So what I want to talk to you about today is how some of my guys are experiencing EQ for the very first time.

Now when it comes to the benefits of it, we already know how awesome it is for lean bulking, to stay more on the leaner side, and for cutting to get the vascularity out of it as well. But some of my guys that are training right now with EQ for the very first time, they're starting to get this weird little experience that they're getting, or a little weird sensation.

They would either be at work, sitting there, they're doing their tasks, and they're starting to get a little bit fidgety, they're starting to get like I need, I need to do something, I don't know what it is. Or there'll be at home relaxing, and they feel like ok, it's my day off, I don't have to do anything at all, but they're starting to get the sensation of I have to do something, I don't know what it is.

This is what they're telling me, they're experiencing a little bit of anxiety, right? They're getting this weird anxiety feeling. That's the best way they're describing it to me. Kai, I don't know what's wrong, I'm getting this weird, anxious, anxiety feeling.

And the very first thing I ask them is this - how is your training? What exactly are you doing when it comes to your lifting? Like, I'm doing my basic stuff, man, I'm just going in there, nice, relaxed, and do my basic type of lifting and fundamentals. I'm like, awesome, that's where you're doing it wrong.

They are like oh, like, am I supposed to not train that way? It's like, no, you can't. That's the whole purpose of EQ, it will raise our whole blood cap, our whole RBC count. That's the reason why we're getting the benefits out of it, like the vascularity and staying lean and gaining muscle tissue.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So hypothetically, if I were to use EQ and I don't train properly, when it comes to the benefits of EQ, I'm going to get the negative bad sides that I don't want, which is feeling the whole I don't, I don't know what's wrong, I need to do something, it's my day off, I need to do something.

Because of that. If I do not increase the intensity, the volume, the reps, and if I just do my basic lazy workouts, I am going to get that anxiety feeling. Or this right, or if I just miss a day or two at the gym, especially when I'm on EQ, then oh my God. Yeah, of course, I'm going to get the anxiety type of feeling. The best way I could really give you an example of is this. ?

?Take cyclists for example, right, the Lance Armstrong type of people, the guys who are blocking traffic in the middle of a Saturday morning with 200 of those guys biking around. You know what I'm talking about? You are just trying to go get your breakfast, but somehow you can't move out of the way because there's 200 cyclists right in front of you. 

Awesome. Thank you for that. Thank you for that. But anyways, imagine the competitive guys, the guys who really do competitive cycling. We already know all of those guys take EPO, which is like a 100 times more than what EQ could ever do, which is it absolutely increase their red blood cell count, their whole blood count in total. 

Now, here's the kicker about that. If they do not keep up with their cardio, if they don't literally use their heart and pump out all of that blood, their blood thickens up, and bad shit will happen. So that's why that is the consequence and also the benefits when it comes to EPO. And the same thing, but in obviously minor degree, when it comes to EQ.

If I do not increase my intensity, my volume, my reps, and if I'm just sitting there, going through the motion, not doing anything at all, or missing my workouts, then yeah, of course I'm going to get anxiety, I have to use the powers and also the responsibility when it comes to these compounds. EQ can absolutely be fun. I don't ever experience when it comes to anxiety because I switch up my workout.

Anytime I'm on EQ It doesn't matter if I'm bulking up or I'm cutting, I absolutely change up my workouts. I'm not saying I should go out of my way to lift really heavy, no, it's not about that. It's more about increasing intensity. 

It's all about increasing the volume, meaning I'm going to go in there looking to sweat, looking for that lactic acid burn, looking to literally go to failure on every single set, because that's how I get the most out of EQ. But at the same time, I also avoid the whole anxiety, anxious feeling.

So anytime one of my guys texts me, and it's a good way too because I feel bad, but it's a good way for me to find out if they're really working hard or not. It's like when they give me their blood work and I see that their sodium level is extremely high. Mike, why aren't you following your diet? 

But I am. I'm reading your blood work. Well, you know, I kind of had a couple of cheat meals, like ok, motherfucker, yeah, I see what you're doing. Same thing with their workouts, like I'm feeling being anxious. How is your workout this week? 

It's a good indicator for me to see if they're still training hard, and actually training for the compounds they're on. And that goes with any compounds. If I'm using a certain compound, I have to change up my entire protocol from diet, workout, the way I approach it as well. So that's how I completely avoid the whole anxiety thing when it comes to EQ, just by increasing my intensity when it comes to my workouts.
