I can't just, you know, I can't just work out like these pheasants and normies with their cute little three sets, eight reps and then move on, simply because I'm not going to maximize my gains when it comes to me blasting my testosterone levels.
Because I am on testosterone, right, if it's my very first time blasting testosterone, do I do something different? Do I add more weight, more volume? Do I stay at the gym longer? What's the best way for me to really maximize, you know, me investing my time being on testosterone? Not just testosterone either, I'm not just like doing TRT here.
I'm actually blasting and pushing the hormones as much as I can, so I'm going to want a good return out of that type of investment. So what's the best way to do this? Since I'm pushing my hormones so much, I'm going to recover a lot faster, I'm not going to get any soreness at all whatsoever. So I actually need to take advantage of that.
Pretty much when I'm going to the gym, right, I have to go into this mindset of you know what, I'm going to go there to purposely over train, I'm going to go over there with the actual plan on going to the point to where I might strain or pull something, because I am going to purposely over train whatever body part I'm going to be working out that day.
Because to be direct with you my brother when it comes to me being on testosterone, that feeling, some of you TRT guys might experiences this too - the feeling of soreness is more of a like a nostalgic feeling. I rarely get it, sometimes I don't even feel it anymore. Sometimes I go on two, three months at a time to where I don't even know what feeling soreness is anymore. I don't get that at all.
And one of the drawbacks to that is it's really hard to gauge, it's hard to gauge if I did a good job or not, because sometimes I know I'm at the gym, I'm there, intense time, 45 to an hour, but then when I leave, I feel like I didn't do anything at all, because I don't feel sore whatsoever.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So when I'm in there, I'm not just increasing the weights, I'm not just increasing the volume or the intensity. I'm literally gonna go over there, you know what, how can I strain my muscles? How can I mess myself up because that's the type of mentality I'm gonna go there for. I'm going to go there to literally destroy the gym.
Now, if I were to go to the gym though, and just get like a mediocre workout like these pheasants and normies, can get good results out of it? Of course, of course. And even if I were to not work out at all, I'm still gonna get gains, because that's literally how testosterone works. Even if I were not to work out at all, take testosterone, I'm still gonna get gains no matter what. So either way, though, I'm going to get gains.
But to me, if I'm already going to invest my time in it, if I'm going to put some effort into it, I'm gonna want to get more out of it. So that's why I'm absolutely gonna over train every time I go to the gym. This is a really good example, right, because I didn't do this type of workout until I actually got on that sauce, until I actually got on Gear.
When it came to me and guaranteeing that my legs are going to grow, this is what I did. It would be Monday, right, because it's international chest day, so to get away from that big huge crowd, away from that gym, because I just, it gets way too crowded man. And I belong to three different gyms and it just gets way too crowded anywhere I go.
So I go the complete opposite day. Everybody's in the upper body workout section. I'm going to train legs, and this is how I got my legs to grow. Monday morning, I would go in there in seven, eight o'clock in the morning, and it would do nothing but my quads. That's it, quads, nothing else. I would squat, front hack squat, leg extensions, I would also do my lunges.
So pretty much any workout out there, even single leg extensions, any workout out there, on my Monday morning, I would do nothing but quads, both volume, intensity, at the same time I would absolutely increase my weights as well, and do a couple of static holds. And that's just Monday morning.
Because I'm on Gear and I knew that two, three hours later I'm not going to feel any soreness at all. Later on that evening, I'm going to work out my hamstrings, glutes and calves. That's how I was able to make my legs grow because not only that I was able to increase the intensity and the weights.
I was able to do two a day for my legs. Could you imagine a normie doing that? Could you imagine a pheasant working out the same body part twice a day? Impossible, they would literally fall over, and people are falling over right now.
So when it comes to normies and pheasants doing legs twice a day, it is just impossible for them to do. So how do I know that normies and pheasant can't work out legs, in the same exact day, even if it's hours at a time in between?
Because not only that it happened to me in the past, not only that I see the memes online, not only that, I see people complaining all over Facebook about it. I used to train both men and women, when it comes to legs, after they're done, within that 35 minutes to 45 minute workout, they're barely able to crawl back to their car.
That's the main reason why I know for sure, because there's gonna be some guy out there that would come to me, oh, I do legs twice a day. Oh yeah? Are you doing PRs on both the quads and also maybe your stiff legged deadlifts? You know what I mean?
And at the same exact time, it's just not, it's just not realistic, it's not just realistic, because I would have to purposely push myself every single time I would do a leg day. Some days, I just want to go in and be lazy and not have to focus so much, and still train twice a day. That's what I mean by for majority of people out there, doing the same body part twice a day, normies and pheasants, they just can't do because they don't have the recovery to do so.
So now, when I'm blasting testosterone, I'm absolutely going to take advantage of that. And it's such a sweeter bonus knowing that everybody else in here in the gym, they can't do what I'm doing right now. I'm already here five hours ago, I'm back here again, doing my glutes, my hamstrings and my calves because I have the ability, because I am blasting testosterone.
You can't do godlike workouts when you are a mere mortal, and normies and pheasants, they're reminded out there with their cute adorable little three sets, do an eight repetitions and they have to move on. Because they just can't have the ability to recover so quickly and put more weights, more volume, more intensity, five hours later do the exact same thing.
Could you imagine a pheasant doing that? They'd fall apart, as they should. Pretty much when I'm on testosterone, I have the luxury to push my limit and have zero consequence behind it.
Anyways, email, right in the description, you click on that, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's gonna go directly to my proton mail. Kai here, out. Take care.
