Gyno, right, because that's pretty much what everybody would think, because that's everyone's panic button, it's everyone's thing of fear. That's everyone's biggest fear when it comes to doing any type of cycle. Anytime we have elevated signs of estrogen, the first we think oh my God, that's it, man tits, here we go, Victoria Secret time, let's get some bra going.
Now, that's where everybody's mistake is, thinking that the only signs of elevated estrogen is Gyno related. And that's what I want to talk to you about today. I don't want anybody to go in any cycle not being prepared for it, because there are plethora of signs when it comes to elevated estrogen, that has nothing to do with Gyno whatsoever, and it's extremely crucial for us to get control of it as well.
So one of the very first ones, a lot of you guys have actually experienced this before - emotional instability. That one, even though there's no physical harm into that, we don't want to be going to the gym crying, we don't want to be watching the Titanic with, you know, our girl over and over, even though I fucking love the Titanic and the Notebook.
But when it comes to emotional instability, to be honest with you, we don't want that shit, because again, we don't want that to be, you know, hindering our days because every time, say I would go to the gym, right, and I know for sure I have elevated signs of estrogen levels is because I'll be lifting and all of a sudden.
Because I'm feeling good and everything's going amazing, I start tearing up like God Kai, you're doing such a good job. I am like whoa, ok, alright, yeah, elevated signs of estrogen right then and there. So I know when to take my Anastrozole, the moment I get my ass home. It's one of those things.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

My main point when it comes to all of this stuff is this - majority of us or at least a good handful of us, we are not prone to Gyno, I could take as much whatever I want and I don't get any type of guy no whatsoever. In fact, it's the complete opposite, my nipples are constantly hard every single time, throughout any type of cycle, even when I'm bulking, my nipples are constantly hard and I don't retain any type of fatty tissue.
But again, I don't want to be emotionally unstable. I want to make sure I am the rock hard foundation into any relationship I get into, and at the same time, I don't want to Look bloated either. So that's one of the main ones. Now the reason why I'm addressing this is the fact that it is extremely hard to distinguish which one is happening, either elevation of estrogen or estrogen crashing.
There are only two definite signs of one or another. When it comes to elevated estrogen levels, obviously the whole Gyno thing. When it comes to crashing estrogen levels, dry skin and also really crazy joint pains. That's when our joints start cracking and everything hurts. That's it, everything else though, that's where it gets confusing because either one could actually go in either one of the spectrum.
ED, erectile dysfunction could go with elevated estrogen or crashed estrogen. emotional instability could go with elevated estrogen or crashed estrogen levels. Water blow as well, well that more goes towards the sign of estrogen levels as well. But at the same time, it could be either one, that's where it gets so goddamn confusing when it comes to this shit.
So that's the reason why my personal protocol, anytime I feel any type of slight estrogen instability, because it could be one or another, I either up my dosages of Anastrozole in a very micro dosages amount, because I don't know which way I'm heading, am I already here in the higher end of the spectrum, or I'm in the low end of the spectrum.
I do my very best of my ability to find out which one, and I do micro dosages, because if I am heading the wrong way, like say if my estrogen is already low as it is, and that's causing me, I don't know, emotional instability for example.
And if I take way too much, I'm going to crash the shit out of it. So that's why even if I'm heading the wrong way, I micro dosage it and if I see that there's no improvement within a couple of days, that's when I am like ok, I might be heading the wrong way, maybe I need to completely drop my an Anastrozole as well. So that's why I always do micro dosages when it comes to any type of adjustment, especially when it comes to my safety.
And that's what I would want for anybody who is in that boat as well. So anytime we're feeling emotionally unstable, if we are getting ED, if there something wrong and we know for sure it has something to do with our estrogen, but we don't know which side of the spectrum we're on, that's when we do our micro dosages. For anybody out there to state oh, you're feeling that, that's because you have a high...
No, nobody can truly know for sure unless we get our blood check. And nobody has the luxury to get their blood checked every single fucking week, I don't have time for that. Do you have time for that? I don't have time for that. So that's why unless we have that technology to where we could test our hormonal l panel on a weekly basis, until then, we want to make sure we are hyper aware of what's going on.
That's the only thing I want anybody to be on Gear, to be hyper aware of. The gains are going to come, we don't need to constantly look at our abs at the gym. We don't need to constantly check out our biceps at the gym. The only thing we should honestly be hyper aware of is the elevation of estrogen, or the other part of it if we're on 19 Nors, the elevation of prolactin, which again, extremely hard to notice which one.
So that's why until we somehow make that technology in the future, right now, the best thing to do is to be hyper aware of it, and micro dosage it, either one way or another, either completely stop taking Anastrozole, or start micro dosaging it upwards, because we're not sure which side of the spectrum we are on. I know that shit was confusing. But again, we're at that stage now to where we are going into the advanced level stuff.
So it's going to be harder. It's not just going to be given to you, it's not going to be as obvious, like, oh, ok, you're hungry, here's some food or you're not hungry, stop eating. It has nothing to do with that. It's going to be a lot more advanced than anything else. But I want to make sure everybody is aware of this, because I don't want you to start panicking.
Hitting that panic button and start freaking the fuck out. It's one of those things to where again, we need to be masculine about this, we need to be men about this and take control of our emotions to the best we can, unless of course we are emotionally unstable, and just do the best we can in terms of the tools that we have.
Micro dosage or complete dropping it and really find out which end of the spectrum we are at when it comes to the elevation of estrogen or crashing estrogen levels. Until next time, subscribe button, notification bell. Kai here, Formula Secrets here, out. Take care.
