When it comes to doing this lifestyle, doing Gear the right way, there are certain fundamentals that I have to make sure I know how to do it. For example, reading the labels. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email. Now that link to my email is in the description.

So that's the best way to get ahold of me, you click on that link, it takes you to a website, you put in your name, your email.

And there's a huge space where you can put any questions you like, right on there, it's gonna go directly to my proton mail, and I'm definitely gonna be responding back on voice as well. So you want to make sure you check your side of the email too. So when it comes to doing this lifestyle, doing analog Gear, the safety protocol has to be there.

Now, before we even talk about, you know, avoiding AIs of crashed estrogen, avoiding Gyno in the first place, doing the right things, avoiding acne, there are the basic fundamentals, the basic knowledge that we need to learn about actually learning how to do this. Now there's a lot of guys in terms of my email, actually, you know, seeking out help, asking certain questions here and there, and they're doing it right.

They're doing it the right way. I would love to check out their situation, but I honestly can't detail it, because certain things that they tell me just doesn't make sense, or it's missing information. For example, let's say I'm the one emailing myself, which sounds weird, but anyways, hey Kai, I'm in doing the cycle right now, it's pretty awesome, I'm feeling good, I'm doing, you know, half a cc twice a week of this amount.

Am I doing it right? When I'm reading that, I don't know what that means. I don't know what that means, because they're not telling me the actual amount, simply because there's a lot of guys out there, they don't know how to read the label. Now there's nothing wrong with that because dude, the very first time I did Gear, I was in the same exact boat. I was like, what's one ml to? What is that, MCG, what's an mg? What's a CC?

I have no idea what any of this means. So dude, I'm not even making fun of those guys, because I took those steps, I actually had to learn what all those numbers, all those definitions, all those abbreviations, what they actually mean. So what I'm going to talk to you about today is how to actually read the measurement of the bottle of say my test cypionate or my test enanthate, or even say my Tren.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So anytime I grab a bottle, I home brew it, right, just for the sake of safety, I write down the actual amount in that bottle.

Meaning this, if I were to write the number 100 on that bottle, that means there is a 100 milligrams per one cc of that pinnable oil. Meaning if I were to draw out one cc or one ml, same exact measurement, I am going to get 100 milligrams per one cc of that. So if my bottle says 100, that means per one cc that I draw out I'm going to get 100 milligrams. If the bottle says 200, every time I draw out one cc or one ml, I'm going to get 200.

If the bottle says three, I'm going to get three milligrams for one cc that I pull up. That's how we need to read that. And this is so important because if I were to help myself out with that same exact question, I'm not gonna be able to tell him I don't know what that means. So that bottle, that number on the bottle is so crucial, because that's the only way for me to answer my very own question. So I'm taking one cc twice a week, and if that bottle says 200 of it, meaning I'm taking 200 on day one, I'm taking 200 on day two.

So in total, I'm getting 400 milligrams for that week of whatever that is I'm taking. It could be Primo, it could be Tren, it could be testosterone, but that number is important. So if I would ask myself a question, I can't just go up, hey, I'm taking two cc's a week of this product, is this right? It's like, well, dude, I need to know that number. Now, if I were to reword that, hey, I'm taking two cc's of this product.

Each cc has 200 milligrams on it, then from my end, oh, ok, ok, cool, now I totally get that, I understand that because that missing information is crucial. So all in all brother, the best way for you to understand is this, whatever that number says in that bottle is equivalent to one cc of it. So if it says a 100, I'd pull out one CC, it means 100 milligrams per one CC.

If it says 300, I pull out one cc out of it, it's gonna be 300 milligrams per one CC. That's how we read the labels, that's how we do and learn the fundamentals of doing Gear. Anyways, my email is right in the description brother. Other than that, Kai here, out. Take care.
