We're pretty much doing the best we can, I get it, we're doing the best we can, we're trying to get everything out of it, but I'm gonna be honest with you, home workout suck. What's going on brother? I get it. And then for some of us who are trying to do home workouts, we're pretty much doing the best we can. I get it, we're doing the best we can, we're trying to get everything out of it, but I'm gonna be honest with you, home workout suck. It's terrible. It doesn't match the gym at all. Majority of us are unmotivated, and we just can't get anything going.
Now I'm not here to tell you to will yourself or discipline yourself because I'm in the same boat, having to motivate myself when you have barely anything to work with, it just doesn't happen. I mean, I'm doing the best thing I can, I'm trying my best, but it's just not the same. My workouts have been sucking lately, it hasn't improved. In fact, I'm just doing the best I can.
But at the same time, some days, honestly, I don't even work out. Why? Because I'm looking at the stuff that I have, my kettlebells, my bow rope, and it's like it's not the same, it goes completely against the goals that I have. Because the stuff that I have is mainly more for MMA grappling, that type of stuff.
It has nothing to do with image or aesthetics at all. But of course I am doing whatever I can. But with that being stated, back to my main point, home workouts suck and if anybody out there is at home and not even working out, completely understandable, stop beating yourself up for it, because, again, if I don't have the bench-press, if I don't have the gym.
If I don't have the real weights that I need to work on, then what am I going to do? Right? I totally get that. I totally get that for the guys who are just staying at home not doing anything at all. Now, we can see now that there is a change in the air, things are starting to happen.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So now is the time to really start taking action, even though home workouts still suck, now is the time to condition ourselves. Because here's the thing, in terms of conditioning ourselves, that is actually the smart way for us to prepare ourselves for the gym.
Because if you think we could just go straight from couch potato, not doing anything at all, go straight to the gym, back to our normal routine - that's not gonna happen. Because technically, even if you're able to do your normal gym routine, it's only going to be a countdown until you are going to have an injury.
Because we have to condition our soft tissues, our ligaments, our joints, we can't just go straight from no not doing anything at all, it doesn't matter because I am on Gear, I'm so growing. No, because we step back into the gym thinking we're going to be able to bench-press 405, we're able to go there squat 315 right away.
Probably we can. Probably we can, but you're about to listen to something snapping, you're about to listen to something that's going to crack, pop, and then there goes eight months out of the entire year back to being quarantined again, because we just injured ourselves. So now's the time, I know, I get it, I feel silly too doing push-ups.
Dude, I tell my guys this all the time, but I was doing push-ups the other day. By the time I got to 50 I just stopped, I didn't stopped because I got tired, it's not because my muscle started cramping up, no nothing at all, I didn't feel shit. The reason why I stopped doing push-ups, I felt like I was 12 again, back in grade school, literally doing push-ups.
It doesn't do anything for me at all, especially when I am on all this Gear. But at the same time, we have to do our push-ups now, we have to do our body weights now, we have to do our air squats now, because we need to condition ourselves into getting ready for the gym.
So any type of conditioning, whatever it is, bike riding, walking, running, sprinting, whatever we can do to prepare ourselves for the gym, we have to do it, and there's no excuses either. Now at this time, even though we can all agree that home workout suck, unless of course, you are one of the lucky few who have their home gym.
Which I am definitely planning to do right after all this is over, I'm definitely gonna make my own home gym, just to make sure this doesn't ever happen again. But with that being stated, boys, we have to condition ourselves now. So go get acquainted with the silly workouts of, I don't know, push-ups, squats, pull ups, whatever we can do, wall balls, whatever it is, bike riding. We have to do it, because I guarantee you, man.
If I see any of you out there getting injured, I'm willing to bet, went straight from couch potato to straight into ok, let me just, let me just do my five, six days a week heavy lifting right away and let's see what happens. No. No, because we're all going to be amped up too man. I guarantee you, like myself, I'm not going to go in there wanting to do some volume reps.
I'm going to want to lift some heavy weights because I haven't felt weights in so long, I am looking forward to hitting the real weights. But we have to be smart about it. We go in there, condition, ready to go, then we're gonna have a good time. If we don't, a series of injuries will absolutely happen. So here's the main sticking point when it comes to this entire video here. Now's the time to turn it up.
Now is the time to turn it up, because if we really want to make progress at the gym, on day one, not like the rest of the pheasants going back into it slowly. No, I want to hit day one at 100%. So the best way to do that is we need to do our prerequisites now, at home. Do your walks again, do your squats again, do everything you can, get ready for it, so when the time, day one comes, gyms opened up, ready to fire it up.
