So I got a question this week from one of our viewers here in this channel that I do want to go over, because I believe it's a really important subject for us to talk about, especially if we are on TRT. So I'm trying to juggle the camera and the phone here at same time.
Because even when I started at TRT at low doses, I would still wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air, that sounds freakin terrible, and let's see here, and only started when I got on TRT. And also at the same time my levels would go up from 45 to 52 really quickly.
What's your take on this if there's any way from preventing it? Even though I would go get blood every three months, just to touch your subject, and confused on what I would do? I would love to hear expertise on this. Thanks, Big Hob. What's going on brother?

A lot of guys actually go through this, their first go round on TRT, and for some odd reason, none of these TRT clinics actually even know what to do.
So it's so frustrating, especially when they're looking out for help, they think they're going to get every answer solved at this TRT clinic, but yet, for some odd reason, they just don't. And for the most part, they honestly just tell you either, we don't know, they might tell us to fuck off, they might just tell us to stop the TRT phase in our lives, but again we need that, after a certain age we already know that TRT is so important part of our lives.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

That is one of the main things that I would do if that was happening to me, which for the most part, it does happen to everybody. Not for myself, though, the only time this ever happens is not through regular testosterone, if I add EQ or Equipoise into my compounds, then yes, I would definitely have to donate blood.
Now for Big Joe situation though, even though he's already donating blood, the next thing that I would do is to watch my red meat intake, because that's the one thing that can also spike my hematocrit levels as well. So I would honestly just go on a full ketogenic diet and stay on an all white meat diet, tilapia, orange roughy, salmon.
So pretty much for the most part, I might become pescetarian, just to make sure that my levels, my RBC count, my platelets, my hematocrit levels would go down. The next one that I would do is to start adding cardio. I mean I know we all hate cardio, I hate doing cardio as well, but we have to do it for the sake of bringing our levels down.
Doing cardio. Now when I say cardio, I'm not talking about running my face off two hours a day non stop, because that's not what we're trying to do here. We're just trying to bring our levels down. So when it comes to this stuff here... Jesus Christ. So when it comes to this stuff here, minimal type of cardio, I'm talking about two or three times a week, that's it, 15 minutes the most. That's the type of cardio I'm talking about.
I'm not talking about some crazy ultramarathon type of thing, man, simple basic cardio, just for the sake of bringing our levels down, and also it's healthy for our heart to do so as well. It's actually doing cardio for the sake of keeping our cardio healthy. We're not doing cardio to do the fat loss. That's what the Tren is for, that's what the testosterone is for, that's what all those compounds are for and not for anything else.
Now, if I'm already doing all that, the next thing that I will do is I would start adding supplements to help with the thickness of my blood. Cialis and aspirin. That way, at least I know for sure my blood will not clot as easily is when I'm on those two compounds right there. And I could take, the good thing about Cialis is I could take it every day, nonstop forever.
The other one is adding aspirin as well. If I'm already doing all that, right, I'm already giving blood, I'm already watching my diet. I'm already doing the whole thing about ketogenic diet, watching what I eat, I am doing my cardio, doing everything I can, if that's not working, the one last resort, and we don't honestly have this option when it comes to most TRT clinics, that's why the only option is to homebrew.
The last option, the last resort is this - changing esters. Not a lot of people know that, just because we have bad sides from one ether, that doesn't mean it's from the entire compound. We can't just say like oh well, I react bad to testosterone enanthate, but yet, close it all off, I'm just reacting bad to testosterone in general. No, I might just be reacting bad to testosterone enanthate for that ether, right?
Because I've trained plenty of guys, and one of the best fixes to some of these bad sides is simply by changing esters. that is it. That's how quickly I could solve some of their issues. So if Big Joe right now is taking Test enanthate, and he's not reacting to it so well, I would change it to Test cypionate, or maybe his blood stability is not there either, right?
I would probably take Test cypionate or Test enanthate and I would pin that on a daily basis, or I might change it to Test prop as well. It just really depends on how we all react to a certain ester, because again, I might be feeling awesome at Test enanthate, and I do, but some guys might not, some guys might just feel bad on it, it's not enough stability on their hormonal levels, it just might not be the right ester for them.
That's why when it comes to all this stuff man, the best way for us to really take hold, take control of this stuff is by homebrewing, that's pretty much it. Because I mean I cannot see any clinic that would say ok, let me try prop now, let me try cypionate, let me try sustanon, let me try this, let me try that. They are just gonna be like ok, well, we tried this and it's not working for us, so you could now stop our TRT because it's not working for you.
That's pretty much what most TRT places are. If it doesn't work one time, they pretty much will take us off of it, and again, because of how badly we need to fix our low T, if that's not an option, our only option is do everything ourselves. So just to recap everything boys, when it comes to all this stuff, if I was in Joe's situation right now.
That my hematocrit levels are just going insane, I would donate blood, change up my diet, watch my iron levels, do my cardio, take Cialis, I would take also aspirin and on top of that, I would just change esters, and I would find the right ester that specifically works for me, because again, everybody reacts to these compounds in a different way with certain esters as well.
