Oh, my areola is a little bit too big, it must be Gyno. It's a little bit puffy, it must be Gyno. It looks a little bit weird or off or I look terrible with my shirt off, it must be Gyno.

So when it comes to us looking for progression, we end up being vain, which is actually a very good thing

Because from my point of view, it's one of those things to where we now have standards in terms of how we want to look. And listen, don't let society tell you that you're being arrogant or you're being self centered. Having standards in the way you look is absolutely a must.

Don't let the rest of the society tell you oh, no, you're being bad, that's a bad thing to do, you're supposed to be humble. Screw that. Make sure you're looking good, constantly, all the time, and you're always after that type of goal.

Now, the only drawback to that though, it comes with a certain couple of things here. Let the pheasants describe it as arrogance, because what I call that is confidence, real actual confidence with substance, Let the normies describe us as vain because what I call this is having standards.

Let the regular people describe as a shallow because that means we are much more superior than everybody else all around us. Sometimes genetically in a masculine way, this is how we are built, we are always looking to progress we're always looking to be better.

But with that being said, I got to do some damage control though with all that being said, because we're starting to get a little bit too ridiculous when it comes to our nipples, the aesthetics of our nipples. The moment we start to improve our physique we're starting to get, you know, detailed in how we want to look.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

We start to get a little bit too hyper critical, especially with how our nipples are. And with some of us who don't have the most aesthetically pleasing looking nipples, we instantly start blaming Gyno. Oh, my areola is a little bit too big, it must be Gyno.

It's a little bit puffy, it must be Gyno. It looks a little bit weird or off or I look terrible with my shirt off, it must be Gyno. Also another one, overly pointy nipples even, it must be Gyno. Dry skin, my nipples are getting a little bit itchy because of the dry skin, automatically assume Gyno.

Or sometimes some of us, our nipples just harden up a little bit faster than normal people, it must be Gyno. But I don't know how else to explain it man, but here's the thing - just because we do not like the way our nipples look, that does not mean automatic Gyno. Because look, some guys, I get it, we are very very insecure about it, but it doesn't mean Gyno, just because we don't like the way it looked.

It looks weird. We feel insecure about it going to the beach on public, oh, it must be Gyno. I'm sorry to tell you this man, but unfortunately, it's genetics. Aesthetically sometimes that's how we look and it's not Gyno at all, even if we were to get all of the Raloxifenes in the world, all the Gyno protocols in the world, it's not going to solve the aesthetics of our nipples.

Unless of course we get plastic surgery to fix it. But that also comes with a problem. And it's not about getting the procedure, it's about having to fully admit that you're literally doing a procedure because you just do not like the way your nipples look.

It's literally like a double edged sword because some guys, they want to get that procedure done, because they are admitting themselves that they have Gyno, but in reality they don't. So now they're in this weird off dilemma, great, I'm literally getting plastic surgery, because I don't like the way my nipples look too.

Can we jus accept it, admit it for what it is, our aesthetics of our nipples, exactly how it looks, it has nothing to do with Gyno at all, accept it and move on, because there's literally nothing we can do about it, unless of course again, going back to square one of having to admit we just don't like the way our nipples look and we have to get plastic surgery for it. And nothing to do with Gyno at all.

Real Gyno is having hardened fatty tissue under the nipple gland and that's it. Not itchy nipples, not puffy nipples, not big areolas, nothing to do with that at all. But anyways yeah, that's that, that's what a real Gyno is, hardened fatty tissue under the nipple gland, that's it. Not because oh, I don't like the way my nipple look, it must be Gyno.

None of that at all. When it comes to all that being stated, we just got to be secure boys, just because we don't like the way it looks, guess what, that's just how our nipples look, accept it for what it is. Anyways, email right in the description. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
