So this message goes out for everybody. I don't want you to believe that this is just for the young guys, this goes for us older guys as well.

One of the main reasons why I make my bed and yes that's exactly what I'm talking about to you today, making my bed every single morning is I believe it's a skill set. It's a skill set that sets us up for success on a day to day basis. I don't just make my bed by the way.

I mean I talk about, I bring in new sheets, new covers, every single morning and I switch out my day to day use of pillows and I switch it out to a showcase pillow, only meaning that I have four new sets of pillows that I only put in there just for the sake of showing it off.

Now you're asking me, why do I put so much extra effort into doing something mundane like that? Something to where I know I'm gonna ruin my bed at the end of the night anyways? The main reason why?

I believe it's a skill set, it's a skill set that I know I need to do every single morning to get that small wind, it's a small wind for me, because if I were to do that task on a day to day basis, and I also accomplish it, what other skill set can I use to apply that same type of motivation and determination as well.

These type of skill sets I view every single day is something that I can use as well. It's all about starting a task and fully completing it, doing something that I know that nobody else is watching, nobody even cares, nobody gives a shit about me making my bed. I'm sure you don't either. I'm sure, Kai, why are you telling me to make my bed, I don't care about that. ?

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Because it's not about that. It's about doing something mundane on a day to day basis to apply that type of determination to finish all of our other tasks as well.

It's all about that having that endurance and the persistence of completing a task toward nobody's going to give us a pat on the back for, nobody's going to give us any type of reward, there's literally no reward for it, other than our own selves. It's one of those things to where I believe it's important for us to make our bed on a day to day basis, because it's more like, again, a task, a skill set that we can apply to all the other things in life. Because here's the thing, how simple is it to make our bed? Really?

It sounds pretty silly when I'm talking about it, right? It's an easy, simple task. But if we can't even finish something that easy on a day to day basis, how are we ever going to accomplish any of our goals? How are you supposed to do something monumental, when you can't even finish this one small task that you're doing at the beginning of the day, to where you have an ample amount of energy, you literally have the time in the world, there's literally no excuse at all, to not do this part.

But yeah, you want to what? You want to be financially successful. You want to get your physique done, you want to accomplish your tasks, you want to be better in your career. You want to do all that, but yet we can't make our bed? Do you see my point here? It's one of those tasks to where we really should do it on a day to day basis. Plus, at the same time, it really just looks good. You know what I mean? It looks inviting when I come home to my bed.

Pretty much we have to put ourselves in order first, before we can even plan or attack our accomplishments in the future. We have to put our house, ourselves in order before we even attempt on doing anything else. It's literally the very first step of our day.

And if I don't get that done, honestly, I've done it for so long now, that if I feel like I didn't get that done, if I didn't do it in a perfect way, I feel like everything else in my day is going to be chaotic. Because if I can't get that accomplished, the next task I have to do for that day, it's gonna be much harder than playing around and flapping my pillows, it's going to be way harder than that. So if I can't even get that done, how am I going to get my next goal done?

And then the day after that as well and the day after that? So that's why to me, in terms of goal setting and accomplishing something, that I make it ridiculously easy. So if I can do that, it's like a momentum builder as well. If I finish that, what else can I do now? If I finish that task, what else can I do now? And each and every single degree is going to be much harder after that.

But it always starts with step one. I don't want that step one to be as easy as possible. It's like a little wind that I get. It gives me confidence, it gives me the extra amp to start my day, boom, done, I feel that sense of accomplishment. Cool, move on. So back to back to my main point here, yeah, make your fucking bed.

Don't make it a big deal, and make it sound silly, just do it, get it done. And I do not care if your wife normally does it. You have to do it, I don't care how old you are either, you have to do it, this is your one small task that you can easily accomplish. There's literally no excuse was to not do it.

Anyways my email or the link to my email is right below this video, you click on that, you put in your name, your email, any message you want or any questions you have for me, I'm going to be answering it myself. Other than that, Kai here, out. Take care.
