Bigger guys need more testosterone, while smaller guys need less, right? Logically it only makes sense, either big, fat bulky guys need more testosterone while the guys who are smaller, smaller frame need less?

No, that's not the case at all my brother. It's all about absorption rate and how I would react to the gear itself.

This guy is 330 pounds, pretty damn solid as well for the position that he's playing. And, you know, as we're going through his newly initiated lifestyle, I'm trying to find his sweet spot for his Sustanon, and initially he's thinking wait, wait, why am I, I trust you, clearly you know what you're doing but why am I taking the same exact amount as the smaller guys?

Wouldn't I need more? Because I mean, I'm clearly like a 100 pounds more than that guy. Logically yes, it does make sense. This is a question that a lot of people would consider stupid, because even though a lot of people would already know this, this is actually a good fundamental question, you know, that he would need to know.

When it comes to our lifestyle, out fitness lifestyle, it makes sense, right? When it comes to say bigger guys, they would need to lift more, higher macros, bigger amount of calories, pretty much bigger everything for them to progress while the smaller frame guys, they don't need as much, way less macros way less calories. 

Way less weights in order for them to progress. Sustaining, maintenance, all of that, pushing ourselves to progress, pretty much the big guys need to do a whole lot more work while the smaller guys, they don't need to do as much, while pretty much progressing as well.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Logically, that absolutely makes sense. Not in the case of exogenous testosterone, because in the sense of exogenous testosterone, it's not about the big amounts. It's all about the absorption rate and how I would personally react to it.

Everybody's different, there can be a case to where a bigger guy needs way less amount, but yet he reacts to it so well, even his cruise we consider it as blasting. Or a smaller guy, smaller frame, doesn't really absorb exogenous testosterone too well, so his TRT, a lot of we will consider that blasting. It's all about how I would personally absorb it, how I would react to it, how I would convert it, all that stuff.

So I personally just can't look oh, bigger guy, he needs a lot more, let's do a lot more pinning as well. It has nothing to do with that at all. So when he found out he doesn't need as much, he doesn't need to pin as much, clearly the guy was happy, because, you know, a lot of newly initiated guys, they're not too fond about pinning, right? We all have that fear in the past. It takes us a little bit over to get over that, but then obviously, we'll get used to it. 

But yeah, he was happy about that, and at the same time, he really did started to understand when he was halfway through his cycle, he already started seeing gains, four weeks into it, he started already feeling good. His timing, his performance on the field, a lot better as well. His recovery too was pretty damn awesome as well. 

So yeah, that's the one thing that, you know, he needed to understand. And again, his perspective on it, he was looking at it from your basic fitness point of view, I need to lift so much more weights, I need to do so much more food, I need to eat a lot more, I need to put in so much more work. But this is never the case when it comes to exogenous testosterone, it's all about how they personally react to it.

Some guys are right there in the middle range to where they need about, you know, your basic amount. Some guys need more, some guys need less. It's all about how we react, how we absorb these type of compounds. And this does not limit just to testosterone either. This goes for all the exotic compounds as well. The Anavar, the DBol, the Tren, some guys need a whole lot more. 

So that's why I can't stand seeing certain threads out there, bro why are you taking so much? Oh my God, that's way too high. You don't know their absorption rate, I don't either. Only they know. The same thing with guys who are taking way less, like don't to think a little bit too small? Man, you might crash your, you know, your testosterone levels, you're not making up as much. 

It's all about that, and one of the best ways to find out obviously is getting a hormonal panel test, to really see how we react to it. But ultimately, everybody is going to have a completely different amount when it comes to all of these compounds. I myself, the guy that I'm, you know working with right now, his coach as well, everybody is absolutely different.
