I'm not gonna bitch or complain about how cold it is, I'm gonna want to go dive in deep in that, because I can see the benefits out of it, and I would rather feel cold than feeling like my hamstrings, my quads, my chest is on fire because I've gone through so much hell within that week.

Ice baths, that's what I want to talk to you about today, because this is one of those tools that to me, it's so important, I love doing it, it gives me so much benefits, and for the most part, I'm sure you already know the benefits out of it as well.
Now the reason why there's so much, for some odd reason, there's conflicting information about it. To me, it's so beneficial. It's so obvious the moment I jump into that sucker right there, that I already see the benefits out of it.
The reason why there's conflicting information is because the people who are conducting these experiments to see if it really works or not, are the normies and the pheasants themselves. People who are non-athletic, doesn't go through any type of hypertrophy or pretty much destroying their muscle tissue to gain more muscle. They're not doing anything of that.
They're just your average normal person, oh, let me just see it, you know, what, what the fun thing is about, let me just see what it's about, let me see how it feels. So pretty much these normies who are conducting these experiments, they're not putting their body through any stress at all, zero, so they're not getting any type of soft tissue, ligament type of pains, they're not getting any type of muscle soreness at all.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

It's because I'm constantly sore, even though I am on Gear, of course, I'm going to push my body over to the point to where I do need a couple of ice baths, at least, you know, a couple of times a month. When a normie uses it, when they're not sore at all, or maybe they just feel a little bit of pain, right, they feel a little bit of pain.
Because they did a couple of jogging here and there, of course, they're not going to get any benefits out of it. But when you're sore as shit, you've been doing some PRs and the squats, I'm doing everything I can to destroy my body, I'm not gonna bitch or complain about how cold it is. I'm going to want to go dive in deep in that because I can see the benefits out of it.
And I would rather feel cold than feeling like my hamstrings, my quads, my chest is on fire because I've gone through so much hell within that week. But yet, normies are not going to understand that because they don't go through that, at all. So any athlete who goes through that, you know, all the stress that their body goes through.
Any athlete, any guy who is initiated, you know, guys on Gear, of course, they can see the benefits out of it, man, because when I dive in deep in there, when I put in my bath, I put in some Epsom salt, I put on at least four to five bags of ice, and I use it, oh my God, it feels so freakin good, because it's taking the attention away from the pain into just recovery.
Now, as a guy who's on Gear, who's using a crap ton of anabolics, these are the benefits that I get out of using an ice bath - the recovery, which is huge. The next one is pretty much anytime I pin from time to time, I am going to get some kind of subQ leak,, meaning some of the oil when I pin doesn't go into the muscle, it goes into the fatty tissue. Now that's going to cause a lot of inflammation.
And it's pretty common to have. The best way to do that is by getting into an ice bath, the moment I jump into an ice bath, inflammation is gone. Why? Because there's so much coldness that's happening into that localized area. That's what's causing the pain, the inflammation, the moment I jump in there, no more pain. Why? Because there's no more inflammation, because of the ice bath.
Another thing as well because I want to experience or open up a new sight when it comes to my pinning, of course, I'm going to get some kind of virgin PIP. Like the very first time I pinned on my traps, it wasn't to the point to where it is excruciating pain, but I did get virgin muscle PIP. Guess what I did that week?
I got in to my 100 gallon tank, I put in four bags of ice, put on some Epsom salt, pretty much just the entire bag, and guess what? No more virgin muscle PIP either. If I didn't do that, I probably would have felt that pain for another say, five, six days the most. But I expedited that process by jumping into my ice bath, the very next day, gone.
Anytime I do a lot of cardio by the way, like uphill sprints, the ice bath completely takes away the pain out of my soft tissues as well, and my ligaments, like the weird spots that I get is right behind my knee, right on my Achilles, any connective soft tissues. The reason why I hate that pain more is because it's nothing to where I can massage it, right?
Like say I'm bench pressing really heavy or do overhead presses, I grab my massage gun, or I get one of my girls to massage me, pain is gone. But I can't massage my soft tissues or my connective, I can't do that at all. The only way for me to relieve that type of pain is an ice bath. And the big one - I just feel so much more refreshed, man.
It's like the stress out of my shoulders is gone. I'm so much more relaxed. I have this relief completely just... I just get a new version out of myself the moment I'm in the ice bath and the moment I am out, it's like ok, cool, I feel a little bit better now. So the next day I could go right back into my training again, without having to worry about oh my God, wait, let me compensate for all that pain I am getting out of my left Achilles.
Let me change my form. I don't have to do any of that, because I'm able to recover a lot faster, because of two things - the recovery that I'm doing, and at the same time the Gear that I'm on. So normies, they're not going to understand any of these advanced recoveries because they live in a small pheasant type of world, while doing masculine progressive type of training, they just simply don't understand.
All they're going to say is Oh, it's too cold for me, let me wait a little bit, is it worth it? No, it's too cold, can't do it, you know, the basic normie pheasantry type of complaints. Anyways, email right below this video. Other than that boys, Kai her, out. Take care.
