So speaking of emails, a really interesting question came in the other day in my proton mail, which is a very simple question, but I would love to answer it actually.

So this guy asked, does testosterone replacement therapy build muscle? And when it comes to this particular question my brother, straight up yes, oh God, it absolutely builds muscle. Because here's the thing, for a lot of people who are not initiated, when it comes to our muscles structure, the density, the strength, our growth in the first place, all of that is dictated by our hormone, testosterone.


Now, if we are somehow in the lower ends of testosterone or are suffering from low testosterone itself, it doesn't matter how healthy we eating, it doesn't matter how many deadlifts we're doing at the gym, we are never going to be able to build any type of muscle tissue, if that is the case. So no matter how heavy I'm lifting, even if I were able to, if I missing that certain threshold, when it comes to testosterone.

I'm never going to build anything. So that's why when you see a lot of guys who are suffering from low testosterone, they're never able to progress at the gym, simply because they're not meeting that certain particular threshold when it comes to having total testosterone. We need to meet that threshold in order for us to grow, because again, that's what dictates the size, the muscle tissue, the growth, all that fun stuff.


Now, the other part of it is this man - say which one is far more superior, a guy who's on TRT or a healthy guy who has a pretty decent average range of testosterone? TRT is always gonna win, hands down, no matter what, because check this out - when it comes to our test levels, say a Natty guy who is healthy, decent level, testosterone levels, it's never going to be stable the entire time. 

It's always going to be fluctuating. It's dictated through stress levels, lack of sleep. Now, if it was only one factor, it may not drop that testosterone level. If it's only a bad diet it may not drop it or say if it is one thing to be stressed out, it may not drop it, but who lives in a bubble?

Who lives in a certain bubble to where they're able to control everything that they do? In order for them to somehow stabilize their testosterone, they'd have to completely eliminate any type of hardship we go through on a day to day basis.

So anything like that, a lack of sleep, drop in testosterone, terrible diet, drop in testosterone, stress, anything like that in sorts is absolutely going to be a play on lowering the testosterone levels. Now say for me, I'm on testosterone, check this out - I'm on exogenous testosterone, testosterone enanthte. Does that testosterone enanthate care if I am stressed out? No. Does it care if I have some kind of terrible cheat meal once in a while?


It doesn't. It's always gonna give me the same exact amount on a week to week basis. It doesn't matter. It doesn't feels like oh, that's cool Kai, you had some pizza, and you stayed up all night and you smoked cigars and you stayed up even later that night. That's cool, it doesn't matter, here's your total testosterone, it is always going to be the same amount, stable the entire time. 


Unlike natural guys, fluctuating, up and down like crazy and it sucks because in order for them to again, to keep it stable the entire time, guess what they have to do? They have to become bubble boy, they have to put themselves in a bubble encapsulate the entire time to where nothing is being affected. But again, nobody lives in a perfect way like that. 


Everybody is always affected by our day to day hardship type of stuff, staying up late, watching too late of a movie, going out with your girl, having a couple drinks here and there, it's always going to be fluctuating. But when it comes to being on TRT, it's always going to deliver no matter what. So that's why even if, say a healthy guy goes into the gym, right, decent amount of testosterone levels.


He doesn't know if he actually has the good amount of testosterone levels in that day, so he may not even make any type of progress that day at the gym. When it comes to me, I can stay up all night, go to the gym and still make progress. Why? Because my testosterone level is stable the entire time. I don't ever have to worry about this whole up and down type of unstable testosterone.

And that's the beauty about TRT man. So when it comes to that particular question, it's far more superior within what natural people have because it's always going to deliver, and it's always gonna keep me at the optimal range as well. So that's how I'm able to grow muscle tissue muscle density, strength, anything that comes into, you know, having testosterone.

That's why when I wake up at four o'clock in the morning, when I wake up at four or five o'clock in the morning, I don't have to rub my eyes and slowly start up my system. 


Again, I'm able to start my system without needing an alarm clock, and I'm already fresh and good to go. That's how quickly I'm able to recover. And that's how fast my brain is able to fire up and start throughout the day man. That's how I stay motivated this entire time. And honestly, it's such a helpful tool on a day to day basis that always delivers. So it's not just the whole muscle structure thing. It's not just the whole limitless pill type of approach when it comes to life.
