When it comes to this particular lifestyle, meaning using Gear, being on TRT, using testosterone, I have to change a lot of things within my daily habits. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me by the way, the best way to reach me is the link to my email and you can easily find that link in the description, and that's going to go into my proton mail.
And the main one I want to talk about today is my scent. My scent is going to be a lot stronger. So I'm not saying that it's gonna smell bad or anything like that, but it is going to be a whole lot stronger and no matter what I do, it's going to be there, so I have to change a lot within my personal lifestyle and my daily habits. For example, it doesn't matter if I'm eating the best of the best foods.
It doesn't matter if I change my lifestyle to where I'm eating nothing but really clean meals, my scent is going to change because that's what testosterone will do, it is going to give me more of a, the best way I can put it, more of a primitive type of scent. Again, I'm not saying anybody who's on TRT right now or blasting, they are going to smell bad. Whatever their scent is, whatever their natural scent is, it is going to be a lot stronger.
That doesn't give us the right there no matter how healthy of lifestyle we are doing, that doesn't give us the right to invade somebody else's scent glands, it doesn't give us the right to where well, this is how I naturally smell, you know, I'm just gonna start invading people of how my odor is going to be. We have to do something about that.
We can't just leave it up to nature to make sure that we are going to smell at least decent in the public eye. Especially at the gym, right, I personally don't want to walk around the gym, especially when I'm sweating like crazy, because you know exactly what this lifestyle entails, especially when we're sweating, our scent is going to be with that sweat as well.
So I have to do everything I can to make sure that again, I'm not invading other people's scent. So it doesn't just stop at my basic deodorant either, I have to really look at what I have in terms of body wash, in terms of lotion, and more importantly, our scent that we do use for our deodorant, our body spray
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Because either their genetics, their sense of lifestyle, whatever it is, they just don't need any type of deodorant at all. But the moment I get on TRT, the moment I get on a blast cycle, I gotta grab something and it just can't be a regular deodorant either. It has to be something that stops us from sweating so much into my armpits and at the same exact time.
It has to be to the point to where it doesn't give us any bad sides either because I personally get bad sides if I use any type of regular deodorant. For example, for me, I got to use a non-scented regular deodorant for myself right there, in order for me to make sure that I don't smell bad and at the same exact time, honestly, if I use any regular deodorant out there, if I use a specific one, I get cystic pimples on my armpits.
And dude that, oh, my God, I think it is painful. I mean, really, really, really painful. I mean, these type of pimples aren't just like your regular ones, the small ones. They're big and they hurt and they're always constantly irritated, especially when I'm moving my arms a lot for either basic, you know, deadlift movements or overhead presses or even bicep curls. It's gonna rub on it over and over again, and I do not want that.
So it took me a while to figure out what type of deodorant that I needed to use man, because I've used all of it. I've used non scented, I've used natural one, like I literally went to Whole Foods and I went down the line, I went to Sephora, I went down the line. So it took me a while to figure out which is the best deodorant for me, that doesn't give me any type of rash, any type of bad sides, because for some odd reason my skin is really sensitive within my armpits.
So I have to use and find the perfect deodorant for me. So for me when it comes to this stuff, I have to use non scented and stuff that's pretty much, the majority of it is literally all natural stuff, stuff made for sensitive skin. So yours might be different, you are going to have different pathway when it comes to different types of deodorants you gonna use, but in terms of that we can't just not use anything at all.
I have to use some type of deodorant, especially when I'm on this type of lifestyle. Now for some guys that are thinking ok, I already used a deodorant, I think I'm good. No, no. In order for us to guarantee that we do not, and again I'm not, because some guys, man some guys gonna be intrigued when it comes to this stuff, I'm not saying that we are going to smell bad.
I'm just saying that we are going to have a much stronger scent, even if it smells good, that doesn't give us the right to invade other people's nose gland and their sense of smell and stuff like that. So on top of my deodorant, alright, I also use a body spray as well, and this is my body spray that, get it, get it, there you go, this is my body spray that I use on top of my deodorant right there.
Because I'm not going to put deodorant on my shoulder or my back where I sweat. I'm just gonna spray all over my body to make sure that I don't smell bad at all. This is completely different from a cologne by the way. You don't want to use cologne while at the gym because that is just socially cringy, and that is just socially weird. You don't want to do that. You want to use something more specifically for working out.
And I found this one at Lush. It smells good. It smells masculine. It smells like that neutral smell as well. So it doesn’t smell like I'm going out to a club in the middle of the gym, because nobody wants to smell that way. But man, having these two combination of using a deodorant and using a body spray guarantees me that I'm not gonna be walking around having that.
You know, atmosphere of smelling stronger than normal, because that's the one thing I don't want to do, invade other people's scent gland. Because I'm sure some of you guys noticed right now, the moment you got on TRT, did your body scent changed?
I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'm sure there's gotta be somebody out there right now who's like, I smell different. And I'm not talking about stronger either, I'm talking about some guys completely changed their scent out of their body. It's such a weird phenomenon, like I honestly do not understand it. I'm not sure if it's because somehow our lifestyle changes, or we are sweating a lot more.
Or simply because my testosterone levels are frickin four times higher than a normal person, which what makes my body change in terms of the scent. But whatever it is, I got to do something about it. I noticed it too the very first time I got into a really, really heavy bulking cycle, I was using four pinnable compounds, two orals and that was the first thing I noticed, I am like that's, I don't normally smell like that.
Alright, so I took a couple of showers that day, and the same exact thing, the moment the Gear kicked in, within about week two, my scent completely changed, so I had to do something about it. Because normally I don't, I don't use body spray. From my point of view man, a deodorant is more than enough. But the type of deodorant I was using wasn't strong enough either. So I had to use like a 24 hour scent type of thing.
And on top of that, I got to make sure I wasn't sweating like crazy. And then because of that, it took me in this really long journey because anytime I switch a product, something happened, a rash came out, dry skin, flaky skin, all bad stuff, because I have really sensitive skin. So it took me a while to really find out which deodorant really worked for me. And no matter how frustrating it is, because you're gonna go through the same exact thing, man, no matter how frustrating it is, keep going.
And it sucks. You're literally gonna go, oh, that doesn't work, that's a waste of like five bucks, that doesn't work, that's a waste of $12, that doesn't work. You're gonna have to keep going down to line. Now the body spray, the body spray, it's not that big of a deal, because I highly doubt t1hat we're going to get any type of bad reaction out of any of these compounds that's in here, but we still got to go down the line.
We can't just stop at using a deodorant or just a body spray. We have to use both to guarantee that we smell nice, plus, is for the benefit of our girls, the benefit of people all around us, the benefit for even ourselves. I'm sure you don't want to be doing biceps curls, and out of nowhere, where's that smell coming from?
And then you realize nobody's all around you, and it's coming from your sweat. That is like the worst when you find out that you're that smelly kid, you're that smelly guy at the gym. You don't want to do that. Anyways, any questions for me, my email is right in the description. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
