Why train like a natural lifter when you can look like a Marvel Avengers God?What's going on boys? Kia here from Formula Secrets, and what I want to talk to you guys about today are the downsides of being a natural lifter. No shirt, just came back from the gym by the way, let's fucking do this shit. So what I want to talk to you guys about that, it's just that we have been hearing it non stop how terrible steroids are, how bad Gear is.

How you shouldn't do anabolic Gear, but yet you see time and time again from Chris Hemsworth, Thor himself, using anabolic Gear, Dwayne The Rock Johnson using anabolic Gear, but how it's so bad for you.

Even Arnold Schwarzenegger using Gear, how it's so bad for you, but there is no hard evidence on any of the bad side effects, every bad side effect is completely reversible and in fact, just completely over exaggerated. We hear about how terrible steroids are, how bad Gear is, but we never hear the reality of the bad stuff of being a natural lifter is.

So let's remind everybody of how terrible being a natural lifter is. So many documentaries will cover of how amazing Gear is. So many podcasts, like Joe Rogan's podcast, he himself are taking anabolic steroids, for TRT. But yet we all know a lot of guys are actually on TRT on steroids, just to get the benefits out of it.

Just to look good, to get the arms, the abs, the chest, whatever. So now, what we're going to be talking about today are all the bad side effects of being a natural lifter. So let's remind everybody. So let's start with one of the biggest ones, in fact, the main one.

When you are dedicated as a lifter, or in fact, whatever your goals may be, going to college, going to school, dedicating your time to wards, whatever your goals are. For example, the biggest one would have to be lift. You are putting in all this time and effort and work, dieting program, workout program, you are lifting hard, you are lifting heavy, eating your broccoli, your asparagus, eating your chicken, eating your red meat, whatever it may be.

Following your ketogenic diet, whatever diet you are on. So we are taking that all the time effort, spending an hour, an hour and a half at the gym, doing your cardio, doing your very best. But yet what do you get at the end of that?

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

How To Homebrew and Pin Your Own Gear To Get 21" Arms Plus A Six Pack WITHOUT Risking Gyno or Spending $897 A Cycle!

Looking mediocre at best. How much pounds of muscle can you really put as a natural athlete within one year? 10 pounds, 12 pounds and that right there boys is mainly when you are spot on your diet.

Spot on your workout program, and at same time, completely ignoring all of your social responsibilities. The only thing you have time for it's either your job, your school and lifting, that is it, that is the life you have to be when it comes to being a natural lifter. All the other time, you have to spend on recovery, taking all your protein shakes, eating all the right foods.

You don't have time go out, grab a pizza, grab burger, if you want to look good as a natural lifter. And at the end of it, even if you do it all right, you are still looking mediocre at best. That right there, just spending the time healing, from my point of view is completely wasted, because look at all the effort you're putting in, but at the same time, you're not getting an.

Effort or any big results back. 10 pounds, oh my God, big deal, 12 pounds even. Let's even say 15 pounds, we're pushing it to more than a pound of lean muscle mass per month for a natural lifter. That right there is already amazing as it is. But yet the end result at the end of the year, you look mediocre at best.

Why would I spend all that time, all that effort and leave it up in the air to look good? That won't even be a wise bet, why would I do that? Why would I risk myself the entire time, the dedication, eating everything right, completely ignoring all my friends, going out, don't even think about having a drink Saturday night, Friday night with your girl, with your boys or going out.

You can't even do that because you're going to end up looking terrible the next day, so you gonna have to start all the way back again on Monday morning. So that right there is the reality of being a natural lifter, that right there. That's just the end result. And we're not even talking about bulking heavy. We're not even talking about shredding.

Just to look mediocre at best. That is the reality of being a natural lifter. That's part of it. That's like one of the main pillars right there, having the result, putting in all that time, but yet you still look mediocre at best. Another part of it is this one - you are completely prone to injuries, you can get injured at any time. Why?

Because you don't have the proper muscle tissues, the ligaments to keep lifting that heavy on a daily basis. So you have to have your down week, you have to have your off time, you have to have so much more recovery time. When you are an enhanced athlete, when you are on Test, just testosterone alone, you don't need eight hours of sleep, you could go on by six, maybe seven, maybe even five hours of sleep and you're good to go.

You don't feel sore whatsoever, you are ready to pound on the same muscle workout if you want to. But yet when your natural, when you are natural, you have to completely cycle off of that, you can only train, say your arms once, maybe twice a week. That is it. If I choose to work out chest every single day, I recover so quickly because I am on Test, Tren, Masteron, EQ and DNP.

I could easily work on the same muscle mass over and over again. Why? Because I recover so fast, on top of eating pretty good well on a diet at the same time as well guys.

When it comes to that, that's the second part of it. That is the second part of downside of being a natural athlete. I would say the third part would simply have to be that you can't even have a cheat meal. You will retain fat and water so fast that you can't even have like a cheesecake over the weekend. You will see it Sunday morning, instantly, right away.

The freedom of having whatever diet you want, having a cheat meal whatever you want, it will actually come to a cost. When you are an enhanced athlete, when you're on Gear, guess what? You can have that cheesecake, you can have that pizza, you can have that burger, all on the same day. And guess what happens next day?

The DNP will take care of it. The Tren will take care of it. Your testosterone will take care of it, your EQ will take care of it. No longer you have to sacrifice having your social life put away, going out with your girl, going out with your wife and completely saying no to everything and alright, I'm just gonna have salad, here we go guys, yay. Beer?

No, I'll take a light beer though, but I can't have too much of that. Do you see my point right there? You can't even have a regular like beer, you have to completely abstain from all the fun stuff. Now, when it comes to me right here, I'm not a competitive bodybuilder anymore. I'm just doing this fun, I'm just doing this for a lifestyle. I'm doing this to make sure that I look good, but yet I don't want to go on stage.

This is just me, pretty much applying it to my life. I like looking good, I like looking better than most. But at the same time, I just don't want to go on stage anymore, because that's way too much prep, way too much work.  This is just for the average guy when it comes to this stuff. So you could definitely have your vacations, you could definitely have your cheat meals, and at the same time you can keep all your gains.

One of the other bigger aspects when it comes to being a natural lifter as well. is the fact that the moment you go on vacation, that was the next part right, if you want to take time off, all your work from all those months of heavy lifting, all those months of diet, cardio, gone within a week guys, that is it. Your cardio suffers, your muscle building suffers, how big and how shredded you are.

Even if somewhat you are there, completely gone after going on a week, a week and a half vacation, completely gone. When I take vacation. I can still eat all my burgers, all my pizza, whatever, the entire time, but yet I still look good, I don't need to lifting while I'm on vacation. Besides, when I'm on vacation, I'm not thinking about that stuff. I want to hang out, I want to go out.

I want to enjoy the food, enjoy the culture, wherever I may be. That is the beauty about being on steroids guys. So those are all the positive stuff on steroids. The real negative stuff on naturals, it far outweighs while being on steroids. So people want to harp on how bad steroids are, but yet nobody wants to remind that the natural athlete, of what they have to go through.

So let's think about it right now - your metabolism sucks, you can't even have a cheat meal. Big no, I can't do that, I want to be able to live my life as well. At the same time, right there your goal at the end of the year, how much can you really improve your physique? Everybody sees it day in and day out.

Who has seen pretty much, when you go to the gym, everybody looks the same and you see the same people being dedicated as well, they go to the gym on a daily basis, they are on that treadmill, they are on that rowing machine, they are on that stairmasters, and at the same time they're lifting properly as well.

They're being a good little boy going to their cute little corner, dead lifting heavy, bench pressing heavy, squatting heavy, but guess what? Guess what? What do they look like at the end of the year? Do they look that much bigger? Do they look that much shredded? Are there any big significant difference when it comes to that? No.

So you can even see it for yourself as a natural athlete. Now I'm not bashing natural lifters. Not at all. If you choose that to be your lifestyle, so be it, but at the same time, I value my time, I value my time way higher than going to the gym and not seeing any results whatsoever. Alright boys, so that right there is the dangers of being a natural lifter.

You are going to be prone into not having any real goals to go by at the end of your journey. You're not going to reach any goal, you're going to look mediocre at best. You're not going to have a social life. You're not going to be able to go out and eat whatever, go on vacations and all that stuff, because that's what being a natural lifter is.

Your goal at the end is never achievable, because that right there is what comes with it. Do not fall for the misinformed, do not fall for the ill informed type of people guys, do your research about anabolic Gear, what the real possible good effects that you could have towards your life, which is completely elevating your life to your very, very potential.
