They're sitting right there in the middle, to a physique that we all know as skinny fat. And to be precise with this, and I'm not being disrespectful, but this is just a way for us to really progress by finding out exactly what our physique is right now. A good description of a person who is skinny fat is a guy who has 14 inch arms, or smaller, a big belly, but at the same time really isn't too big or too muscular.
They're just right there, skinny, but yet fat on the belly. No arm development, no chest development, no back, pretty much nobody can tell if that person works out or not, even though if they do. That is a perfect description of person who is skinny fat, it doesn't matter if they're going hard at the gym. It's all about the way you look, because people are always going to judge you off of how you look.
And that's a good way to judge anyways, especially for our basis here. What do I look like in the mirror? Ok, cool, how do I fix that? So, if we are skinny fat right now, this is probably one of the best plans for me to do if I was in that state. Before I dive into the cycle by the way, let me start off by fixing our state of mind.
Everybody, or for the most part, most guys who are skinny fat, they tend to have this type of approach towards the gym, or the workouts and how they should approach their first cycle, due to concern about their belly fat, right?That's the only thing they can think about. Like, I don't care about my small arms, or no chest or no back, how do I get rid of that belly, which is this the complete wrong approach, because what they think now is they're too concerned about their belly fat, what's the usual logic?
It's to lose weight, they don't care about the body fat really, they care about just losing weight overall. Now, if that's the case, if we don't have any muscle at all, what do you think is going to be the end game for that person? We're just going to get a more anorexic version of that skinny fat guy. And as a guy, we need to be heavy, we need to be big, we need to be nearing at least 180, 195, 200 pounds or more.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

I mean as a guy I want people to take me seriously, I want to be intimidating in a nice way. That's the best way I could put it. But most guys who are skinny fat, they just tend to think body fat loss, body fat loss, body fat loss, what else can I do to lose body fat, but then, once they, because I've seen this before too, they've taken the body fat loss, they've done tons of cardio, dieting down, ketogenic diet.
Now they're down to 161, 165, and they still have a little bit of a punch of a belly, but everything has gotten even smaller. Wrong way to approach about it all. If I was skinny fat right now, the best way for me to do is nothing about body fat loss, that's going to come naturally anyway. I'm going to think about building as much muscle, putting on as much slab of meat as I can in my body. That's the best approach to all of it.
What else can I do to really gain mass and muscle structure, not just mass for the sake of being fat, but I am talking about actual muscle tissue and don't be concerned about the body fat at all. And I see this everywhere, I mean, even on guys as workouts, I see it in my gym all the time, or the multiple gyms that I go to, guys are over there doing accessories workout, even though they are severely skinny fat.
They are just over here, doing triceps pushdowns, a couple of concentration curls, instead of doing big fundamental lifts. I'm talking about deadlifts, squats, bench presses, really pushing the way too, I just see consecration curls, really doing that triceps pushdowns and ab workouts, even though yes, those are all necessary, but for a person who's skinny fat, they can't afford to do all that.
The only thing that they need to do is big, huge fundamental lifts, I am talking about heavy, heavy deadlifts, really pushing their way on all the rowing machines, all the bench presses, incline, flat, all of that. But yet the biggest mistake is just basic, simple workout, or even worse, and you've seen this before, right? Everybody's on the treadmill. If you're trying to build muscle or trying to lose body fat even, the treadmill isn't the answer.
That is the slowest way to get any type of progress or any type of advancement to do for your physique. The treadmill is useless. That's not there for that, that's really there just for cardio, to straighten up your heart. And the same thing with the diet too, every person I see at the gym, or most guys who are really trying, they don't even need a strict diet, they just need to eat more food, the right food, but they just need to eat.
And I see them on a constant basis, and I am like, I see no progression, week in week out, a month later, two months later, they haven't progressed at all, they didn't get shredded, or they didn't get massive either. And for the most part, any new guy who comes into my program, the same exact mistake, so I always try to fix their mentality first, because they're too afraid of like, oh, you're telling me to go in a slight lean bulk.
But what about my belly? What about my belly fat? What about this? What about that? How do I get rid of this? It's going to naturally go away, it's going to naturally go away. We don't need to be concerned about this when this is small. And this is small, we don't even look like a guy. I mean, I don't mean to be offending about it, but in order for us to have that powerful look, we need to be powerful in the first place.
And the best way to do that, shove all the macros of protein, shove all those plates at the gym, and really lift heavy, eat big too. Because in the end, and I tell my guys in the fraternity all the time, if we do not have the luxury to get shredded, that we need to bulk up. Do not be afraid of body fat, especially when I'm going to be on Gear anyway.
So hypothetically, right now, I've been doing TRT for quite a while, or if I dabbled a couple of cycles here and there, but yet, I'm still skinny fat. The best way for me to get out of that is fixing my diet, fixing my workout program, and just going on a sample here, the cycle right here that I'm going to homebrew is test and Anavar.
High amounts of test, high amounts of Anavar, and really using those compounds to push myself with the gym, and of course, speeding up my appetite as well, by eating more protein and more food. That's the best way to do it. Not think about ok, let me go in a straight cutting cycle, right? Even though I'm pretty experienced with this, I have skinny fat, let me go on a test, Tren, Winstrol, Proviron, all those cutting agents, even though they could use more of a lean bulking cycle.
And the best way honestly, we don't need to go into a straight heavy bulking compounds, a good test and Anavar cycle could do so much more for that person's end goal than test and Tren. And in terms of me working with guys who are just really fearful with having a belly fat, right, I've seen this all over again, they're just so fearful of it, I have to really hold them down and tell them do not work about your belly fat, that's going to go away.
But then I get that fear, right, if somebody has been obese, somebody's been overweight their entire life, and they just see this in the mirror, and they're so embarrassed about it, I totally get that. But we got to get over that fear. That fear of having a belly, it's just ridiculous,, especially if I'm going to be on Gear. That's going to go away.
The only thing that's never going to go away, unless I purposely plan on it and work hard on it is having bigger physiques, having bigger arms, bigger chest, a more muscular, structured physique. That is so much harder than thinking about belly fat. Anybody could lose belly fat, it's literally just go into a caloric deficit and that's it. It's so much harder for us to build slabs of muscles, and we should get started right now.
And to really hammer in my point, in terms of our physique, our image, do we walk around shirtless everywhere? Are we going to show our abs everywhere we go, at the office, walking around, like check out my abs, I'm going to go to the beach all the time. Like no dude, we're going to be on a T-shirt or dress clothes all the time, either at your office or at your job, at work, when you're going to the gym, we're always going to wear some kind of clothing, unless you plan on walking around shirtless everywhere you go.
So I guarantee you, even if you have a slight little belly, a very slight little belly, but yet you have huge arms, huge chest, your traps are almost up to your neck, your neck is wider than your head, dude, you're gonna get more compliments than just having abs and a scrawny physique everywhere else. You're going to get more people complimenting you. Oh my God, how did you do that?
Your girl is can be all upon, she's going to be sitting on your face every single night because you have a perfect, aesthetically pleasing look now. Instead of just shredded abs, but yet, everything else just looks weak. We got to be aesthetically balanced. Very simple solution, but yet, a very powerful cycle from you to homebrew if I was skinny fat. High, high amounts, because remember, our limiting threshold in terms of growth is always gonna be testosterone.
So high amounts of testosterone, good amount of Anavar every single day for that cycle, boom, done, exit the realm of being skinny fat.
