Now are you really pushing yourself if you've never gotten stuck under the Smith machine before when you're trying to bench-press? Are you really pushing yourself if you've done so many volume of reps, when it comes to your squat, you'd literally fall over in the middle of the gym?
What's going on brother? My name is Kai and if you are completely brand new to my channel, hit that subscribe button because I guarantee I will elevate your life overall. So one of the weird things I notice every time I go to the gym is this.
Anytime I go there I am literally the only person struggling, cursing, freaking sweating like crazy. I'm over there in the corner like holding off, like ok, wait, ok, I am trying to catch my breath.
And one of the weirdest odd things that I find out about of people is just this - a lot of people, even guys, guys do this a lot, nobody wants to struggle in front of other people, which is so weird, because that's the only way for us to really push ourselves.
And I honestly got this type of behavior from doing MMA, right? When you're doing grappling, when you're doing jujitsu and you're over there, you have no choice but to struggle in front of people. When you're rolling with somebody.
Man, you could just see somebody about to give up and quit. And I love that, right? Because everything is out in the open. Now you would think the same exact behavior would happen in the gym. In order for us to get things done, we have to push ourselves.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

No, of course not. But when I am doing grappling, or jujitsu or striking, or even at the gym, I am literally having to pace myself cursing up like crazy because my arms are burning and I'm over here ok, and I'm looking around. And I'm sure you've noticed this too.
I'm sure you've seen this before, from time to time, you're the only person who's struggling and you're looking around, cool, they're, you know, they're just chatting it up, they're over there, they're bench pressing and at the same time talking at the same time.
And I'm looking at some of these guys, dude, how are you deadlifting and talking to your girl at the same time? How are you doing pull ups and just having a good time? Every time I'm lifting, it's not about the weights either. I'm literally squeezing everything that is in terms of that movement, right?
If I'm doing bicep curls, I'm not just going through the movement. I'm squeezing my muscles every time I'm doing a single rep. So from my point of view, a lot of people are making this mistake. They are not pushing themselves.
They really are not giving it their all or else, everybody else too, would be struggling, everybody else too would be sweating like crazy and cursing and barely have any ounce of energy to be on their phones talking or talking to other people.
So one thing that I really want to make sure that you're not making this mistake is this - don't be afraid, man. Do not be afraid to struggle in front of people. This is where literally you are building yourself. This is where you are able to find your limits as well. And at the same time, could it be overtraining? Not when I'm on Gear.
Overtraining only exists for the pheasants and the natties out there, that's their problem. You and I, we have the luxury of having to push ourselves as hard as we can without the risk of overtraining. So my message to you out there right now is this. Do not be afraid to struggle in front of other people.
Do not be afraid to be the only guy out there who when you're walking out the gym, you did so much of a hard cardio session that you're about to puke on the side. I've done that plenty of times. Don't be afraid to be the guy who where you are pushing yourself and you are getting your Anavar cramps all over your back.
Now, are you really pushing yourself if you've never gotten stuck under the Smith machine before when you're trying to bench-press?
Are you really pushing yourself if you've done so many volume of reps, when it comes to your squat, you'd literally fall over in the middle of the gym? If none of this stuff has ever happened to you before, we're not pushing ourselves, honestly, because how do you know...
Because Look, think about it logically, ok? How would you know where your limitations are, if you've never gotten over it before? And in order for us to go over it, we have to fail. We have to fail. I feel like people are way too embarrassed about this type of shit, it's like oh, I don't want to struggle in front of people, it might be embarrassing.
I don't want to get stuck under the bench press. I want to make sure that I look good the entire time. I will give a shit how I look at the gym. I'm there to literally destroy my muscles. So do not get under the trap of how these other people are working out.
Just making sure they're pushing enough themselves to look good, just pushing up to where they are sweating a little bit, you know, I'm trying my hardest. Push yourself, push yourself to the point of frickin exhaustion and breaking yourself.
And the reason why we don't have to worry about breaking ourselves man, because again man, that's what Test and Anavar is for. That's the reason why I'm able to do that. So again, my message for you is this man, it's simple, straightforward and nice and easy. Do not be embarrassed about failing in front of other people.
That is the whole goal anyways, every single time we go to the gym, do not be afraid to struggle in front of others, because that's the only way for us to find out for sure where our limiting factors are. We have to go over that, and by going over that, that means we have failed.
But that's the only way for us to really find out where our limiting thresholds are, we have to fail in our burnout set, we have to fail in terms of our bench-press. For example, if you've never done a benches before to the point to where you're about to go up, you got halfway, it's like oh shit, this is not going up at all anymore.
I have to do a whole weird pushing off the weights to the side and then to the other side to be able to roll out of it. If that's never happened to you before, we're not pushing ourselves. If you've never gotten to a squat rack before and you've gone down and oh shit, I can't get back up, how would you really know?
How would we really know if we are at our limiting points? We can't, the only way for us to do it is to actually purposely fail. That is the best way to find out where our limiting factors are.
So again, my message to you is this, nice plain and simple, do not be afraid to struggle in front of people. Anyways, email right below this video. Other than that boys, Kai here, out, boom. Take care.
