painful, my back's a little bit more in pain, my form is having to adjust, everything needs to adjust with a very simple 15 to 20 pounds of extra added weight.

But once it his body adapts right to that 15 to 20 pounds, oh man, it's gonna improve considerably in terms of his cardio. He's explosive moves because he has now more muscle tissue to work with, his endurance because now he has a little bit more, it's the same exact thing, more muscle to work with as well. So overall, his cardio is absolutely going to improve.

The only sucky part about it is the first couple of moments where his body literally needs to adjust because remember, he's bigger, he's wider, he's heavier, so his form needs to change, his pacing needs to change, everything, his breathing even, how he postures himself up, everything has to change, but then the moment he adapts to that, oh, man, oh, it's gonna be awesome.

There is one compound out there that is just straight up notorious when it comes to actually hindering any cardio activity, either explosive movements, endurance, long, it doesn't matter what it is. This compound is notorious when it comes to literally negatively affecting cardio, which is a Tren, either as Tren acetate or Tren enanthate. When it comes to Tren, when it comes to that compound man, there is no improvement at all.

There might be maintenance, or it negatively affects it, there is definitely no improvement. It's either we're maintaining or be negatively affected by it, but in terms of the actual positive thing when it comes to endurance, or cardio or explosiveness, this section right here is a no go when it comes to Tren. It's either maintenance or negative, when it comes to cardio.

So when I started explaining to him about, you know, the aesthetics out of Tren, how good it's gonna make him look and all that stuff, the vascularity, the strength and all of that, but then the moment he mentioned that he is getting into CrossFit, I was like are you kidding me, we can't do freakin Tren, are you kidding me?

You're gonna gas out, your gas tank is pretty much half of it, so there's just no way he could do a Tren in any of his cycles, especially when he's doing any type of cardio. But everything else is open to the table, I mean, he can actually improve his cardio from both, the pinnable stuff, the oral stuff, even human growth hormone, all of that is actually going to affect them in a positive way.

The only adaptation that he needs to do is that initial period to where, oh my God, I woke up, you know, a month later and I just gained what, seven pounds. Two months later, I just gained 14 pounds in total, and then by the time he's done with his cycle, he's gonna be sitting around 15 to 20 pounds heavier. Anytime I get one of my guys who are doing any type of cardio oriented sport, either cycling, running, sprinting, CrossFit, MMA.

At first it's like, man, my cardio sucks right now, like, dude, I'm guessing out second round to my fight, what is going on? Until he adapts, then he's like, oh, yeah, my gas tank is a lot better now. It's actually improved a lot. Everything's gonna be affected, the way he - like even I experienced that myself, the way I move it's gonna be a lot slower.

Like when somebody calls my name to turn my entire head around I can't just do that, I have to like slowly turn because of how wide he is going to be, how thick he's going to be. The way he walks even, it's gonna be completely different. For example, the guys who are say in the Olympics for example, right, they go through the same exact thing.

They had to adapt to that new physique that they develop through anabolic Gear. And then their cardio is going to be significantly improved. Anyways, my email right in the description. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
