What's going on boys? Kai here from Formula Secrets and before I dive into this burger here, I feel American today. Anyways, what are we going to talk about today before my channel starts getting bigger, because we are actually taking up momentum here, what I want to talk to you guys about today is social responsibilities.

So what does that mean? In terms of you guys, pretty much you know you're going to get results out of Gear, right?

You know that even just on your first cycle, you're going to get jacked, you're going to get shredded, you're guaranteed to get results. It doesn't matter even if you're completely brand to steroids, if you are completely brand new to working out.

The moment you start doing your cycle, you are absolutely going to get results. Now the main thing I want to talk to you guys about though, is being socially responsible. What does that mean? That means that even though I want you guys to be confident.

I want you guys to live up your life in terms of the results you are going to be guaranteed to get, I don't want you guys to get the results to get into your heads either. I don't want you guys to get cocky, I don't want you guys to pretty much be the stereotypical douche bag when it comes to being on steroids.

Mainly because that's pretty much the - that's the image that most people portray to that kind of stuff. You know, the typical meathead guy that goes to the gym, does nothing else and pretty much just lifts all day. I still want you guys to be socially responsible as long. Don't abandon your loved ones, don't bend your studies, don't abandon your academics. 

Don't abandon your work, just make sure you are still on top of your other aspects of life. Now this channel is going to be more about pretty much building up your fitness pillar to where you don't have to worry about that anymore. You don't have to worry about going to the gym six, seven days a week, you could be more responsible in terms of concentrating on other aspects of your life.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Meaning that we have gotten to the point to where we are going to be on steroids to the point that we don't have to worry so much about hitting your fitness goals, because you know that it's guaranteed that you're going to get your arms.

You're going to get your abs, you are going to get jacked no matter what. So it doesn't matter if you're completely new guys, if you're going to jump on Gear, even at a minimum of 500 milligrams per week, guaranteed results, no matter what you do. You could be having a mediocre diet, a mediocre workout program.

Once that stuff is in your system i's guaranteed you are going to get the physique that you want, or at least towards that general direction you're going to be getting. Alright boys, the other aspects of being social responsible is some of your guys's core value is the reason why you are lifting in the first place. 

And I'm gonna state here right now, the majority of you guys are lifting mainly because for social value guys, for all these people to give you the validation that you are jacked, you're shredded, and pretty much you fucking look good, either for girls, or pretty much your peers in your social circle. So how do you do that? 

How do you build value in a social setting? By going out guys, stop using the excuse of just having your gym goals by staying inside all day. Either just going to work or going to your gym and that's it, because you're in some kind of cocoon mode. Guys go out, you guys should be outside right now, pretty much socializing. 

Meeting women, meeting girls, expanding your social circle, because that's what it's all about. Do not be ashamed... If that's your goal, do not be ashamed about that kind of stuff, because I mean, if that's your main drive, that's your main passion guys, everyone always starts off like that.

What's the main reason why you went to the gym in the first place, especially when you were younger, right? When you're a teenager or your early teens, you're a freshman in college, the main reason why you started lifting is to get attention from women. 

Now you can't just be jacked and hoping that these girls are pretty much gonna jump in your lap just because you look good. The other aspect of that is you definitely need your personality behind you. And how do you do that? Simply by just going out guys, going out, expanding and approach, approach, approach, approach guys, that's the main thing that you do. It doesn't matter if you're good or bad or terrible about it.

You develop your skill, just like say you are lifting for example, or doing some kind of snatch or whatever that you're trying to do, hand sets, whatever skills that you need. Social skills is exactly that, the more you go out, the more you approach, the better you get at it as well guys.  So, again, do not use your fitness goals for the reason of you staying socially inept. 

If you want to build value towards society go out. So the whole entire point of that guys is pretty much stay humble, be amazing to the people around you, give value back to your society. And at the same time guys, just please do not be the typical douche bag when you are on Gear.
