Alright brother, in terms of these workouts, I'm going to go over with you right now, our accessories workouts. Now you're probably wondering what are accessory workouts? I will tell you right now, these are the neglected muscles that a lot of people have.

They don't really put it as part of their regimen, but in order for us to have a good, complete proportional look, we got to do this at least once a week.

What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email. You can easily find that link in the description, you click on that link, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's going to go directly to my proton mail.

When it comes to accessories workouts, these are the neglected muscles that we don't really touch. But not only that they're good for aesthetics, proportion and image, they're also awesome as helping us out when it comes to our basic fundamental liftings well. First we're going to work out our forearms.

This is one of the biggest ones that a lot of guys tend to forget. And you see it yourself too, a lot of guys have nice big arms, big biceps, triceps, tiny little forearms. Now, if this is our limiting factor right here, how are we going to do a lot heavier deadlifts, pull ups, rows, T bar rows, so this can be our limiting factor. So now, let's do some forearms.

Remember, when it comes to accessory workouts though, we got to take it a little bit slower than our normal tempo of lifting, because at the same exact time not only that we're doing it for weights and volume, we're also doing it for maximum contraction as well. Here we go.

The other part is, since we already hit our top set of our forearms right here, we got to hit the bottom, because it will just be awkward having big forearms at the top, nothing at the bottom.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So bottom part, lightweight would be optimal for this type of workout.

So sit down single isolations, forearm at the top, right on your quads right here, right on the medial is part, and the only thing we're doing is this, squeezing. And that right there brother is how you hit the bottom part of your forearms.  The next one is going to be my calves.

Yes, I still hit my calves to this very day, just to make sure nothing is neglected. I hit this at least once a week. So even for your accessory desk by the way, if you have good enough size calves, there's no need for you to really isolate it or do some kind of crazy workout for your calves, unless of course if you have small calves, check out the calves video.

But if your calves are good now, we just got to hit it once a week just to keep up with the size and also of course just to make sure we're hitting it as well. And the last one for accessories workout is absolutely traps.

Now I do hit my traps as well on back days, and of course I want to hit it again on my accessories because I'm always going to make sure that these are really, really, pretty much in the best shape as possible, only because of this, this is part of your image.

People look at you, pretty much when you're talking to a person from chest up. So this needs to be big, this needs to be big, and of course for accessories, I am gonna hit my traps as well. So for my traps I'm going to do and usually do single isolation [trunks].

Boom. And that right there boys are your accessory days, just to make sure we're proportional in all parts of our physique. Anyways, email right in the description. Other than that, Kai here, out. Take care.
