The best part about working out is the massive pumps that we get at the gym, right? I mean, that's one of the main reasons why I love working out, anytime I'm working on my arms or my chest, or my deltoids, going through the motions and repetitions and sets is that huge amount of pump that we get when it comes to lifting. Now the drawback of doing a deep cutting cycle is we don't get that pump anymore, especially when we're using a whole lot of cutting agents.

So this is my solution into getting those pumps back, and in fact getting it even when we're fully glycogen depleted.

When it comes to a good cutting cycle, let's say I'm on a test, Tren, EQ, Anavar cycle, freaking awesome. Now, the first couple of weeks into that cycle, I'm still getting a good amount of pumps, I'm looking good, I'm cutting down to body fat, I'm getting the striations, the vascularity, I'm looking good, the abs are starting to come out, everything is awesome. And going to the gym as well is amazing.

So that's pretty much everybody's journey on the first three to four weeks of their cutting cycle. Now, when our body has gone through a complete full glycogen depletion, we're already at the height of my cycle here, at same exact time, I am now to the point to where I'm getting closer to single digit body fat, everything's looking amazing.

The only problem with that is this, because part of that journey also comes with the glycogen depletion, that's one of the fastest ways for us to pull down our body fats. The other dilemma is the lower I pull down my glycogen levels, the less pump I get at the gym. And dude going to a gym to work out and I'm not getting any pump at all, I'm looking deflated more and more each day, it's not fun anymore. 

That's the whole point of working out. At least for me, man, when I'm going there standing in front of the mirror, and everything is just popping like crazy, full blown muscle enlargement, blood flow is going in there, it looks awesome. But yet, when I'm glycogen depleted, that's not going to happen. The pump just becomes less, less and less. 

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

And one of the reasons why I'm talking about this, the guys in the fraternity are asking about it, like so Kai, I'm like at week eight of my cycle, and I'm not getting the pumps anymore, what do I do?

The dilemma there too is that I am on a cutting cycle, I can't just start stuffing my face with a whole bunch of rice or pasta, sweet potato or anything like that, because that defeats the purpose of being on a cutting cycle, right? So what do I do? So it took me a while to figure this out, a little bit comes from my mentor, a little bit comes from me, especially what I'm going to tell you right now, the solution to all this.

So I make my own cocktail when it comes to getting a good pump at the gym, even when I'm on a deep cutting cycle. So this is my pre workout that I take before I go to the gym on a deep cutting cycle. So I take a small amount of pineapple juice, yeah, I know, stereotypical, whatever, I don't care, any kind of juice that you can grab, I guess, if you want, but for me, pineapple juice works. 

And then on top of that, I do a couple of grounds of a pink Himalayan salt in that little concoction, and then add a little bit of water. So a good amount of sodium, a little bit of a fructose, and I down that with my homebrewed Cialis. So that way the blood flow is there from the Cialis, a little bit of glycogen from the fructose, and at the same exact time when I do that much of a sodium slam into my body. 

Oh my God, the pump finally gets back in. So when I go to the gym, even when I'm still glycogen depleted, because look, even though I'm taking a little bit of fructose, as long as I stay below the ketogenic levels, I'm still not going to go over my carb levels to where I'm going to start gaining weight.

I'm still going to be below that threshold. So that's why I get best of both worlds, I'm able to get a good amount of pump from the sodium, the fructose and of course, the homebrewed Cialis, without having to take on a whole bunch of carbs and glycogen to ruin my cutting diet.

That's one of the best ways that I have found and it's awesome, because I'm able to go in there, the workout is still fun. One of the best ways of working out honestly, is because being able to see your body literally blow up when you're putting on that much blood circulation to a certain particular muscle. It is insane, it's kind of freaky actually, because not only that the size gets bigger. 

You see more your veins popping out, the little details, the little cuts that comes in, dude, it's awesome. I mean, I wish we could all keep that pump all throughout our lives, just by working out one time, but doesn't work that way. And it gets even worse when I am on a deep cutting cycle, especially when I'm on a huge amount of the Tren, because literally what Tren does is just deplete our glycogen levels down.

And when I'm in deep side of that cutting phase, that cutting cycle, week eight, week nine, week ten, I look flatter and flatter and flatter, which sucks. But to make my workouts fun, that's my solution right there. A little bit of pineapple juice for the fructose in it, good amount of sodium, homebrewed Cialis, good amount of water in there, and the pump finally gets back in there as well. It's freaking amazing.  

Now, because a lot of guys do tend to say, especially in the fraternity, Viagra works as well. The only reason why I personally don't mess with Viagra is because it will mess with my heart rate. Again, that's one of those things that I don't want to mess with at all. Especially when Cialis does the same exact thing. That's why I don't really do Viagra, because I don't want to mess with my heart rate. 

Now for the guys who are wondering, Cialis, Viagra, isn't that the sex drive thing, I don't want to walk around with a boner at the gym - I'm not taking a high amount of Cialis, ok, I'm not taking a huge amount to where it's gonna get awkward at the gym. I'm just taking good enough to let the vasodilator property kick in, to where I'd get better blood flow, better pump at the gym.
