Alright, so I'm gonna talk to you about how to do the perfect pull up as a beginner, and this isn't any type of pull up video you've ever seen before. What's going on brother? Now, the reason why doing a pull up is so important for us guys - because it looks badass.

That's literally what it comes down to. It's nothing to do with, oh, it's good for muscle development for your rhomboids and your lats, and this and that dude, because I can easily accomplish that at the pull down machine or some kind of machine or some kind of row, some kind of pull over, it doesn't matter.


I can easy workout, the same exact muscles from the pull up bar to any of the other machines. The reason why we have to do it as men, we got to get this done brother, because do you know how embarrassing it is that you literally can't pull your own body up and over a thing?

 I don't know what that thing is, just in case. As the sake of being a guy, we got to be able to learn how to do a pull up. Now, does that sound like some kind of masculine toxicity thing? Yeah, sure, don't care, you need to be able to learn how to do a fricking pull up.


It turns out how most people think about a pull up, they truly believe you need some kind of back development, some kind of bicep development, or you need to be able to learn how to really be able to work out your rhomboids so then you can do a pull up. 

No. Dude, doing a pull up is simple, it's just a skill set. That is it. If a four year old at gymnastics class, if they're able to do a pull up, why can't you? Why can't we, right? It has nothing to do with strength at all whatsoever.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

No dude, don't make it complicated. Like I said before, if little kids of gymnastics can, and you've seen it before, I'm sure you have a daughter, or you know, somebody who goes to gymnastics. Little kids just bouncing up and down, bouncing up and down. They're even over the bar doing a muscle pull up, am I doing it right?


Because that's how it is, it's that simple. We just make it way too complicated. So I'm not going to talk to you about any of those other YouTuber videos about pull yourself up and hold yourself all the way down, or using the bands or using this type of technique. Dude don't bother with that. It's like, do you really need a video on learning how to do a push up? 


No, you just fricking do it. The same exact thing with a pull up, you literally just have to pull yourself up. Now the best thing to do it and approaching it - just keep doing it until you learn how to. 

 That's it, it's just a skill set. Just go up to the bar, pull yourself up. That's it. And if you do that, that is the perfect... Now this sounds like BS to you, like I don't get it, is there some kind of special technique that you are gonna tell me? No, stop making it complicated. It's not. Look, if this is the best you could do, just a pull up, if you're up here, the best you could do is this. Then that's it, just keep doing that, over and over again.


Over and over again. That's it, until you eventually are able to pull yourself up, all the way up, all the way down. That is not complicated. You're up here, I'm having a conversation with you. If I can do this, I'm sure you can do it without me talking over and over again. It's that simple, don't make it complicated. 


No more, because I've seen those pull up videos before, the technique, or maybe you could do the kipping one and then you could do the pull up one then maybe you could do the hanging and then the jumping, and then...  Come on. 

Come on dude, this is a masculine type of movement, be a man about it, pull yourself up, the end. Like I said before, if three year olds could do it, you know what I mean? Simple. boom, done, easy. Anyways, my email is right in the description. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
