I'm going to show you how to make a real protein shake without using any kind of scam powder out there. No powders needed, all real food.
So if you need to get some kind of notification, you have to hit that notification bell. Just to let you know, by the way, this isn't just my method, alright? I'm going to dive into this right now, but just to let you know, this is not my method at all.
A lot of NFL teams to where they have unlimited source of financial success that they have to buy whatever they need for their players. And if they're not using any type of powders, that's saying something. This type of formula by the way, I've been using it for years.
And I just love the fact that the New England Patriots is doing the same exact thing when it comes to their protein shakes for their players as well.
?
So what do we need? The obvious stuff first. First of all over here, your blender, good, reliable, obvious, right? When it comes to the actual content in your protein shake, I'm going to break it apart into three categories, the protein category, the greens category, and some kind of fruit for energy.
So when it comes to the first category, the protein one, we have our almond milk, we have our Greek yogurt right here, I usually like to use this one, becacuse simply it's all natural, it's all organic, it's exactly what it says. It's not like some labels out there who are lying about it.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

At the same time. I try to grab the ones to where I actually have to mix it, only because it guarantees me that it's actually real. So, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter. The next one is my green. I'm going to be using spinach tonight.
Sometimes I replace this with broccoli, sometimes I do asparagus, any kind of greens out there, but I usually you like to go with spinach right here. And last one, the fruit This one is very versatile, right? Sometimes I want to throw in a banana in there, blueberry, strawberry, some kind of fruit, but I usually go with banana because it tastes good, good amount of fructose in there as well.
So that is the main ingredients when it comes to our protein shake, our real protein shake, almond milk, almond butter, Greek yogurt, spinach, and a banana.
?Now when it comes to the total protein that we're going to be getting this is a rough estimate, but I'm going to be using about four ounces of the almond milk, which is going to be about, you know, two grams of protein, two tablespoons of almond butter, which is going to be or is it at 14 grams.
And for the Greek yogurt, we are going to use both of them, each one is going to be 13 grams worth of protein. So within this protein shake, we're going to be getting a total of 42 grams worth of protein, real actual protein, not from a powder. Now the next part, the fun part is putting all in into our blender.
So, first one, I'm gonna move this, put it right here. So I usually start off with the hardest stuff to blend at the bottom. For example, the Greek yogurt. So I'm going to grab this one here. I'm going to put the entire thing in the blender here, ok, the full scoop here.
This thing, drop this down at the bottom. Nice and easy. Now, this tends to be a little bit more tedious than your conventional powder protein shake, but it's going to give me a peace of mind knowing I'm actually going to get exactly what I'm putting in the blender.
I don't have to guess, I don't have to worry that it's actual real or under dosed or anything like that. It's actual pure protein that I'm actually going to be getting. And honestly my body can absorb all this much better than any type of synthetic stuff as well. Now the next one, I'm going to add in my almond butter.
So the next part I'm going to be adding in the almond butter, I'm going to grab two tablespoons worth of it. I got to be careful with this, because it's going to get all over the place, if you're not careful with this. Beautiful. I got one in. Second one, coming right up.
This is roughly about, because I tend to put a little bit more than basically two tablespoons. Beautiful. Good. Get in there. Every last drop. Nice. Next one is I'm going to adding spinach in here. I've already rinsed this out. Just to make sure guys, make sure you rinse out all your veggies that you can put in here.
This one's already been rinsed out. I just grab a handful. That's pretty much what I do. Handful worth of spinach or whatever greens that you're going to be doing, broccoli, whatever it is, just a handful, throw that in there. And last one is going to be our fruit. The same exact thing a handful as well.
It could either be A banana, blueberries, strawberries, whatever you need to, raspberries even. throw it in there. I am gonna throw in my whole banana in here, except for the gross end parts, nobody likes the end parts, looks gross, looks weird.
And the now the last part right here is putting in our unsweetened almond milk. I pretty much use this for a lot of stuff too, I make my mac and cheese with this stuff. So when it comes to this up by the way, do not [downs] your entire thing.
You're making this enough to where it's liquefied, but not to the point to where it's soup. So be careful adding in the almond milk. I believe that's good enough right there. Beautiful. So you just have to eye it the you can. Next part, throw in the blender right here. And the last part of doing all this is blending in my real protein shake.
And this is what a real protein shake should look like. No BS, exactly what we're looking for, proteins, some good fats, some good carbs in it as well. All nothing but all natural, non GMO stuff as well. So here we go. This is the part where I usually make a mess in the kitchen.
I just want you to get a real good look in here boys. Check this out. It's exactly what we're looking for out of a protein shake right here. And that is how you make a real protein shake, no BS, no whey protein, boom, done. And the best part, and I know this is subjective, but personally, I can taste how pure this is.
And I know that sounds whoo and whatever, but I can tell the difference ever since I started going towards a lot more non GMO stuff. And of course, I still eat my trash food out there from, you know, ramen noodles to burgers, but when it comes to my protein shakes, I can legitimately tell if I'm actually drinking a real protein shake compared to, you know, the old ways of how I used to do it back then.
The one thing I like about these protein shakes, is that, first of all, I don't have any indigestion out of it as well. It tastes good, I don't have any weird gas pumps out of it either.
And I used to get all of that all the time when it comes to regular whey or even [isolate] or whatever, the KC stuff, the pre shake workout, inter shake workout, all that weird stuff.
So people are asking like, yourself or your friends even, and if we all know that all supplements are a scam, especially the protein shakes, what should they do? They should do this right here.
