Welcome to a brand new series called Elevated. This is where I take your questions, and I answer it live right here on this video. Because I truly believe some of these questions are really good and others could actually benefit from.

I hope I said that right. Ok, his question, Carl's question is, if you're saying supplements are a scam, what should I do then?


Oh, brother, that's an easy answer, man. When it comes to this stuff right here, we shouldn't get bogged down or depend on, say supplements. I could understand that hitting our macros is really hard to do. I get that. But that's what separates us from the normies.

That's what separates us from the peasants, that isn't really trying that hard when it comes to their diet or even their lifting program. So when it comes to this, supplements are a scam. So what can we do? Simply just have real actual food.

That is a guaranteed way to where we're actually going to hit our macros, actually getting the right amount of protein, the right amount of fats, the amount of carbs to the goals that we are looking for.??

That is the only guaranteed way. Now I could understand why you are having trouble when it comes to this stuff right here, because it doesn't matter if you're bulking or you're cutting. I know for a fact, say your protein macro, for example.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

It's really hard to meet on a day to day basis, right? You have to pick certain types of food that's easy for you to digest. For example, I eat at least 12 eggs a day. Do I split that up?

Yeah, sometimes I have 12 whole extra right then and there, or sometimes I split it up throughout the day. The reason why I choose eggs for my protein macros, for the most part, it's easy to digest. It's very light, I could scramble some eggs within two minutes, and it's easy to eat.


An hour and a half later, I'm starving again because it's also light in my stomach. Other protein sources out there that easy on your stomach, fish, tilapia, orange roughy, Cod, salmon, for example. When it comes to those types of protein, it's easy for my body to digest as well. 


So instead of looking for an easy way out, or some kind of shortcut, still have the Whole Foods, but at the same time, we don't have to go on the hardest things to eat. When it comes to this stuff, the easiest one to meet our macros is lighter food that still hits our macros. 


And if we're on Gear, honestly, we don't need any type of supplements at all. Whole Foods is the real deal. Just to let you know I'm not a professional doctor or anything like that. Anything that is said within this video comes from my experience within this lifestyle. Next one's going to be from one of the comments on YouTube here.


This is from Spicy Chicken 72. This is from Spicy Chicken - I'm looking to get into TRT, I have every symptom you've mentioned, that relates to low testosterone. Ok, good. That's actually good. I'm glad that you're actually taking action because again, I truly believe every guy out there after a certain age needs to be on TRT. 


The very first step that I would do - I would go to my nearest TRT clinic or at least see my doctor or my physician and get my hormonal panel tested. I would ask for my total testosterone, my free testosterone, my estrogen levels, and my prolactin levels.

I want to see where my levels are, so I could really see how low my testosterones are, and then I'll proceed after that. That is the best way, the best course of action for me to take, just to go get my hormonal panel tested, to see where my levels are at.


And then after that, I would find out what the recommendations are from my physician, or my doctor or that certain particular TRT clinic. So that is the action that I would take. The next question is going to be another one from Proton Mail, and this one is from Evan Waterfront with a weird Asterisk after it. 


Alright, anyways, this is from Evan, what cycle are you doing right now? Currently right now, I'm actually in between cycle. I'm getting ready to do my lean bulking cycle. So right now currently, I'm on a cruise, of just testosterone and I'm getting ready to do my lean bulking cycle. 


I'm still not exactly sure what I want to do for this upcoming bulk, but I'm probably going to do obviously testosterone, I'm gonna throw in some NPP in there, some EQ to help me with my appetite.

Where I'm stuck on is the orals. I'm not sure if I want to do Anavar, maybe DBol, maybe Halo, I'm not sure yeah, that's what I'm stuck on.


If I want to have a good time when it comes to this bulking cycle or if I really want to push my limits, but I have to really watch my water intake, my liver support, all that stuff.


But when it comes to the compounds, I'm definitely most likely going to do the Test, NPP and EQ, because that's been tried and tested and when it comes to my personal experience, man, if I want to grow, that would be the cycle for me to do.
