As in I get this all the time - do I get to keep my gains at a cruise, do I get to keep my gains post cycle therapy, do I get to keep the gains after I've completely stopped everything and I just want to maintain, what happens when I am done taking Gear in the first place, and then do I get to keep my gains after that?
My answer to you is this, because I'm just going to dive right into this. Hypothetically, let's just play into that, hypothetical we do lose all the gains, every single bit of it, every single ounce of muscle, the strength, the endurance, the vascularity, the density and everything that comes with being on Gear, we lose that the moment we stop doing Gear in the first place.
From my take, even if that is the actual case of it, even if this is the actual case, getting the gains is so easy and it's so fast, I do not care if I actually lose the gains in the first place. Oh no, I lost 25 pounds of pure lean muscle. Alright, let me just do a simple Test, Tren and DHV cycle, oh God, I have to endure six weeks of it.
From my end, I do not care when it comes to that stuff, mainly because the gains come in so easily, that it doesn't matter if I actually do lose the gains, because I get it just like that. Now when it comes to my actual tried, field tested when getting off of Gear is this - I went to Manhattan and I decided to hang out with my friends, they had a graduation, I decided to party with them as well, and I was up there for a month and a half.
Now it was right around the time it was at the end of my cruise, so like you know what, let me just see if I could actually complete get off the Gear and see how much I can keep when it comes to me also doing my social interactions and partying and drinking once in a while as well, and eating practically whatever I want, while I was up north.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So for a month and a half, right, I barely lifted, I ate like garbage. I ate like crap, I drank, I was just hanging out, I was just taking a social break. So while I was doing all of that, ok, I did get a little bit softer, the vascularity wasn't as strong or as, you know, appealing the entire time. It was still there though.
But in the end, when I saw everything there, my size was still there, my definition to where I could see the separation of my deltoid, of my triceps, just how you see it now was still there as well, my traps were still popping, my chest was still out, the separation of my Adonis belt, and my obliques was still there, you could still see the outline of my abs.
And this was me eating like crap. So when it comes to the gains, keeping it, do I lose it or anything like that, the first one to go is the strength, for sure, the soreness comes back to where I feel like a mortal, like the rest of these peasants and normies out here to where it's like, oh, God, I can't work out today because I feel sore. I was back to that, which kind of suck.
But all in all, when it comes to the actual physique image of the entire thing, if I have to put into percentage, I'd say I kept about 85 to 90% of my gains. So at the end, I'm still going to do anabolic Gear in the first place. And on top of that, I get to keep majority of the gains. The only drawback to that is that I needed more rest, right?
I couldn't sleep five hours then I'll be good to go like that. I need about eight, nine hours of sleep. I felt sore, the appetite wasn't there anymore, the focus factor wasn't there anymore. But when it comes to the actual physical image itself, I get to keep majority of it. So even if that was the case to where I lose some of the gains, alright, I was up there, I was up in Manhattan for about a month and a half.
By the time I got back down, I home brewed all my stuff again, a week later, I got back on it. Two weeks later, muscles, the muscle structure was coming back, the muscle density was back, the vascularity was back, my everything just started popping again.
I started getting more vascular around my ab area as well. The strength came back pretty much right away. And the most important one that I really miss and this is the one that I personally like myself when it comes to being on Gear - I got back my focus factor again, I was able to start easily focusing and everything else and the drive and the best one, the Wolverine like regeneration while I was on Gear.
Those are the ones that I really missed, the physique part, because we get to keep majority of it anyway, I didn't miss that part and I knew that was going to be the case. So when I got back the first thing I was like, oh, thank God, I'm not sore anymore. Oh, leg day, sure, let's fucking do it. Oh, back day, let's do it again. Let's do more volume, more reps, more heavyweights, because I didn't care about the physique gains, because I already have, I'm already living the life of having a good looking physique.
The main thing that I did miss, again, the Wolverine like heal effects, the focus factor that I got, and the fact that you know, not having to sleep, you know, 8, 9, 10 hours at a time, I really didn't like that. But other than that, once in a while, you and I, we need to take a break anyway, we need to spend time with our families, our loved ones, go on an awesome vacation, go see your friends, experience new lifestyle, experience a new culture.
Stuff like that, it's much more important than being a gym slave. But with that being said, we don't have to sacrifice it, because I got back on the Test, on the Tren and the DHB, on the Anavar, on the Proviron, on the Cialis, and obviously all my health safety stuff as well. And it was fun back again to where I didn't skip a beat, I didn’t skip anything whatsoever, and I was back to having fun.
While experiencing my fun side over there up with my friends in New York. And on top of that, I was able to actually have a good time over there, not thinking about oh my God, I got to gonna go to gym, oh my God, I need to eat my meal number eight, oh my God, I need to do this, I need to do that. I didn't have to think about that. I took a mental break, came back down, got to keep most of my gains, and at the same time, got back everything else that I was missing when I was off of Gear.
So that is my answer to that. So if anybody is wondering, do I get to keep my gains after the gym and after doing a cycle, I will get to keep 85 to 90% of it, and if I do decide to jump back on, the small percentage that I did miss, it's going to come back just like that.
