So when it comes to doing this lifestyle of pinning, because obviously, in order for us to do real Gear, we have to pin.

Because we all know orals only cycle suck, for the love of God stop doing orals only cycle because you're not going to get anything out of it. And not only that, a lot of bad sides can happen. Anyways, let's go back to this video, when it comes to guys who are actually doing this properly, that are actually pinning, we got to be a little bit more strategic about it, specifically when it comes to the type of activities we're doing the next day, or the type of job that we have.

So the main reason why I want to talk about this with you is we have to think boys, we have to think, we can't just pin whenever we like. Technically we can, but if I was doing this lifestyle, I want to be strategic about it, because I don't want to have any type of discomfort, wherever I'm going to be pinning. Meaning this,  just for you to really understand it. Say I have a certain particular job to where I know for sure I'm going to be sitting down all day, the next day after I pin.

Now, am I going to pin on my glutes with all that pressure from sitting down all day? No, because that's going to cause more discomfort, even if I have no PIP. The type of pressure that I'm going to have on my glutes when I'm sitting down is going to cause inflammation, which causes more discomfort, which is totally different from PIP, but it's still gonna cause a little bit of pain.

So say I have a truck driving job, because I talked about this with one of my boys the other day actually, if I know for sure, I'm going to be driving for the next 8, 9, 10 hours the very next day, am I gonna pin my glutes? No, of course not, because that's a lot of pressure on my glutes, because I'm going to be sitting down, I'm going to be driving, I've never done that before, but you could understand the fact that if I were to pit my glutes, all that pressure is going to be there.

Yes, it's definitely a cause a lot more discomfort. Or say I have a lot of meetings the very next day, right? Say I pin on a random day, Monday, and I know for sure I'm going to have all day meetings Tuesday, there is no way I'm going to pin my glutes Monday, because I know I'm going to be sitting down all day, a lot of pressure causes a lot of inflammation.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

The same exact thing with a certain activity. If I'm going to be grappling the next day after I pin, I'm not gonna pin my shoulders, because most likely, if I'm going to be grappling with somebody.

There's gonna be a lot of pressure on my deltoids when I'm doing a double leg takedown or some kind of pressure to where I'm gonna be grappling against somebody. So I have to be strategic about it. So if I know for sure I'm grappling, I'm not going to pin my deltoids, I'm going to pin more towards my quads. If I'm going to be sitting down all day, I'm not gonna pin in my glutes, I'm most likely going to pin more towards my shoulders.

So these type of things I have to be creative about, we have to be creative about this. We can't just pin anywhere we want. Now, if I have the day off the next day, I'm not really doing much, to where I could do whatever type of activity I want, then yeah, I could pin whatever, my traps, my chest, my lats, my biceps, it doesn't really matter, because if I am having a little bit more discomfort, ok, cool, let me just do a different activity. 

But if I know for sure I'm stuck, say in an office all day, the next day, and I have a lot of meetings to where I might be able to get up maybe, you know, an hour, an hour and a half total the most, but I'm going to be in my office for the next eight hours, no way I am going to pin on my glutes, because not only it causes some discomfort, it's going to cause a hard knot as well, as I'm sure some of you guys have experienced it before.

Now again, are there any dangers to this? No, there is not an infection that's going to happen, there isn't going to be some kind of health complication. The only thing that's gonna happen is discomfort. But again man, when it comes to this lifestyle, I want every little detail that I do with this, not only to be comfortable, I want to have good time with it. I don't want to have to experience pain or discomfort to where I have to sit in my chair.

To where I have to like sit in a particular way because I pinned in my glutes now, I have to lean more towards my right side because I pinned on my left. I don't want to have to do that. I would rather just think about ok, so I have to pin today, what are my activities tomorrow? Is it going to be standing? Is it going to be grappling, wrestling? Is it going to be sitting down all day? 

What is it to where let me avoid a certain pin spot because I know for sure there might be a lot of pressure in that certain part of my body. That's where I know for sure, it's like you know what Kai, let's be strategic about it, let me just not pin everywhere because I'm so used to certain routine. I want to make sure anywhere I pin I know there's not going to be a lot of pressure the very next day. 

Now, if it's two days away, by then my body would absorb any type of oil in my body, and then I would be good. But if that certain activity to where, again, I might be in office all day the next day, I'm definitely not going to pin in my glutes, because I want to make sure that I don't have to go through any type of inflammation. 

Now I could talk to you about my inflammation protocol, how to quickly avoid that, but I'm gonna cover that in another video because I do have a good amount of strategies and supplements that I take to avoid inflammation and virgin muscle PIP as well.  But anyways boys, my email is right in the description.
