FAKE NATTY OR NOT SCAM: Spotting The TRUTH for NATURALS

That's cool that you show me this type of workout that you're giving me, but I can't get any benefits out of it at all, unless I'm on the same type of cycle that you are on. What's going on boys? Anyway, so today, I had nothing else to do, right, I had a good amount of free time, so I started getting into the YouTube pathway.

 I started really getting down in that rabbit hole. And I just let it auto play, nothing else to do, a couple of chores, a couple of emails, and I had YouTube playing right there in the side background on my secondary monitor. And one of the things I started to notice, which is really comical too.


I started going through all these series of all these fake natties on YouTube, making workout videos, cooking videos, which seemed really cool, and in fact, it was really inspiring. I started getting ideas on what to work out, how I could change my workout style, some of the stuff that could cook, right, it was good, all inspiring stuff.

All their advice that they're giving is not applicable to literally 90% of their audience. So everything that they were telling, you know, their audience, this is the type of food you should be eating, this is the type of workout you should be doing, this is the type of lifestyle that you should be doing.


Even inspirational stuff like you should be waking up at four o'clock in the morning getting things done, which is awesome. And in fact, it's definitely applicable to me. Why? Because I am also on Gear. I am also doing the high dosages of anabolics that they're doing. But that's where the injustice is coming in. If I was a nattie, if I was a pheasant, if I was a normie, everything that they're saying, it doesn’t apply to me at all. 

That's cool that you show me this type of workout that you're giving me, but I can't get any benefits out of it at all, unless I'm on the same type of cycle that you are on. Even the diet, for example, oh, I should be eating this many macros of my protein. If I do not have the protein synthesis caused by the testosterone I'm taking, that doesn't do me anything at all. In fact, it's just probably going to get me fat. 

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

I can't digest all that food you're asking me to take, it doesn't apply to me whatsoever. So all of the things that they were telling me what to do, if I was a natural, it doesn't apply to me at all. 

Now, is that an injustice? I mean, this is just my personal opinion here, I think yes, absolutely, because all these, you know, advice that they're giving me, hypothetically, if I was a natty, if I was a normie, it doesn't apply to me at all. And in fact, they're just again, they're just selling people fake hope, fake information, information that is not applicable to the general public at all. 


Now, it would be different. If they were telling right from the beginning, hey, this is the type of diet someone should be doing if they're on Gear, this is a type of workout somebody should be doing if they're on Gear. They have that recovery, they had the recovery period, they are able to do all this stuff, they are able to do all these heavy workouts, if they were on Gear in the first place. 


Because take this for example, right, some of the workouts that I saw was doing leg day twice on the same day, doing quads in the morning, hamstrings and glutes later in the afternoon. Awesome. As a natural there's no way I could even do that. I'll be way too sore if I were to do that as a natural. But if I'm on Gear, completely different story, completely different story.


I'd be able to work out my legs in the morning, and because of me being a testosterone and NPP and EQ, I would recover quick enough to do my glutes and hamstrings later on that night. Now, here's another one on top of this as well. Some of these workouts, some of these diets, it doesn't even apply to me either.


 And this me being on Gear. Some of these workouts won't even work, some of these diets won't even work because right now at this moment, I'm not on high dosages of insulin, or high dosages of human growth hormone.

So what can a natural even get out of it, if I can't even get anything out of it? I'm on high dosages of anabolics. But some of these workouts, it won't even apply to me because I'm not doing insane amounts of units of human growth hormone.


I'm on HGH now, but as you can see, some of these guys who are competing an NPC, some of these guys who are an IFBB pro, clearly they're an extreme high dosages human growth hormone. So I am here watching it, I'm writing my email, I turn and it captured my attention, I'm looking at it, I'm like, ha, these are really good videos if I was on Gear. That is a really good workout if I'm on high amounts of insulin. 


So from my point of view, man, and again, this is my personal opinion, I just feel like these guys are robbing everybody out of their hopes and their dreams, and they're giving them a false sense of reality. Because as a natural, as a nattie, there is no way I could get anything out of that video at all, zero, none whatsoever. Are they doing anything wrong out of this whole entire thing? 


Not directly, but it will be a lot better if they're full disclosed of the type of cycles they're on. And then I could be like, ok, cool, I like this video, I'm a natty, I can't get anything out of it, but at least this guy is stating he's on this type of Gear, this type of compound, this type of human growth hormone cycle.


Then I can see it more being applicable to everyone in the job. At least they're gonna say that they're on Gear. If you're not in Gear, the type of results you're gonna get out of this diet that I'm doing now, it probably won't be the same, or this type of workout I'm doing now, you're probably not going to get the same exact results because you're not on Gear. That's my whole entire thing.

Again, though, I am not bashing on these guys, they're doing their business, they're doing their YouTube thing, I am not hating on them at all. But I think it's a little bit of a white lie, specifically when they're not stating the type of Gear they are on. That's all. Anyways, Kai here, out. Take care.
