So this is exactly what I want to talk about to you today, what I do to get a good pump before I start my Saturday. So just to let you know, this is not a workout, this is your basic 15 to 20 minutes, a couple of sets, to make sure I get a good pump for my day, because here's the thing, anytime I take DBol for the day, I just take one application of DBol.

The pump stays there all freaking day. So of course, I'm going to enjoy my Saturday, I want to put a tank top on, go and have a mimosa, hangout, bro down, do my workouts a little bit here and there, just so I can look good the entire day. I know that sounds a little bit of a arrogance, but I don't care. So this is my personal workout to do.

So just to give you a rundown what I do, basic simple. Again, this is not a workout. I do overhead presses, side delt raises and bicep curls, just so my arm will blow up for the entire day, because that DBol pump stays on me for the next three to four hours, and to me that is absolutely freakin worth it. Here we go.

So the very first exercise that I do just to get the good pump is my overhead presses. Remember we're not going heavy here, we're just going for reps, volume, just to get the good pump. And just to make this clear, this is not a workout, this is just your basic pump set before I start my day and my Saturday. 

So I grab my 25 pound dumbbells. First set that I do for my DBol pump, overhead presses, nice simple three to four sets and the reps in between, it doesn't matter until you feel the burn.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

That's pretty much what it is all about, to get that DBol pump. Second set of exercise to get that DBol pump is side delt raises.

Three or four sets, the same exact thing and the repetition in between doesn't matter, 15, 20, 25 until I feel the burn. And the last set of exercise to get my DBol pump, one of the show off muscles is obviously going to be your biceps.

So we're just gonna do straight up bicep curls, three to four sets, 12 to whatever repetitions, until I get that good pump, get that good burn.
