When it comes to getting over the fear of pinning, I'm going to go over with you right now my personal procedure to guarantee that we actually get over this fear, instead of just saying, oh, just man up, because I get it, it is absolutely scary if it's the very first time pinning. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email.
When it comes to the fear of pinning, you're not alone. All those veterans that you hear about, oh, it's not a big deal, just man up, it was not too bad. Dude, they all went through it, I promise you that. No matter how much a person says it's not a big deal, I promise you, they're exactly where you're at right now. They've been at that point where they're sitting there, ok, let me, let me just put it down for a second, wait, wait, I got to do this.
Ok, hold on, what would happen if.. Well, ok, let me just... They've all gone through that, I've gone through that, I've gone and stared at my 3C cc syringe thinking, holy crap, how did I get to the point in my life to where I'm about to pin something in my body, and oh, my God, this looks super sharp. Dude, everybody's gone through there. Ok, don't feel like you're the only one, you're being a wimp, you're being a scared person.
No, everybody has gone through that. The fear of pinning from our perspective is actually awesome. I want that to be the barrier from the pheasants, and for the guys who are willing to take that risk, that small minimum amount of risk of it might be a little bit painful, so they are actually rewarded.
Because from my perspective man, that's where bravery comes from, that fear needs to be there for us to overcome, there isn't really any point to all of that to get rewarded, it's too easy. So that's why I love this fear. I don't ever want this fear to ever go away. When it comes to my personal methods, though, this is exactly what I tell my guys that I train to get over this fear.
The first one is this, the longer we think about it, the bigger the fear becomes. So hypothetically, if I were to pin, say, on a Monday or something like that, if I do not do that at the timeframe that I'm going to do it, say, you know what, I, you know, I don't want to do it right now, it's too early in the morning, I am a little bit scared, let me do it later that night.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So the first thing I'm going to do as I'm setting up, I'm going to take action right then and there. So for me to distract myself from all those stupid thoughts that come into my brain of what if this happens, all the hypotheticals, right, infection, oh, my God, what if the needle bends? What if I hit the wrong way? What if I hit the wrong spot? Let me do more research. What's that pin spike right there?
Oh, my God, is that the right one, am I looking at the right picture? The longer I prolong that, the bigger the fear gets. So what I'm going to do is nonstop action taking. And to get away from all those bad thoughts that my brain is just being an asshole towards me with of putting in all those fears, I'm going to put music on or some kind of background ambient type of sound.
I don't care what it is, the TV, the news, a football game, a replay of a fight, whatever it is, something has to be there to distract me, in order for me to not get in too much of my head. So I'm taking action, music playing in the background as well. At the same time I am getting everything ready. I'm pulling out the oil, getting everything set and ready to go. I've already heated up the syringe, I've already pushed out the air, I'm ready to rock
Now, during this time where my needle is already prepped and it's ready to go, it's ready to go for pinning, the best thing that I have personally done, and I even do it right now, especially when I'm doing really advanced compounds, to where I'm thinking about it, oh, ok, this a lot higher amount of DHB I'm about to pin into myself. The best thing I've ever done is give myself a countdown.
Because the moment I do that, I feel like my body is forced to just take action, right? So take for example, I'm sitting there, ready to go, it's uncapped, and I give myself a 10 second countdown. You don't have to do it out loud either. I just do it mentally, I'm thinking in my mind 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, boom. The moment I hit two, one, my body just kicks in and goes right away, because if I don't get myself a countdown.
Some kind of deadline to where by the time I hit zero, I got to pin. If I don't do that, I was gonna be there, you got this, ok, don't worry about it, it's ok, no, you will be fine. Dude, it's gonna take me forever. But if I give myself a countdown, my mind, my body has no choice but to fricking do it. Like I'm getting there, boom, done, that's it. I don't have to sit there and argue with myself. I don't have to sit there and try to convince myself.
That's one of the best ways. So in order for me to do all that, that's my process right there. Take action. I do not stop once I start the process, and if I tell myself over the weekend Monday morning I'm pinning at 7am, I am going to do that process, because if I prolong that the fear becomes bigger.
Now as I am taking action, music in the background, I give myself a countdown, boom, done, no more fear of pinning. Anyways brother, the link to my email is right in the description. Other than that, Kai here, out. Take care.
